Name Description

Jesper Andersen

Mr. Jesper Andersen is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company, since December 2014. Prior to joining our company, he served in a number of roles at Cisco Systems, Inc., a provider of networking products, from September 2008 to November 2013, including as senior vice president for network management during his first three years at the company and most recently as senior vice president and general manager of Cisco’s service provider video business unit from October 2011 to November 2013. From February 2005 to August 2008, Mr. Andersen served as senior vice president of application strategy at Oracle Corporation, an enterprise products and services company. Previously, he served as general manager and group vice president for tools and technology at PeopleSoft Inc. from 2003 until it was acquired by Oracle in February 2005. Mr. Andersen holds a master’s degree in computer science from Aalborg University.

Janesh Moorjani

Mr. Janesh Moorjani is a Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, from July 2013 to January 2016, Mr. Moorjani, age 43, served in the finance organization at VMware, Inc., a provider of virtualization infrastructure solutions for information technology, where he served most recently as a Senior Vice President since January 2015. From October 2004 to June 2013, Mr. Moorjani served in a number of finance and sales-related roles at Cisco Systems, Inc., a provider of networking solutions, including Managing Director of India Sales from August 2011 to June 2013 and Managing Director of APAC Sales from August 2009 to July 2011. Mr. Moorjani previously served as a vice president of finance at PTC Inc. and as a vice president at Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Moorjani holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics of Bombay University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Ashish Gupta

Mr. Ashish Gupta is Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer of Infoblox Inc. Gupta joins Infoblox from Actian, which delivers a high-performance platform for enterprise-grade SQL analytics at scale, where he was chief marketing officer and senior vice president of business development. Previously, Gupta was chief marketing officer and senior vice president for corporate development at Vidyo, which provides a leading software-based video conferencing platform. Before Vidyo, he was an integral member of the executive team that launched Microsoft's Lync solution, leading the business development and strategy team and channel sales, as well as the marketing team for the Microsoft Office division's unified communications group. Prior to Microsoft, Gupta held leadership positions at Alcatel/Genesys Telecommunications, Telera, Deloitte Consulting, and Hewlett-Packard.

Scott Fulton

Mr. Scott J. Fulton is the Executive Vice President - Products of the Company. From November 2007 to October 2013, he served as the vice president and general manager of the cloud management business at BMC Software, Inc., a provider of IT management solutions. From August 1996 to November 2007, he worked at Hewlett-Packard Company in its software business, most recently serving as senior director with general management responsibilities for the IT operations product lines and the India R&D Center. He holds a B.A. in economics from University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from U.C. Davis.

Atul Garg

Mr. Atul Garg is Executive Vice President - Engineering of the Company. Garg is responsible for managing the worldwide engineering, manufacturing operations, and quality assurance organizations. Garg joins Infoblox from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he was vice president and general manager of Cloud and Automation at HP Software. Previously, Garg was vice president of global research and development for infrastructure, cloud, and application management at BMC Software. Garg came to BMC after the predictive analytics company he founded - ProactiveNet - was acquired by BMC. Earlier in his career, Garg held engineering leadership positions at TCSI, Bay Networks/Nortel, and Hewlett-Packard. Combining technical, management, and entrepreneurial skills, he has developed world-class teams that have transformed product lines in cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure management and delivered differentiation and long-term revenue growth. Garg holds six foundational patents in analytics and behavior learning.

Edzard Overbeek

Mr. Edzard Overbeek is Director of the Company. He led Cisco Services from August 2012 to July 2015, where he was responsible for a business group with 15,000 employees and annual sales of $12 billion. He joined Cisco in 2000 as managing director for Cisco Netherlands and then rose through a series of leadership positions including vice president for EMEA channels, vice president for strategic planning in Europe, president of Cisco Japan, and president of the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Cisco, Overbeek held leadership positions at other technology companies including Fujitsu, Siemens, and Copaco. Before his business career, Overbeek served as an officer in the Royal Dutch Army. Overbeek holds a master's degree in business administration from NIMBAS, University of Bradford, United Kingdom.

