Name Description

Baudouin Prot

Mr. Baudouin Prot has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas SA since December 1, 2011. Up until that date he served as Chief Executive Director and Member of the Executive Committee of the Company. He has served as a Member of the Board of Directors since March 7, 2000. He was previously Director of Operations of the Bank until May 15, 2003. A graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales and Ecole Nationale d'Administration, he is also a Director of Pinault-Printemps-Redoute, Veolia Environnement, Lafarge, Erbe SA, Pargesa Holding SA and the Institute of International Finance (IIF). In addition, he is also the Chairman of the IMC (The Internatinal Monetary Conference), and Member of the International Advisory Panel of MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapour) and of the International Business Leaders' Advisory Council (IBLAC) of the city of Shanghai.

Michel Pebereau

Mr. Michel Pebereau is a Director of BNP Paribas SA and has been its Honorary Chairman of the Board since December 1, 2011. He is also the Chairman of the Bank’s Governance and Nominating Committee. Previously he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors till December 1, 2011, and was also Chief Executive Officer of the Company until May 14, 2003. He was first appointed on the Company's Board of Directors on May 14, 1993. A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale d’Administration, he is a also Director of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain, Total, BNP Paribas SA (Switzerland), EADS NV, AXA and Pargesa Holding SA, a Member of the Supervisory Board of Banque Marocaine pour le Commerce et l'Industrie, and Non-Voting Director of Galeries Lafayette SA. Mr. Pebereau also holds positions in companies and institutions, including Chairman of the Management Board of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, a Member of the Executive Committee of Mouvement des Entreprises en France and a Member of Academie des sciences morales et politiques amongst others.

Jean-Laurent Bonnafe

Mr. Jean-Laurent Bonnafe has been the Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas SA since December 1, 2011. He has served as Member of the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas SA as of May 12, 2010 and has also been Member of the Company’s Executive Committee since 2002. He previously served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from September 1, 2008. Mr. Bonnafe joined BNP in 1993 in Large Corporations Division. In 1997, he was appointed Head of Strategy and Development. He led the post-merger and integration organisation for BNP Paribas following the merger with Paribas in 2000 and became the Head of French Retail Banking and BNL Banca Commerciale in 2002. Mr. Bonnafe is also Director of BNL, BNP Paribas Fortis, Carrefour and Erbe SA. Mr. Bonnafe is an engineer by training and is an alumnus of the Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines de Paris engineering schools in Paris. After graduating, he joined the Ministry of Industry, and then became a technical advisor to the Minister of Foreign Trade.

Philippe Bordenave

Mr. Philippe Bordenave has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas SA since December 1, 2011 and is also a Member of the Executive Committee. He became Financial Director of BNP in 1998 and was involved in the merger of BNP and Paribas. In 2000, he became the Financial Director of the BNP Paribas SA and a member of the Group's Executive Committee. From September 2008, he also held the position of Senior Executive Vice-President. Since March 1, 2011, ALM Treasury has been under his responsibility. He also holds other mandates, including Director of BNP Paribas Personal Finance. He is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and ENA (Ecole Nationale d'Administration). He began his career working for the French Treasury (Budget Department) at the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry. Mr. Bordenave joined the Company in 1985 and was in charge of developing financial market activities. He became Deputy Head of Capital Markets and Treasury in 1987 and was appointed Head of the Paris trading room in 1990. He was Head of Global Markets between 1993 and 1997.

