Name Description

Anthony Bettencourt

Mr. Anthony Bettencourt is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Blinkx Plc. Mr. Bettencourt is the CEO and Chairman of Coverity, the San Francisco based in Developer Testing. Previously, Anthony served as Chief Executive Officer of Autonomy Interwoven and Autonomy ZANTAZ. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Verity, Inc, where he was responsible for growing the business from $15m in annual revenues to $140m from 1995 to 2006, resulting in Verity's agreeing to be acquired for more than $500m at the end of 2005. In 2005, he was awarded the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for software and technology in the Silicon Valley. Anthony serves as a judge for the Tech Awards and a mentor for Santa Clara University's Global Social Benefit Incubator program. He serves on the board of directors of NetBase and Rival Zone and is an independent advisor to the board of Autonomy, Inc. He earned a B.A. in English from Santa Clara University in 2006.

Suranga Chandratillake

Mr. Suranga Chandratillake is President, Chief Strategy Officer, Executive Director of Blinkx Plc. He has been appointed as President, Chief Strategy Officer of the Company effective July 19, 2012. He is a technology entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in next- generation search, Suranga Chandratillake FREng, founded blinkx in 2004 and launched the company in 2005. After early success, Suranga took the company public on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in May 2007. Prior to founding blinkx, Suranga was U.S. Chief Technology Officer of Autonomy, responsible for growing Autonomy’s research and development division in the United States. Before joining Autonomy, Suranga held a variety of roles in technology, sales and marketing at Morgan Stanley, NetDecisions, and Anondesign. Suranga received his MA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.

Subhransu Mukherjee

Mr. Subhransu Mukherjee has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Blinkx Plc., with effect from July 19, 2012. Brian brings over 12 years of executive management and operating experience at public and private companies in the technology and media sectors to the CEO role. Brian joined blinkx in 2011 through the acquisition of PVMG, where he was the President, CEO and a Director. Prior to PVMG, Brian was at Miva, Inc. (NASDAQ:MIVA), where he ran the Media Division globally. Before Miva, Brian led the acquisition of and ran the Contract Management Solutions Group at Selectica (NASDAQ: SLTC). During his career, Brian has also held executive positions in Silicon Valleybased Internet, Mobile and Services startups, where he was responsible for raising capital, acquiring companies, building high performance teams and expanding partnerships to accelerate revenue and profitability growth. Brian started his career as an Engineer and a Management Consultant and holds BE and MS degrees in Engineering. He also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Edward Reginelli

Mr. Edward Reginelli has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Blinkx Plc., effective November 30, 2012. He is formerly Senior Vice President and Group Controller at blinkx.

Ujjal Kohli

Mr. Ujjal Kohli is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Based in California, Ujjal joined the Board of Directors in 2014 as a Non-Executive Director. Ujjal brings over twenty- five years of executive management, engineering, marketing, strategy, M&A and Board level experiences to blinkx. Ujjal co-founded and led Mountain View- headquartered Rhythm NewMedia (“Rhythm”) as CEO, before its acquisition by blinkx in December 2013. Under his leadership, Rhythm emerged as a dominant mobile video technology and advertising platform for tablets and smartphones—working with ultra-premium media partners, including NBC Universal, CBS, ABC, Fox, and Warner Bros., as well as top brand advertisers, such as Disney, McDonald’s, General Motors, Ford, AT&T, Verizon, and Macy’s. Before Rhythm, Mr. Kohli co-founded and served as CEO of Meru Networks (NASDAQ: MERU). Prior to this he was EVP of Marketing and National Sales for AirTouch Cellular, and was part of the Executive team that led its merger with Vodafone (LSE: VOD) in a $60 Billion transaction in 1999. Previously, Ujjal was a consultant with McKinsey and Company in London, Los Angeles and Silicon Valley. Mr. Kohli has also been an investor, advisor, and a previous Board member at several technology companies, including Magma Design Automation, Berkeley Networks, ByteMobile, Maverick Semiconductor, Convergenet, and WirelessHome. Ujjal holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Rochester and a BTech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.