Richard Belluzzo

Mr. Richard E. Belluzzo is an Independent Director of Infoblox Inc. Mr. Belluzzo has served as the chairman of Viavi Solutions Inc. (formerly known as JDS Uniphase Corporation) since November 2012 and has served as a one of its directors since 2005. He currently serves as US Venture Partner for Innogest SGR SpA. From April 2011 to August 2012, he served as executive chairman of Quantum Corporation, a provider of backup, recovery and archive products and services. In addition, he served as Quantum Corporation’s chief executive officer from September 2001 to April 2011 and as its chairman from July 2003 to April 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Belluzzo was president and chief operating officer of Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”). Prior to becoming its President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Belluzzo served as Microsoft’s group vice president of the personal services and devices group, and was group vice president for the consumer group. Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Belluzzo was chief executive officer of Silicon Graphics Inc. (“SGI”). Before SGI, Mr. Belluzzo held a series of increasingly senior roles at Hewlett Packard Company, culminating in his service as executive vice president of the computer products organization. In addition to serving on the board of Viavi Solutions Inc., Mr. Belluzzo is currently a member of the board of directors and audit committee of PMC-Sierra (Vancouver, Canada).

Laura Conigliaro

Ms. Laura C. Conigliaro is an Independent Director of Infoblox Inc. Ms. Conigliaro has also served on the board of directors of Genpact Limited since May 2013 and is a member of its audit committee. In July 2011, Ms. Conigliaro retired from her position at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., which she joined in 1996, where she was a partner from 2000 to July 2011, and a managing director from 1997 until 2000. At Goldman Sachs, Ms. Conigliaro served as the co-director of the firm’s Americas Equity Research unit from 2007 to 2011 and as the Technology Equity Research business unit leader from 2002 to 2007. From 1979 to 1996, Ms. Conigliaro was an analyst at Prudential Securities, where she specialized in enterprise computing, servers, workstations, PCs and design automation. Prior to Prudential, Ms. Conigliaro worked as an intelligence analyst at the National Security Agency. Ms. Conigliaro also serves on the boards of two non-profit organizations, and previously served as a member of the board of directors and finance committee of Dell Inc. She holds a B.A. degree in romance languages from Boston University and an M.B.A. in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Philip Fasano

Mr. Philip Fasano is an Independent Director of Infoblox Inc. Mr. Fasano serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for American International Group, Inc., a leading international insurance organization. From 2007 to 2014 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Kaiser Permanente, a leading health-care provider and not-for-profit health plan. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Mr. Fasano served in information-technology leadership roles in several financial services companies, including Capital One Financial Group, JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. and Deutsche Financial Services, a division of Deutsche Bank. Mr. Fasano holds a B.S. in computer science from the New York Institute of Technology and an M.B.A in Finance from Long Island University.

Fred Gerson

Mr. Fred M. Gerson is an Independent Director of Infoblox Inc. Mr. Gerson served as the chief financial officer and executive vice president of the San Diego Padres, a major league baseball club, from July 2001 until January 2013. Mr. Gerson served as the interim chief financial officer of Peregrine Systems, Inc., a provider of enterprise software, from May 2002 to July 2002, while maintaining his responsibilities with the Padres organization. His prior history includes chief financial officer positions at Maxis Inc., Marimba, Inc. and Peter Norton Computing, Inc., each a software company, and the coin-operated games division of Atari, Inc., a gaming company. Mr. Gerson served on the board of directors of DivX, Inc. from March 2005 to October 2010 and serves as a director of one private company. Mr. Gerson has also served on the Board of Trustees of Thomas Jefferson School of Law since June 2013. He holds a B.A. degree in economics from Brooklyn College and an M.B.A. from New York University.

Daniel Phelps

Mr. Daniel J. Phelps is an Independent Director of Infoblox Inc. Mr. Phelps has served as managing director of Salt Creek Capital, a private equity firm, since he founded the firm in July 2009. Mr. Phelps also served as a general partner of Duchossois Technology Partners, a venture capital firm, from May 1999 to January 2013 and as a general partner of Opus Capital, a venture capital firm, from October 2006 until June 2009. From January 1994 to September 1998, Mr. Phelps held an investment management position with the Pritzker Financial Office in Chicago, and, prior to that time, he was employed by Ernst & Young LLP as a certified public accountant. Mr. Phelps has also served as a director of TSS, Inc. since August 2012. Mr. Phelps holds a B.S. degree in business administration from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
