Biographies

Name Description

Wimboh Santoso

Mr. Wimboh Santoso serves as President Commissioner of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since December 18, 2015. He holds Master of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University (1993) and Master of Financial Economics from Loughborough University (1999). In 2006 to 2010, he served as Head of Financial System Stability Bureau in Bank Indonesia, then he promoted as a Director of Research and Banking Regulations in 2010. Still in Bank Indonesia, in 2012 he moved to New York as a Representative Head. This accomplishment brought him to become Executive Director of International Monetary Fund (IMF) in 2013 until 2015 before he was appointed as President Commissioner in Bank Mandiri.

Kartika Wirjoatmodjo

Mr. Kartika Wirjoatmodjo serves as President Director of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since March 21, 2016. He served as CFO from 2015 until March 20, 2016. He graduated from University of Indonesia in 1996, majoring in Economics and Accounting, and completed an MBA program at Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 2001. His started his career as Tax and Accounting Consultant at RSM AAJ in 1995 and continued until 1996. Subsequently, he worked as Credit Analyst at Industrial Bank of Japan (1996-1998), Senior Consultant at PwC Financial Advisory Services (1998-1999) and Boston Consulting Group (2000-2003). In 2003, he joined Bank Mandiri as Department Head of Strategy & Financial Analysis at Strategy and Performance Group, and later progressed to lead the division as Group Head. In 2008, he was assigned to Mandiri Sekuritas as Managing Director. Subsequently, he served as the CEO at Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (2011-2013) and Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (2014-2015).

Imam Apriyanto Putro

Mr. Imam Apriyanto Putro serves as Vice President Commissioner of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since March 16, 2015. He holds Bachelor in Economics Management from Universitas Diponegoro (1988), Master of Management from Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Indonesia (IBII) (2000) and Master of Management from Universitas Negeri Jakarta (2008). Riyani T. Bondan

Ms. Riyani T. Bondan serves as Senior Executive Vice President - Retail Risk of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since March 26, 2015. She served as Senior Executive Vice President Internal Audit from October 21, 2008 until March 26, 2015. She graduated from Bogor Agricultural University in 1984 and Master of Business Administration from University of Illinois, USA, in 1994. She started her professional career as a Credit Analyst in the Plantation Credit Bureau of Bank Ekspor Import Indonesia in 1987. In 1994, she was appointed Head of the Corporate Bureau Section, before being named Executive Secretary to the President Director in 1997, in which position she remained until 1999. Upon the establishment of Bank Mandiri, she was appointed Group Head of Corporate and Commercial Credit. In 2000-2001, served as Head of Commercial Credit III, and in 2002 was appointed as Group Head Retail Credit Risk Approval. In 2005 she was named Group Head Learning Center. She has participated in various training courses and seminars, including Human Performance Improvement in Athens (2004), Advanced Corporate Credit Workshop in New York (2006), Leverage Finance Asia Conference in Hong Kong (2008), Specialized Corporate Credit in Shanghai (2008), the IIA International Conference in Atlanta (2010), and Strategic for Leadership in Lausanne (2010).

Mr. Joseph Georgino Godong serves as Senior Executive Vice President - Chief Information Officer of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since January 2, 2015. Mr. Sulaiman Arif Arianto serves as Deputy President Director of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since March 16, 2015. He graduated from Bogor Agricultural University in 1981 and obtained MBA in Finance from the University of New Orleans in 1991. He started his career in 1984 at BRI and remained until 2015. He progressed through the ranks within the bank, holding a variety of leadership positions mostly in the lending business side. Ahmad Siddik Baddrudin

