David Brodet

 Mr. David Brodet serves as Chairman of the Board of Bank Leumi Le Israel BM since July 22, 2010. He was also appointed to the position of chairman of the board of directors of Bank Leumi USA from July 26, 2012. Previously, he served as Director at the Company since July 21, 2010. He has also served as External Director at Israel Corporation Limited since August 5, 2009. Mr. Brodet is the owner of David Brodet Ltd. a management and financial consultancy firm. Mr. Brodet serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yes, chairman of The University Hospital of Hadassah, and as a Director of Amanat, Direct Insurance. Mr. Brodet also serves as Chairman and Director of numerous organizations engaged in financial, economic, academic and civic activities.