Georges Chodron de Courcel

Mr. Georges Chodron de Courcel has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and a Member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas SA since June 2003. He oversees Corporate & Investment Banking and Investment Solutions. He began his career with Banque Nationale de Paris where he has had a succession of responsibilities. After having spent six years in Corporate Banking, he was named Head of Equity Research in 1978 and then Head of Asset Management. In 1982 he became General Secretary of Banexi, a subsidiary of BNP. In 1989, he was appointed Director of Corporate Finance and Chairman of Banexi. In January 1991, he became Head of Capital Markets and then Deputy Managing Director in 1995. After being appointed Chief Executive International and Finance in 1996, he assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer of BNP between 1996 and 1999. After the creation of the BNP Paribas Group in August 1999, he was made a Member of the Executive Committee and Head of Corporate & Investment Banking of BNP Paribas SA. Mr. Chodron de Courcel currently holds various mandates, including Chairman of BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA, Member of the Board of Directors of Alstom, Bouygues, Societe Fonciere, Financiere et de Participation (FFP), Nexans, CNP, Erbe and Groupe Bruxelles Lambert, amongst others, and Member of the Supervisory Board of Lagardere SCA. Mr. Chodron de Courcel graduated in 1971 from Ecole Centrale de Paris and had a degree in Economics in 1972.

Francois Villeroy de Galhau

Mr. Francois Villeroy de Galhau has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas SA since December 1, 2011. Up until that date, he acted as Head of French Retail Banking and Member of the Executive Committee since September 1, 2008. Mr. Villeroy de Galhau is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale d'Administration. He began his career as Senior Auditor at the French Treasury (1984-1988). He served as European Advisor to Pierre Beregovoy (1990-1993) when the latter was Prime Minister. He held various positions at the Treasury Directorate (1993-96), before being appointed Financial Advisor in Brussels. Subsequently, he became Head of Cabinet under Dominique Strauss-Kahn (1997-1999) and then under Christian Sautter (1999-2000) at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance. He then held the post of Director-General of Taxes (2000-2003). In 2003, he became CEO of Cetelem, the consumer credit subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group. After the merger of Cetelem and UCB, he became CEO of BNP Paribas Personal Finance (2007), and then Head of French Retail Banking (FRB), and took a seat on BNP Paribas SA's Executive Committee (2008). Mr. Villeroy de Galhau is also the Vice Chairman of BGL BNP Paribas, Director of BNP Paribas Fortis, BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, Arval Service Lease, Cortal Consors and Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (Italie), and serves on the supervisory board of the Bayard Presse Group and of Villeroy & Boch AG (Sarre). He was a lecturer in Economics at Sciences Po Paris (school of political science) from 1996 to 2005.

Lars Machenil

Dr. Lars Machenil is appointed as Chief Financial Officer of BNP Paribas SA effective from March 1, 2012. He was CFO at BNP Paribas Fortis from May 2009. He joined Fortis in 2000 and has held several Board and executive roles for Finance in the Benelux, Turkey and Poland. These roles covered functions such as accounting, Management Control, Mergers & Acquisitions and structuring. Before joining Fortis, Dr. Machenil worked for three years with McKinsey in Venezuela, Italy and Brussels. Lars holds a PhD in nuclear science and an engineering degree in electrotechnics.

Jean Clamon

Mr. Jean Clamon has served as Managing Director, Head of Compliance and Internal Control Coordination as well as Member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas SA, effective as of September 1, 2008. He was previously Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of the Company from June 2003. A graduate of Ecole Centrale des Arts et Manufactures de Paris, he joined Paribas in 1976 and pursued most of his career in the group’s Finance department, of which he was Head until July 1994. At this stage, he took the helm of the new Finance, Information Technology, Operational Organisation and Logistics department at Paribas. In February 1997, he became a member of the Board of Directors of Banque Paribas. In 1998, he was appointed to the Executive Committee of Paribas in his capacity as Financial Director; he also oversaw IT. In September 1999, he became a Member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas SA, still as Financial Director. He was appointed Head of Specialized Financial Services on October 1, 2000.

Michel Konczaty

Yves Martrenchar

Mr. Yves Martrenchar is the Head of Group Human Resources and a Member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas SA as of September 26, 2012. He joined the BNP Paribas Group in 1980 where he has pursued his whole career and started within the French retail banking division. In 2009, he became Head of Distribution, Markets and Solutions for all BNP Paribas' retail banking activities worldwide. In 2010, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Retail Banking, in charge of all transversal missions. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (1977 class).

