Name Description

Brandon Munro

Mr. Brandon Munro is Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director of Bannerman Resources Ltd. Mr. Munro returns to Bannerman after serving as General Manager – Corporate Development and General Manager (Namibia) between 2009 and 2011. Since then Mr Munro was Managing Director of ASX-listed Kunene Resources Limited, a company focused on base metals exploration in Namibia, until completion of a reverse takeover in late 2015. Mr Munro is a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed technology companies Rewardle Holdings Limited and Novatti Group Limited. His commitment to community includes serving as a Trustee of Save the Rhino Trust, a high-profile Namibian NGO.

Werner Ewald

Mr. Werner Ewald is General Manager of Bannerman Mining Resources (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd., a subsidiary of Bannerman Resources Ltd. He joined Bannerman in June 2010 as the Etango Project Co-ordinator following 22 years with Rio Tinto which included 20 years at the Rössing Uranium Mine in Namibia and 2 years at the Tarong Coal Mine in Queensland, Australia. He has occupied numerous operational roles at Rössing including Engineering Manager, Mine Operations Manager and Business Improvement Manager. Prior to Rio Tinto he worked with the De Beers Group at their underground operations at Kimberly, South Africa and the Namdeb alluvial operations in Namibia. He is an Electrical Engineer and has completed an MBA at the University of Stellenbosch.

Robert Dalton

Mr. Robert Dalton is Financial Controller, Company Secretary of the Company. Mr Dalton is a chartered accountant with over 13 years of experience in auditing, accounting and secretarial roles. He commenced his career at an international accounting firm and has had significant exposure to the resources sector. His most recent appointment was that of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Tangiers Petroleum Limited.

Ian Burvill

Mr. Ian Charles Burvill is Non-Executive Director of Bannerman Resources Ltd since June 14, 2012. Ian is a Senior Vice President of private equity fund manager Resource Capital Funds (“RCF”) and has over 25 years of mining industry experience, starting as a mechanical engineer in the design and construction of mineral process plants. In representing RCF, Ian has acted as a non-executive director of a number of mining companies including ASX listed companies Pan Australian Resources NL (now PanAust Limited), Highlands Pacific Limited and Murchison Metals Ltd. Ian has also worked as an Associate Director of Rothschild Australia Limited, providing project finance for mining projects. He is Member of the Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration, Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee. He previously held directorship in Murchison Metals Ltd.

Clive Jones

Mr. Clive Bruce Jones is Non-Executive Director of Bannerman Resources Ltd since November 17, 2008. He holds B.App.Sc(Geol), M.AusIMM. He has more than 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, across a diverse range of commodities including gold, base metals, mineral sands, uranium and iron ore. Clive is one of the original vendors of the Company’s Etango Project in Namibia, in which he retains an interest in the 20% shareholding in Bannerman Mining Resources (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd, the sole owner of the Etango Project. He is Chairman of the Remuneration, Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee and Member of the Health, Safety, Environment and Community Committee . He holds directorships in Cazaly Resources Limited (appointed 15 September 2003) Corazon Mining Limited (appointed 10 February 2005) Unity Mining Limited (Chairman) (appointed 10 January 2013). He was previously directorship in Cortona Resources Limited (12 January 2006 to 10 January 2013).

Ronald Beevor

Mr. Ronald Hugh Beevor is Non-Executive Independent Director of Bannerman Resources Ltd. He has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking, including being the Head of Investment Banking at NM Rothschild & Sons (Australia) Limited between 1997 and 2002. During his career, he has had an involvement in the natural resources industry, both in Australia and internationally. He is a former director of Oxiana Limited which developed the Sepon gold-copper project in Laos as well as the Prominent Hill copper-gold project in South Australia, and is currently Senior Advisor to Standard Chartered Gryphon Partners. Ronnie has an Honours Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University in the UK and qualified as a chartered accountant in London in 1972. He is Member of the Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration, Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee. He currently holds directorship in Ampella Mining Limited, Bullabulling Gold Limited, Unity Mining Limited and EMED Mining Public Limited. He formerly held directorship in Rey Resources Limited.

David Tucker

Mr. David C. Tucker is Non-Executive Independent Director of Bannerman Resources Ltd since March 18, 2008. He has more than 40 years of experience in mining and exploration, including 20 years working as an exploration geologist, the first 10 years of which were in the uranium sector with United Uranium NL, Noranda Australia, the Australian Atomic Energy Commission and Esso Australia Limited. David was formerly responsible for business development, public affairs and investor relations for Homestake Gold of Australia, Director of Corporate Affairs for Barrick Australia Pacific, and director of Homestake's Australian subsidiaries, Barrick Mining Company (Australia) and Barrick Gold of Australia. He is Chairman of the Health, Safety, Environment and Community Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
