Antonio Zoido Martinez

Mr. Antonio J. Zoido Martinez serves as Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bolsas y Mercados Espanoles Sociedad Holding de Mercados y Sistemas Financieros, S.A. He has been on the Company's Board since February 15, 2002. He serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Company. He served as Chairman of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) between 2001 and 2002 and of the Federation of European Stock Exchanges (FESE) between 1996 and 1998. He also held the post of Chairman of Servicio de Compensacion y Liquidacion de Valores SA from 2000 to 2002. He was Chairman of the Board of Sociedad de Bolsas SA from 1994 to 2002. In addition, he served as Vice Chairman of MEFF from 1991 to 2004. He has been Chairman of Sociedad Rectora de la Bolsa de Valores de Madrid SA, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sociedad de Bolsas SA, as well as Member of the Board of Directors of Clearstream International Board and at Operador del Mercado Ibirico de Energia-Polo Espanol SA (OMEL). He has acted as Chairman of European Capital Markets Institute, Director of Santander Investment Finance SV SA and Director of Santander Consumer Finance SA. She worked at Banco Popular Espanol SA. Mr. Manuel Olivencia Ruiz serves as Lead Independent Director of Bolsas y Mercados Espanoles Sociedad Holding de Mercados y Sistemas Financieros, S.A. since December 17, 2014. Dr. Jose Alvaro Cuervo Garcia serves as Independent Director of Bolsas y Mercados Espanoles Sociedad Holding de Mercados y Sistemas Financieros, S.A. since June 5, 2006. He was Professor of Business Economics at Madrid's Universidad Complutense, Director of Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros and winner of the Rey Jaime I Economics Prize (1992), the Castilla-Leon Infanta Cristina Economics Prize (1999), and he received honorary doctorates from the Universities of Oviedo, Leon, Castilla-La Mancha, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria y Salamanca. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of ACS SA (Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA), the SONAE SGPS SA Group and the SONAE Industria SA (Portugal) and Member of the Spanish Government's Consultative Committee on Privatizations. Additionally, he has been Member of the Board of Trustees of the Banco Herrero Foundation and Endesa Foundation and Member of the Advisory Board of the Rafael del Pino Foundation. Mr. Karel Lannoo serves as Independent Director of Bolsas y Bolsas y Mercados Espanoles Sociedad Holding de Mercados y Sistemas Financieros, S.A. since June 5, 2006. He serves as Member of the Market and Systems Operation Committee of the Company. He has been Chief Executive Officer of the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) since January 2000 and Director of Lannoo Publishing SA and Distrimedia SA.
