Name Description

Andrew Leitch

Mr. Andrew M. Leitch is Independent Chairman of the Board of Blackbaud Inc. Mr. Leitch was with Deloitte & Touche LLP, an accounting firm, for over 27 years, last serving as the Vice Chairman of the Management Committee, Hong Kong from September 1997 to March 2000. Mr. Leitch has served on the board of directors of the following public companies: STR Holdings, Inc. (since November 2009); Cardium Therapeutics, Inc. (since August 2007); L & L Energy, Inc. (from February 2011 to August 2011); and Aldila, Inc. (from May 2004 to February 2010). Mr. Leitch also serves as director of several private companies. He is a CPA in the State of New York and a Chartered Accountant in Ontario, Canada. Among other experience, qualifications, attributes and skills, Mr. Leitch’s experience in auditing and accounting, as well as on boards of directors and management skills, led to the conclusion of Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and of full Board that he should serve as a director of Company in light of business and structure.

Michael Gianoni

Mr. Michael P. Gianoni is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Blackbaud, Inc., effective January 13, 2014. Prior to joining, he served as Executive Vice President and Group President, Financial Institutions at Fiserv, Inc., a global technology provider serving the financial services industry, from January 2010 to December 2013. He joined Fiserv as President of its Investment Services division in December 2007, where he was responsible for product, technology, sales, finance, operations and strategy. Mr. Gianoni was Executive Vice President and General Manager of CheckFree Investment Services, which provided investment management solutions to financial services organizations, from June 2006 until December 2007 when CheckFree was acquired by Fiserv. From May 1994 to November 2005, he served as Senior Vice President of DST Systems Inc., a global provider of technology-based service solutions, where he led various divisions focused on developing new platforms while ensuring stronger operational controls. Mr. Gianoni holds an AS in electrical engineering from Waterbury State Technical College, a BS with a business concentration from Charter Oak State College and an MBA from the University of New Haven.

Anthony Boor

Mr. Anthony W. Boor is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President - Finance and Administration of Blackbaud, Inc. He joined as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in November 2011 and served as our interim President and Chief Executive Officer from August 2013 to January 2014. Prior to joining, he served as an executive with Brightpoint, Inc., a global provider of device lifecycle services to the wireless industry, beginning in 1999, most recently as its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He also served as the interim President of Europe, Middle East and Africa during Brightpoint's significant restructuring of that region. Mr. Boor served as Director of Business Operations for Brightpoint North America from August 1998 to July 1999. Prior to joining Brightpoint, Mr. Boor was employed in various financial positions with Macmillan Computer Publishing, Inc., a Viacom owned book publishing company specializing in computer hardware and software related topics, Day Dream Publishing, Inc., a publishing company specializing in calendars, posters and time management materials, Ernst & Young LLP, an accounting firm, Expo New Mexico, a state owned fair and expo grounds and live para-mutual horse racing venue, KPMG LLP, an accounting firm, and Ernst & Whinney LLP, an accounting firm. He holds a BS in Accounting from New Mexico State University.

Bradley Holman

Mr. Bradley J. Holman is President - International Business Unit of Blackbaud, Inc. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Mr. Holman served as Partner and Chief Commercial Officer at ATI Business Group, a Jakarta-based company that provides outsourcing and technical services to the aviation and travel sectors, from February 2010 to October 2010. Prior to that, from June 2006 to February 2010, Mr. Holman served as President of Travelport's Asia Pacific operations, which provides information services and transaction processing to the travel industry. From July 2001 to May 2006, Mr. Holman held various senior management roles at Travelport, including Senior Vice President of airline services in Asia Pacific and Managing Director of operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Holman holds a BCom. from University of Western Australia.

