Fink, Laurence Mr. Laurence D. Fink has been Director since 1999, has been Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of BlackRock Inc since its formation in 1998 and of BlackRock’s predecessor entities since 1988. Mr. Fink is also the chairman of BlackRock’s executive committee and a trustee of one of BlackRock’s open-end fund complexes and a director of several of BlackRock’s offshore funds.
Kapito, Robert Mr. Robert S. Kapito serves as Director of BlackRock, Inc. since 2006. He has been president of BlackRock since September 2007, and prior to September 2007 had served as vice chairman of BlackRock and head of its portfolio management group since its formation in 1998 and BlackRock’s predecessor entities since 1988. Mr. Kapito also serves as president and a director of several of BlackRock’s closed-end investment companies.

Wilson, Kendrick Mr. Kendrick R. Wilson has been appointed as the Vice Chairman and Member of the Office of the Chairman of BlackRock, Inc. He has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in investment banking, capped with service to his country during the financial crisis. From August 2008 to January 2009, Mr. Wilson served as an advisor in the U.S. Department of Treasury. Before then, he was Vice Chairman - Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he also served as a member of the Executive Office and Chairman of the Financial Institutions Group. Prior to joining Goldman in 1998, Mr. Wilson was a Vice Chairman, member of the Executive Committee and Head of Investment Banking at Lazard Freres & Co. LLC. Mr. Wilson serves as a Trustee of Middlebury College, the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, and the Montana Land Reliance. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Army in Vietnam.
Petach, Ann Ms. Ann Marie Petach has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director of BlackRock, Inc. since June 2008. Ms. Petach was managing director and head of business finance at BlackRock from June 2007 to June 2008. Prior to joining BlackRock, Ms. Petach was vice president and treasurer at the Ford Motor Company from November 2004 to June 2007. Mr. Linsz has responsibility for the core treasury functions for funding of the company, maintaining a strong capital and liquidity position and managing interest rate risk. As Treasurer, Mr. Linsz forecasts the level of net interest income, calculates the economic capital required by each of the company's activities and manages the company's relationship with credit rating agencies. Krawcheck, Sallie Ms. Sallie L. Krawcheck is Director of BlackRock, Inc. She is President of Global Wealth & Investment Management for Bank of America, one of the largest wealth management businesses in the world with nearly 19,000 advisors across the entire wealth spectrum and $1.9 trillion in total client assets. The Global Wealth & Investment Management business provides comprehensive wealth management to affluent, mass affluent, high net worth and ultra high net worth clients, individual and institutional retirement plans, and philanthropic management. Prior to joining Bank of America, Ms. Krawcheck was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman for Citi Global Wealth Management, responsible for the Citi Private Bank, Citi Smith Barney and Citi Investment Research. Ms. Krawcheck joined Citi in October 2002 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Smith Barney. In 2004, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer and head of Strategy for Citigroup Inc. Prior to joining Citi, Ms. Krawcheck was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sanford C. Bernstein & Company.
Varley, John Mr. John Silvester Varley serves as Director of BlackRock Inc. Mr. Varley is Group Chief Executive of Barclays PLC. Prior to being named to his current position in September 2004, he had served as Group Deputy Chief Executive beginning in January 2004. He held the position of Group Finance Director from 2000 until the end of 2003. Mr. Varley joined the Executive Committee in September 1996 and was appointed to the Barclays' Board in June 1998. He was Chief Executive of Retail Financial Services from 1998 to 2000 and Chairman of the Asset Management Division from 1995 to 1998.