Marie-Claire Capobianco

Ms. Marie-Claire Capobianco has been Head of French Retail Banking and Member of the Executive Committee at BNP Paribas SA since December 1, 2011. After joining the BNP Paribas Group in 1977, Ms. Capobianco began her career in the corporate division in the south east of France. Following four years with the Inspection Générale of the bank, firstly as an auditor and later head of mission, she headed the individual and professional customers division in Nantes, before being appointed to head of the branch offices in Toulon, and later Evry. In November 2002, she was appointed to lead the private banking business line for the whole of France. From 2007 and following the acquisition of BNL, she also held a management role in Private Banking in Italy. Since November 2008, as part of the constitution of the Retail Banking BNP Paribas unit, she was in charge of the development of Private Banking in all the countries in which BNP Paribas has domestic customer networks.

Jacques d'Estais

Mr. Jacques d'Estais has served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Head of Investment Solutions, Personal Finance, and International Retail Banking, as well as Member the Executive Committee at BNP Paribas SA since December 1, 2011. Mr. d'Estais began his career at Credit Lyonnais and joined Paribas in 1983 as an account officer in the Commercial Banking department in Paris, subsequently moving on to Paribas Treasury department in 1986. Early in 1988 he moved to Paribas London as the Global Head of Interest Rate Options before being appointed Global Head of Equity Derivatives in 1991. From 1995, Mr. d'Estais worked in Japan as General Manager of Paribas Capital Markets Japan and in January 1999 moved back to London as Chief Operating Officer for Fixed Income. In June 2000 Mr. d’Estais was appointed Global Head of Fixed Income for BNP Paribas. In December 2005, Mr. d’Estais was appointed Head of Corporate and Investment Banking and became a Member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas SA. In April 2009, Mr. d'Estais was appointed Head of Investment Solutions. Mr. d'Estais graduated from the Ecole des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) in 1981.

Stefaan Decraene

Mr. Stefaan Decraene has been Head of International Retail Banking and Member of the Executive Committee at BNP Paribas SA since December 1, 2011. Mr. Decraene began his career in 1988 at Bacob Bank where he held several positions (Credit Analyst, Corporate Banker, Regional Director for SMEs, Antwerp and Limbourg, and Manager, Corporate Banking) until 1998. In that year he was appointed Director, Investment Banking at Artesia Banking Corporation and then became Chairman of the Management Board of Artesia Securities from 2000 to July 2001. From July to November 2001 Mr. Decraene worked as Head of Wholesale Banking at Dexia Bank Belgium, from November 2001 to August 2002 he served as Chairman of the Management Board at Artesia Bank Netherlands and then, from August 2002 to July 2003, was Member of the Management Board of Dexia Bank Netherlands. At Dexia Bank Belgium, Mr. Decraene was Member of the Management Board from July 2003 to January 2006, served as Chairman of the Management Board from January 2006 to August 2011, and was Member of the Management Board of Dexia S.A. (Head of Retail and Commercial Banking for Belgium, Turkey and Luxembourg), and Head of AMS (Asset Management, Insurance and Investment Services) from November 2008 to August 2011. Mr. Decraene holds a Masters Degree in Applied Economics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (the Catholic University of Leuven), Belgium.