Mr. Ahmad Siddik Baddrudin serves as Director of Compliance and Risk Management of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since March 16, 2015. He served as Senior Executive Vice President Retail Risk from May 21, 2014 until March 16, 2015. Mr. Rico Usthavia Frans serves as a Director of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since March 21, 2016. He served as Senior Executive Vice President Transaction Banking from December 3, 2013 until March 21, 2016. He graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1992. 2. His professional experience commenced when he was appointed a Field Manager by Schlumberger (1993-1995). Mr. Hery Gunardi serves as Director of Consumer Banking of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since 2015. He served as Director of Micro and Retail Banking from April 2, 2013 until 2015. He has Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Universitas 17 Agustus in 1987 and Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from University of Oregon in 1991. He joined Bank Mandiri as head of the merger team before successively serving as a Merger Team member, Regional Marketing Manager, Acting Area Manager, Director of the Project to Establish a Joint Venture Project with AXA Insurance Company, Director of PT AXA Mandiri Financial Services, Senior Vice President, Chief Commissioner of PT AXA Mandiri Financial Services, Senior Vice President, and Chief Commissioner of PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi (1998-2013).

Pahala N. Mansury

Mr. Pahala N. Mansury serves as Director of Market and Treasury of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since 2015. He served as Director of Finance & Strategy from May 17, 2010 until 2015. He holds Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from University of Indonesia in 1994 and Master of Business Administration in Finance from Stern School of Business, New York University, USA, in 1999. He qualified as a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute in 2003. He attended the Executive Briefing Malcolm Baldrige, General Management & Pension Training, 5th Training and Development Summit 2013 and Balancing Leader & Manager. He began his career as a Change Management Consultant at Andersen Consulting Jakarta (1997). In 1998, he worked for an investment management company part time in New York, USA. After that, he worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, and Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group until 2003, during which time he was involved in various projects in Southeast Asia. Since joining Bank Mandiri, he has held various senior positions, including Group Head of Corporate Development, Change Management Office, Accounting, and Economic Research (2003-2006). In 2006, he was appointed EVP Coordinator Finance & Strategy and Chief Financial Officer. He is currently Vice President of CFA Indonesia.

Ogi Prastomiyono

Mr. Ogi Prastomiyono serves as Director of Technology and Operations of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since 2015. He served as Director of Compliance & Human Capital from May 29, 2008 until 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Bogor Agricultural University (Institut Pertanian Bogor) in 1984 and Master of Business Administration from University of Notre Dame Indiana, USA, in 1994. He has attended various training courses and seminars, both at home and abroad, including Trade Finance Training Scheme in Jakarta and the Accelerated Development Program 7 in London (1991), Sharia Banking Workshop in Jakarta (2004), Asian Business Dialogue on Corporate Governance in Singapore (2005), the World Economic Forum in Davos (2005), Internal Audit Managerial Level Training in Jakarta (2006), Internal Audit & Risk Management in Singapore (2006), and the Singapore Human Capital Summit in Singapore (2010). He has earned certification in various fields, including Risk Management (2004), Sharia Financial Advisor (2005), and Internal Audit (2006). His professional experience commenced when he joined Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesian as a staffer, before eventually being promoted to General Manager of Planning and Development (1986-1999). With the establishment of Bank Mandiri, he served successively as Head of Compliance Division, Senior Vice President, Director of Bank Syariah Mandiri, and Executive Vice President (1999-2008).

Kartini Sally

Ms. Kartini Sally serves as Director of Commercial Banking of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since March 16, 2015. She holds a degree in Dentistry from Universitas Indonesia in 1988, MBA from Institut Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Manajemen in 1990 and Master of Management from Universitas Jayabaya in 1998. She began her banking career at Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia (Bank Exim) in July 1990 as general loan officer in the Corporate Banking Directorate and her last position was section head of the Telecommunication and Transportation sector, before the bank merged to become Bank Mandiri in 1999. Upon the established of Bank Mandiri through merger, she was appointed as the Senior Relationship Manager, and has remained focused in the Telecommunication and Transportation sector, which was part of the Corporate Banking Directorate, from August 1999. Over the years, she rose through the rank in the Corporate Banking Directorate until February 2006. Later within the same year, she was entrusted to lead the Commercial Risk Group as Executive Vice President, and in 2012 to lead the Corporate Banking I Group. In addition, she has also served as member of Board of Commissioner of Mandiri Sekuritas from 2012 to 2015. Ms. Kartini Sally is a member of Indonesian Bankers Association.