Michael Lynch

Dr. Michael R. Lynch, Ph.D., is no longer a Non-Executive Director of Blinkx Plc., effective December 31, 2014. He is the is the founder of Invoke Capital, which invests in fundamental European technologies. Long regarded as a visionary entrepreneur, the Financial Times describes him as “the doyen of European software.” He advises the Prime Minister on science policy through the Council on Science and Technology and is a Business Ambassador. Dr Lynch has founded and advised a number of companies and is best known as the founder and CEO of Autonomy. During his career, Dr Lynch has received many awards and accolades, receiving recent recognition as a Fellow of the Royal Society. He is an Honorary Fellow of Christ’s College, Cambridge, a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and Deputy Lieutenant of the County of Suffolk. In 2013 he joined the advisory board of the Newton Institute. He is a Non-Executive Director of blinkx, the British Library and Cambridge Enterprise; a council member of the Royal Academy of Engineering and a Trustee of the Foundation for Science and Technology. He is on the advisory board of Tech City’s Investment Committee and of the “Create the Change” board at the Francis Crick Institute.

Mark Opzoomer

Mr. Mark William Opzoomer is Non-Executive Director of Blinkx Plc. He has extensive knowledge of Internet, communications and media markets in many different countries and 25 years of corporate operating and dealmaking experience. Mark is currently a partner in Bond Capital Partners, and adviser at Forward Internet Group Limited. Previous non-executive directorships include Web Reservations International Limited, Newbay Software Limited, Autonomy plc and Miva Inc. Previous operating experience includes CEO of Rambler Media Limited, regional Vice-President of Yahoo! Europe, deputy chief executive of Hodder Headline plc, Commercial and Finance Director of Sega Europe Ltd and Commercial Director of Virgin Communications Ltd. Mark qualified as a chartered accountant through the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and has an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.

Rajkumar Chellaraj

Mr. Rajkumar Chellaraj has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company effective October 1, 2014. Based in Palo Alto, California, Raj currently serves as Associate Dean for Finance and Administration at Stanford Business School. In this role he acts as the CFO, responsible for finance, accounting, human resources, procurement, information services, facilities and operations. Prior to joining Stanford University, Raj held several senior government positions in the George W. Bush administration. Most recently he was the Assistant Secretary of State for Administration in the United States Department of State, to which he was nominated by President Bush and confirmed unanimously by the United States Senate. Previously, he was a Senior Executive Officer at the United States Mint in Washington DC. He also served as Counselor to the Assistant Administrator at the United States Agency for International Development and Program Advisor at the United States Environmental Protection Agency. In addition to his public sector expertise, Mr. Chellaraj has several years of senior corporate leadership experience, most recently as Vice President, Planning, at Hostess Brands Corporation, part of Ripplewood Holdings, where he was a member of the CEO's Senior Leadership Team. Earlier, he served as Director of Corporate Development at Celanese Corporation, a Blackstone Group Company, and held various management, finance, operations and planning roles at Exxon Corporation, Strategic Analysis Inc. and FMC Corporation. Raj holds an MPA in Business and Government Policy from Harvard University, an MBA in Finance from New York University, an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Madras University, India.

Judith Vezmar

Ms. Judith Mihajlovich Vezmar is Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Judy Vezmar joined the Board of Directors in 2014 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Judy brings over two decades of successful international expansion, digital content distribution and marketing, business transformation, and board experiences to blinkx. LexisNexis is a member of the global media group Reed Elsevier plc, a leading worldwide provider of contentenabled workflow solutions for professionals in the legal, risk management, corporate, government, law enforcement, accounting and academic markets. Under her leadership, the international group transformed the business from a traditional print-based publisher to an online and digital solutions leader, expanding the range of successful content and online services to over 100 countries. Earlier, Judy held various senior executive roles at Xerox Corporation in the US and Europe. Judy has served as a Non- Executive Director of Rightmove plc since 2006. Judy holds an Executive MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from Marian College and Butler University.