Fabio Gallia

Mr. Fabio Gallia has served as CEO and General Manager of BNL bc, Member of the Executive Committee at BNP Paribas SA as of September 1, 2008 and is also the Head of the BNP Paribas Group in Italy as of May 2012. After graduating in economics from the Universita degli Studi di Torino, Mr. Gallia began his career at the consulting firm Accenture. He then spent 12 years at Giubergia Ersel Group. During these years, he held the position of Investments Director (from 1996) and subsequently became Partner and CEO (from 1999). Mr. Gallia began his career in the banking industry in 2002 when he joined Capitalia. In 2002, as Deputy Director General of Capitalia, he was responsible for Group Integrated Finance and Wealth Management. The following year he was appointed Co-General Manager with responsibility for the Commercial Group Policy. From September 2003 to 2005 he was also CEO of Fineco, a bank listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, which was then incorporated in the Capitalia Group. In August 2005, he became CEO of Banca di Roma and Chairman of the Management Committee of Capitalia, positions he held until 2007, when the merger with UniCredit Group took place. During this period, Mr. Gallia was also Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of Capitalia Asset Management SGR, member of the Boards of Directors of CNP Capitalia Vita, Borsa Italiana and MTS and member of the Steering Committee of Assogestioni. He joined the BNP Paribas Group in October 2007. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of ABI (the Italian Banking Association), the Board of Directors of the BNL Foundation, the Executive Committee of the BNP Paribas Foundation, the Executive Committee of the Assonime Board (Association of Italian Joint Stock Companies), the Board of Directors of Coesia SpA, and the Board of Directors of Ariston Thermo SpA.

Yann Gerardin

Mr. Yann Gerardin has been Head of Global Equities and Commodity Derivatives and Member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas SA since December 1, 2011. Mr. Gerardin joined BNP in 1987 to create the equity derivatives business, and was appointed global Head of Equity Derivatives for the newly created BNP Paribas in 1999. At the beginning of 2005, he took over responsibility for the entire BNP Paribas Equities & Derivatives division, to which the Commodity Derivatives activity was added later that year. Mr. Gerardin is graduated from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) business school in Political Science and in Econometrics.

Maxime Jadot

Mr. Maxime Jadot has served as CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of BNP Paribas Fortis, and Member of the Executive Committee at BNP Paribas SA as of March 1, 2011. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Law from the Facultes universitaires Saint-Louis in Brussels in 1977, a Masters in Law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 1980, and a Masters in Comparative Law from the University of Georgetown (Washington DC, USA) in 1981. After a short stint as a legal counsel, Mr. Jadot began his banking career in 1983 at Generale de Banque. From 1984 to 1998, he held successive positions as Branch Manager, Branch Network Manager, Head of Marketing, Regional Manager and Marketing Director. Between February 2007 and June 2009, he was Chairman of the Board and Country Manager of Fortis France. Previously (from 1998-2006), he was Managing Director of Corporate Finance & Capital Markets at Fortis Bank. Prior to the tie-up between BNP Paribas and Fortis, Mr. Jadot coordinated the strategy for bank and insurance activities at Fortis in France. Since 1994, Mr. Jadot has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bekaert.

Frederic Janbon

Mr. Frederic Janbon has been Head of Fixed Income and Member of the Executive Committee at BNP Paribas SA since December 1, 2011. Graduated from AgroParisTech in 1984, Mr. Janbon began his career at Paribas in London in 1988 in option and swap trading. He then held various positions within derivatives sales and trading in London, Paris and Tokyo. In January 2001, following the BNP Paribas merger, he became Global Head of Interest Rate Groups and then Global Head of Fixed Income Trading in January 2005. He has held his current position as Global Head of Fixed Income since December 2005. Mr. Janbon is Board Member of AFME (Association for Financial Markets in Europe) and GFMA (Global Financial Markets Association).

Thierry Laborde

Mr. Thierry Laborde has been Head of BNP Paribas Personal Finance and Member of the Executive Committee at BNP Paribas SA since December 1, 2011. Prior to his current position, Mr. Laborde spent his entire career in Retail Banking in France, apart from a four-year period at BNP Paribas’ Inspection Generale department, two of them as Head of Department. He successively managed BNP Paribas’ operations into the Alsace region, and subsequently into the South-East area of France before being appointed in 2006 as Head of the French Retail Banking branch network. Mr. Laborde is a graduate in Economics.