Mr. Tardi serves as Director of Micro & Business Banking of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since March 16, 2015. He served as Senior Executive Vice President Consumer Finance from April 11, 2013 until January 2015. He completed his undergraduate studies at 11 Maret State University (Universitas Negeri Sebelas Maret) in 1987, majoring in Agronomy at and completed a postgraduate program at Universitas Padjajaran in 1999, majoring in Finance. He began his career in 1988 as Assistant to Credit Analyst at PT. Bank Bumi Daya, which was a legacy bank of Bank Mandiri, and rose through the rank within the organization, handling various areas within the lending business and operations, such as corporate and syndication loans. During the merger process to establish Bank Mandiri, he was part of the team responsible to integrate the system and loans procedure from the legacy banks, and to ensure the quality of risk management. Following the establishment of Bank Mandiri, he continued to work in the lending business, holding a variety of leadership roles such as Department Head and Group Head of Credit Operations, Group Head of Credit Recovery, Group Head of Micro Business Development. In addition, he also served as member of Board of Commissioner at Pengelola Investama Mandiri (October 2007 – May 2009) and Bank Syariah Mandiri (June 2008 - May 2013).

Royke Tumilaar

Mr. Royke Tumilaar serves as Director of Corporate Banking of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since 2015. He served as Director of Treasury, Financial Institutions and Special Asset Management from May 23, 2011 until 2015. He holds an Economics degree in Management Economics from Universitas Trisakti in 1987 and Master of Business in Finance from University of Technology Sydney in 1999. He has attended a long list of training courses and seminars, including Corporate Finance Workshop (2003), High Impact Leadership (2008), Strategic Business Leadership Engagement (2011), and Risk Management Certification (2012). His career began at Bank Dagang Negara, where his last position was as a Professional Staff Member of the Bank Dagang Negara Credit Resolution Team in Jakarta. In 2007, he was appointed Regional Head of Commercial Sales Group I, in which capacity he served until May 2010. In August 2009, he was also appointed to concurrently serve as a Commissioner of Mandiri Securities. In May 2010, he was appointed Group Head Jakarta Commercial Sales, where he served until May 2011.

Rohan Hafas

Mr. Rohan Hafas serves as Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since 2016. He was appointed as Secretary on October 1, 2014. He holds a Bachelor degree from Universitas Indonesia in 1987. He began his career at Bank Susila Bakti in 1987 as Assistant Manager. During the course of his career, he served as Team Leader Communication Division, Group Head of Communication Division and Division Head of Communication Division at the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) and as Corporate Secretary Division Head at PT. Bank Mutiara Tbk.

His professional experience began in the Ministry of Finance as Director of Non-Tax Revenues (PNBP) (2011), Commissioner of PT Indonesia Ferry (ASDP), Commissioner of PT Pertamina Gas (2012), Commissioner of PT Angkasa Pura I (2013-2014) and Director General of Budgeting at the Ministry of Finance (2013).

Mr. Suwhono serves as a Commissioner of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since March 16, 2015. He holds a degree in Accounting from Universitas Diponegoro in 1980. He started his career in banking by joining Bank Bumi Daya in 1981 and remained until it merged to become Bank Mandiri. At Bank Mandiri, he held various leadership positions, including Department Head of Government Relationship Management (1999-2000 and 2001-2003), Manager of Ratu Plaza Branch (2000-2001), Department Head of Corporate Banking (2003-2005), Group Head of Corporate Banking and at the same time Commissioner of Mandiri Sekuritas (2005-2009). Ms. Aviliani serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since May 21, 2014. She holds Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta in 1985, Master of Business Administration from University of Indonesia in 1995 and Doctor of Business Management from Bogor Agricultural University in 2012. She has participated in various training courses, both at home and abroad, including Risk Management Certification Refreshment Program Beyond Regulation, BARA (2013), Executive International Conference Program, BARA (2013), Refreshment Survival in Crisis Program: ‘Enhancing Bank Strategy and Performance, Implanting BCM and Fraud Prevention Process, BARA (2012), Executive Banking Forum: Financial Sector Expertise Exchange Program, Netherlands –Indonesia Forum (2011) and Senior Management Risk Summit 2010: Leadership for Sustainable Risk Management, Banker Association Risk Management (2010). Her professional career began in 2005 as an Independent Commissioner of PT BRI (in which capacity she still serves), advisor to Kadin team, Chair of Islamic Economic Society (MES), Chairman of the Audit Committee of Indonesia Association (IKAI) and a member of the National Economic Committee (KEN).

