Alexandre Behring |
Mr. Alexandre Behring serves as Independent Chairman of the Board of Burger King Worldwide Inc. He has served on the board of Burger King Worldwide Holdings, Inc. since October 2010 and as Chairman since November 2010. Since 2004, Mr. Behring is the managing partner and co-founder of 3G Capital. Previously, Mr. Behring spent 10 years at GP Investments, Latin America’s private-equity firm, including eight years as a partner and member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He served for seven years, from 1998 through 2004, as CEO of ALL, Latin America’s railroad and logistics company. He served as a director of ALL until December 2011. Mr. Behring also serves as an alternate director of Lojas Americanas S.A., a retail chain operator based in Brazil. From July 2008 to May 2011, Mr. Behring served as a director of CSX Corporation, a U.S. rail-based transportation company. |

Mr. Bernardo Hees has been appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board of Burger King Worldwide Inc., effective July 1, 2013. He is no longer Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective July 1, 2013. Mr. Hees has served on Board and as Chief Executive Officer since June 2012. Mr. Joshua Kobza has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Burger King Worldwide Inc., effective April 11, 2013. He joined Mothercare PLC, a global retailer of products and services for mothers and young children, as Chairman in August 2011 and led a strategic and structural review of that company. Mr. Alexandre Van Damme serves as Independent Director of Burger King Worldwide Inc. He has served on board since June 2012.
