Name Description

Gerald Carlson

 Dr. Gerald G. Carlson, Ph.D., PGeo., is Chairman of the Board of Blue Sky Uranium Corp. Dr. Carlson has been involved in mineral exploration and exploration company senior management for over 30 years. Dr. Carlson's educational background includes a B.A.Sc. from University of Toronto in Geological Engineering and graduate studies in Economic Geology including a M.Sc. from Michigan Technological University and Ph.D. from Dartmouth College. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of several mining companies. Dr. Carlson is the President of the Society of Economic Geologists Canada Foundation.

Sean Hurd

 Mr. Sean Hurd is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Blue Sky Uranium Corp. He is also a Director of Golden Arrow Resources Corporation, and Grosso Group Management Ltd. Mr. Hurd has a decade of experience in raising capital and marketing public junior exploration companies. His network of contacts with the financial community, industry analysts and the resource sector extends across North America, Asia and Europe. He is Vice President - Corporate Communications of IMA Exploration Inc. from June 2001 to September 2009 and Vice President, Corporate Communications for the Grosso Group since 2005.

Michael Iannacone

 Mr. Michael Iannacone has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary of Blue Sky Uranium Corp effective March 13, 2013. Mr. Iannacone received his bachelor of commerce degree (accounting major) from the University of British Columbia. Upon graduation, he joined Coopers and Lybrand, chartered accountant (since merged into PricewaterhouseCoopers), where he completed his articles and obtained his chartered accountant designation. Mr. Iannacone completed five years with Coopers and Lybrand, working in audit-related functions, with primary focus on natural resources and precious metals sector. Since leaving public practice, Mr. Iannacone has worked in various operational- and finance-related positions for companies (both public and private) in such industries as software development, mineral resource development, mineral resource/precious metals production, industrial valve application and marine transportation.

Ronald McMillan

 Dr. Ronald McMillan, Ph.D., P.Geo, is Independent Director of Blue Sky Uranium Corp., since November 28, 2006. He is Consulting Geologist. Dr. R.H. McMillan has over 45 years of experience as an exploration and mining geologist throughout Canada, North America and on several other continents, where he has undertaken detailed and regional property evaluations as well as estimation of mineral resources. He has served on the Board of Directors and/or as VP Exploration of several junior mining companies. He is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists, a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada, a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and the Association for Mineral Exploration BC.

David Terry

 Dr. David A. Terry, Ph.D., is Independent Director of Blue Sky Uranium Corp., since July 2012. He is a Professional Geologist and businessman; President and CEO of Oremex Gold Inc.; director of several mineral exploration companies. Dr. Terry has more than 20 years of experience focused on exploration for a wide spectrum of precious and base metal deposits throughout North and South America. He has held numerous senior positions with mining companies, including Boliden Limited, Westmin Resources Limited, Hemlo Gold Mines Inc., Cominco Limited and Gold Fields Mining Corporation. He holds a BSc and PhD from the University of Western Ontario.