Abdul Aziz

Mr. Abdul Aziz serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since March 16, 2015. He served as a Commissioner from April 2, 2013 until March 16, 2015. He has bachelor's degree from Bogor Agricultural University in 1987 and studied Master's degree in Strategic Management at Institut Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Manajemen, Jakarta in 1993. In addition to formal education, he has also participated in various competency development programs and activities, including student exchange program, Indonesia - Japan, JICA (1987), fish-catching technology, Taiwan Government (1991), and decision making techniques, IPPM (1991). He commenced his professional experience as business developer officer at PT Pasarini Padibumi (1993-1997), followed by serving as a Commissioner in a number of companies, including PT Panca Nugraha Paramitra (1997-2005), PT PLN (Persero) (2009-2013), Special Advisor at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (2009-2011) and Director of PT Sarana Services (2005-present).

Siauw Hong Goei

Mr. Goei Siauw Hong serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since March 16, 2015. He holds a degree in Agriculture from Bogor Agricultural University (1988) and Master of Business Administration from Indiana University (1993). He received a number of professional certifications, including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute in 1996 and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from Global Association of Risk Professional (GARP) in 2005. In addition, he has completed the Risk Management Certification issued by GARP/BSMR for level 1, 2, and 3, as well as by BaRA/LSPP for level 1, and 2. He began his career as System Analyst in 1988 at Astra Graphia. After competing his MBA in 1993, he started working as equity analyst at WI Carr Indonesia, whereby he was promoted to a senior equity analyst position within 11 months. In 1995 to 1996, he served as a Senior Analyst at CLSA Indonesia, and got promoted as Deputy of Research, and subsequently Head of Research. In 1996 to 1998, he worked for SocGen Crosby as Head of Research and brought the company to become The Most Improved Research as published by Asiamoney. In 1999 to 2001, he worked at Nomura Indonesia as Head of Research. During his career at Nomura Indonesia, he was honored as a Top 5 Analyst in Indonesia by Asiamoney. In 2006 to 2010, he served as to member of Risk Monitoring Committee of Bank Permata.

Bangun Sarwito Kusmuljono

Mr. Bangun Sarwito Kusmuljono serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since March 16, 2015. He graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1970 with Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, received an MBA from University Southern California (Los Angeles, USA) in 1974 and Doctor of Environmental Management from Bogor Institute of Agriculture in 2007. He started his career at BKPM in 1972 as an implementation officer, and continued his career in a number of banks until 1986, including Chase Manhattan Bank (in New York and Hong Kong), Fincorinvest, and Asian Development Bank. He served as President Director of Bank Nusa International in April 1997 to September 1999, and PNM in June 1999 to May 2005. He was appointed by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) as an Expert Staff in January 1998 and remained until June 1999. He has served as member of Board of Commissioners in a number of institutions, including Maybank Nusa (April 1997 – May 1994), Bank Niaga (May 1999 – May 2002), Syarikat Takaful Indonesia (June 2007 – June 2009), BRI (May 2005 – May 2010), BNI (May 2010 – March 2015). He was entrusted to lead the National Committee of the Empowerment of Micro Financing, where he has been serving since August 2005. In terms of academic field, he has served as a visiting lecturer at Tokyo Institute of Technology and Kansai University in Japan (2007), Maribor University in Slovenia (2008), Queensland University in Brisbane, Australia (2009), as a distinguished lecturer in the post-graduate program at Muhammadiyah University in Jakarta (2009 – present), Bogor Institute of Agriculture (2008 – present), Bandung Institute of Technology (2000 – present). In addition, he has served as member of the Board of Trustee of Universitas Bakrie (2007 – 2012), and as Head of Commission II of the Board of Trustee of the Bogor Institute of Agriculture (2007 – 2012).