Kevin Mooney

Mr. Kevin W. Mooney is President - General Markets Business Unit of Blackbaud, Inc. He joined us in July 2008 as our Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer. Before joining Blackbaud, Mr. Mooney was a senior executive at Travelport GDS from August 2007 to May 2008. As Chief Commercial Officer of Travelport GDS, one of the world's largest providers of information services and transaction processing to the travel industry, Mr. Mooney was responsible for global sales, marketing, training, service and support activities. Prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer for Worldspan from March 2005 until it was acquired by Travelport in August 2007. Mr. Mooney has also held key executive positions in the telecommunications industry and he is a member of the Board of Directors of tw telecom inc., a publicly traded managed network services company. Mr. Mooney graduated from Seton Hall University and holds an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.

Joseph Moye

Mr. Joseph D. Moye serves as President - Enterprise Customer Business Unit of Blackbaud Inc. Before joining, Mr. Moye was President and Chief Executive Officer for Capgemini Government Solutions, a provider of consulting and technology services to government agencies, from October 2009 to October 2012 where he led the company's expansion in the U.S. public sector marketplace. From October 2006 to September 2009, he was Vice President of Capgemini Group. From January 2000 to September 2005, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Gazelle Consulting, Inc., a branded leader in business intelligence professional services. Gazelle was acquired by Adjoined Consulting in 2005 and Mr. Moye integrated his team, led the combined business intelligence practice of Adjoined and, ultimately Kanbay's practice after its acquisition of Adjoined, prior to Capgemini acquiring Kanbay. Before founding Gazelle Consulting, Mr. Moye held multiple leadership positions with Sequent Computer Systems, a provider of data center systems and solutions, and Unisys, a provider of IT services, software and technology, where he was responsible for leading business units and channels both domestically and internationally. Mr. Moye holds a BS in Business Administration from Florida State University.

John Mistretta

Mr. John J. Mistretta is Senior Vice President - Human Resources of Blackbaud, Inc. Prior to joining , Mr. Mistretta was an Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Alternative Businesses at National Commerce Financial Corporation, a financial services company, from 1998 to 2005. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mistretta held various senior Human Resources positions over a thirteen year period at the banking firm Citicorp. Mr. Mistretta holds a MS in Counseling and a BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Charles Cumbaa

Mr. Charles T. Cumbaa is Senior Vice President - New Business Development of Blackbaud, Inc. He has served as Senior Vice President of New Business Development since May 2012. He joined in May 2001 and served as Senior Vice President of Products and Services until December 2009. He also served as President, Enterprise Customer Business Unit from January 2010 to April 2012. Prior to joining, Mr. Cumbaa was Executive Vice President with Intertech Information Management, a provider of information management solutions, from December 1998 until October 2000. From 1992 until 1998, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Cognitech, Inc., a software company he founded. From 1984 to 1992 he was Executive Vice President of Sales and Services at Sales Technologies, a sales force automation company. Prior to that, he was employed by McKinsey & Company, a consulting firm. Mr. Cumbaa holds a BA from Mississippi State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Timothy Chou

Dr. Timothy C.K. Chou, Ph.D., is Independent Director of Blackbaud Inc. From November 1999 until January 2005, he served as President of Oracle On Demand, a division of Oracle Corporation, a provider of enterprise software and computer hardware products and services. Prior to that, Mr. Chou served as Chief Operating Officer of Reasoning, Inc., an information technology services firm, and as Vice President, Server Products, of Oracle Corporation. He served as a director of Embarcadero Technologies, Inc. from July 2000 to June 2007. Mr. Chou is the author of “The End of Software” and is a lecturer at Stanford University. Mr. Chou holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and MS and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Among other experience, qualifications, attributes and skills, Mr. Chou’s knowledge and experience in the software-as-a-service and cloud computing industry and in senior leadership roles in large organizations in the information technology industry led to the conclusion of Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and of full Board that he should serve as a director of Company in light of business and structure.

