 Mr. Jordan B. Grant is Chairman of the Board of BluMetric Environmental Inc. He is Chairman of Board of Directors of the Corporation since April 14, 2009. Acting CEO of the Corporation from Jan 26, 2011 until January 1, 2012. President of the Seaton Group of Companies since 1990.

William Touzel

 Mr. William M. Touzel is Chief Executive Officer, Director of BluMetric Environmental Inc. Mr. Touzel was the President of WESA Group Inc., an environmental science and engineering company with more than 125 staff and nine offices prior to the Reverse Takeover. He is a Chartered Accountant, and has more than twenty-five years of leadership experience in technical, management and financial roles, particularly in areas related to industrial water and wastewater treatment, renewable energy projects, and sustainable development initiatives.

Denis Douville

 Mr. Denis H. J. Douville is Independent Director of BluMetric Environmental Inc. Mr. Douville is a Professional Engineer and consultant with over forty-five years' experience in a variety of space, aerospace, information technology and geomatics activities. Mr. Douville has worked with a wide ranging network of domestic and international contacts at all levels of government and industry, having worked in and with a number of Canadian government departments and central agencies and international government organizations including various departments of the US federal government and NASA. Mr. Douville served as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces in a variety of capacities where he acquired a thorough understanding of the Canadian defence scene and the relationship between operational requirements, project management, and capability delivery. Mr. Douville earned his Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering doing research on the use of small computers in pattern recognition.

Mark Stirling

 Mr. Mark Stirling is Independent Director of BluMetric Environmental Inc. Mr. Stirling was Vice President, Investments in Ontario at GrowthWorks Capital until September 2011. Mr. Stirling has held numerous executive and technical positions in both Canada and US, including: COO - Nakisa Inc., COO/CFO - ISOPIA Inc., COO/CFO - GSA Consulting Inc., President - Obvious Systems Inc., Vice President – ABTS Global LP (Aird & Berlis LLP), President - Laurentian Media (ComputerWorld) and Founding President - International Data Corporation (IDC) Canada. Mr. Stirling holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario and a BSc in Physics (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Toronto. Prior to his entry into the private sector, he was a theoretical physicist with NASA.
