Antonio Zoido Martinez

Mr. Antonio J. Zoido Martinez serves as Chairman, Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of BOLSAS Y MERCADOS ESPANOLES SOCIEDAD HOLDING DE MERCADOS Y SISTEMAS FINANCIEROS SA. He has been on the Company's Board since February 15, 2002. He serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Company. He served as Chairman of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) between 2001 and 2002 and of the Federation of European Stock Exchanges (FESE) between 1996 and 1998. He also held the post of Chairman of Servicio de Compensacion y Liquidacion de Valores SA from 2000 to 2002. He was Chairman of the Board of Sociedad de Bolsas SA from 1994 to 2002. In addition, he served as Vice Chairman of MEFF from 1991 to 2004.