George Ellis

Mr. George H. Ellis is Independent Director of Blackbaud Inc. Mr. Ellis has been Chief Financial Officer of The Studer Group L.L.C., a private company in the health care industry, since September 2011. Prior to that, from July 2006 to August 2011, Mr. Ellis was Chief Financial Officer of Global 360, Inc., now OpenText, a private company offering business process management services. Since April 2010, Mr. Ellis has served on the board of Liquidity Services, Inc., currently as Chairman of its audit committee. He has also served in several capacities at Softbrands, Inc., as a member of its board of directors from October 2001 to August 2009, serving as Chairman from October 2001 to June 2006, and Chief Executive Officer from October 2001 to January 2006. Mr. Ellis was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AremisSoft Corporation from October 2001 to confirmation of its plan of reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Federal Bankruptcy Code in August 2002. Mr. Ellis, who served as a director of AremisSoft from April 1999 until February 2001, accepted the position at AremisSoft to assist in the reorganization. Mr. Ellis served on the board of directors of PeopleSupport, Inc. from October 2004 to October 2008. Mr. Ellis has served on the board of directors and advisory boards of several nonprofit companies in the Dallas area. Mr. Ellis is a licensed CPA and an attorney in the State of Texas. Mr. Ellis is a National Association of Corporate Directors (“NACD”) Board Leadership Fellow. He has demonstrated his commitment to boardroom excellence by completing NACD's comprehensive program of study for corporate directors and supplements his skill set through ongoing engagement with the director community and access to leading practices. Mr. Ellis holds a BS in accounting from Texas Tech University and a JD from Southern Methodist University.

David Golden

Mr. David G. Golden is an Independent Director of Blackbaud, Inc. Mr. Golden has been a Managing Partner at Revolution Ventures, an early-stage venture affiliate of Revolution LLC, since January 2013. Mr. Golden was a Partner, Executive Vice President and Strategic Advisor at Revolution LLC, a private investment company, from March 2006 until December 2011. Prior to that Mr. Golden spent 18 years, including five years as Vice Chairman, with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (and predecessor companies), a financial services firm. Mr. Golden also served as Executive Chairman at Code Advisors, a private merchant bank, from its founding in 2010 through 2012. Mr. Golden currently serves on the board of directors of Barnes & Noble, Inc., Everyday Health, Inc. and a private company, Vinfolio, Inc. He also is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Branson School. Mr. Golden has served on the boards of directors and advisory boards of several private companies. Mr. Golden holds an AB in Government from Harvard College and a JD from Harvard Law School.

Sarah Nash

Ms. Sarah E. Nash is Independent Director of Blackbaud, Inc. Ms. Nash currently serves on the board of directors of Knoll, Inc., Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Irving Oil Company, a private company. She is trustee of the New York-Presbyterian Hospital, the New York Restoration Project, and Washington and Lee University. She is also a member of the Business Leadership Council of City University of New York and the National Board of the Smithsonian Institution. Ms. Nash spent nearly 30 years in investment banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a financial services firm, retiring as Vice Chairman in 2005. Ms. Nash holds a BA in political science from Vassar College. Among other experience, qualifications, attributes and skills, Ms. Nash’s knowledge and experience in capital markets, strategic transactions, corporate governance and non-profit organizations led to the conclusion of Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and of full Board that she should serve as a director of Company in light of business and structure.

Joyce Nelson

Ms. Joyce Nelson is Independent Director of Blackbaud, Inc. From October 2011 to September 2012, Ms. Nelson served served as a special consultant to the in-coming President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (“NMSS”), a nonprofit organization focused on multiple sclerosis. From November 2004 to October 2011 Ms. Nelson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of NMSS. From December 1991 to November 2004 she led NMSS's national field services and fund raising departments. From June 1985 to December 1991 she lead the Mid America (Greater Kansas City) chapter of NMSS. From September 1983 to June 1985 she oversaw fundraising activities for the Northern California Chapter of NMSS. Ms. Nelson was previously on the board of directors of NMSS and the Multiple Sclerosis International Federation, as well as the advisory board to the North Park University School of Non-Profit Management. Ms. Nelson holds a BA in English from North Park University.