Eric Lombard

Mr. Eric Lombard has served as Head of BNP Paribas Cardif and Member of the Executive Committee at BNP Paribas SA since December 1, 2011. From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Lombard worked in the public service, first as Technical Adviser in the private office of Louis Le Pensec, French Government spokesman, from 1989 to 1991. He then became Adviser to Michel Sapin, Junior Minister for Justice from 1991 to 1992 and Minister of Economy and Finance from 1992 to 1993. Mr. Lombard joined Paribas in April 1993, as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for the Banking and Insurance sectors. He was then appointed Head of the Financial Institutions Group and Member of the department’s Executive Committee from 1997 to 1999. He was appointed Head of the BNP Paribas Financial Institutions Group in September 1999, becoming a member of the Management Committee of the Corporate and Investment Banking business. In September 2002 he became Head of Corporates and Financial Institutions. In 2004 he became Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Assurance, the life and casualty insurance arm of BNP Paribas, and a member of the Management Committee of the BNP Paribas Investment Solutions business division. Mr. Lombard graduated from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) business school.

Alain Papiasse

Mr. Alain Papiasse has been Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Head of Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) and Member of the Executive Committee at BNP Paribas SA since December 1, 2011. He started his career with Credit Lyonnais in 1973. During his time there he progressed through different positions including Credit Analyst and Deputy Senior Banker before being appointed Executive Vice President of Credit Lyonnais in the Americas in 1996. In 2002, Mr Papiasse was made Vice Chairman of Credit Lyonnais before becoming Vice Chairman of Credit Agricole Indosuez Calyon in 2003 following the merger between Credit Lyonnais and Credit Agricole. Mr. Papiasse joined BNP Paribas SA in January 2005, as Head of Investment Solutions and was made a Member of the Executive Committee in 2005. He was appointed Head of BNP Paribas CIB in April 2009. Mr. Papiasse is a graduate of the Institut Technique de Banques, Centre d’Etudes Superieures de Banque (CESB) and the Centre de Perfectionnement Aux Affaires (CPA). In 2010, he was made Chevalier of the Ordre National du Merite (a high-ranking French honour).

Eric Raynaud

Mr. Eric Raynaud has been Head of Asia-Pacific Region and Member of the Executive Committee at BNP Paribas SA since December 1, 2011. Mr. Raynaud started his career in 1981 at Banque Indosuez as a Client Relationship Manager in Singapore, Saudi Arabia and then Hong Kong where he joined the capital markets’ activities. After returning to France in 1987, he was named Global Head of Forex in 1993 and returned to Singapore as Head of Fixed Income and Treasury Asia/Pacific in 1995. Mr. Raynaud joined BNP in May 1997, based in Singapore, and assumed similar responsibilities. He returned to Paris as Head of Fixed Income, France in 2002. In January 2004, he was named Head of Coverage and Territories Europe, supervising the relationship management teams for French and European Corporates, and coordinating their actions in Europe. He was then appointed Head of Structured Finance and Head of Loan and Portfolio Management for BNP Paribas CIB in December 2005. In June 2008, Mr. Raynaud was named Global Head of Client Coverage & Loan and Portfolio Management. In May 2009, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Fortis Bank and Head of BNP Paribas Fortis CIB.

Nicole Misson

Ms. Nicole Misson has served as a Representative of Executive Employees on the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas SA since July 1, 2011. She is also a Member of the Bank’s Internal Control, Risks and Compliance Committee. She works as a retail banking customer adviser at BNP Paribas SA. She also serves as an Advisor to the Employment Tribunal of Paris (CPH Paris) and a Member of Commission paritaire de la Banque (AFB – formation recours).

Ms. Marion Guillou is an Independent Director of BNP Paribas SA as of May 15, 2013. Ms. Guillou, former student of the Ecole Polytechnique and Chief Engineer of Genie Rural, also holds a Doctorate degree in Food Science. She spent her career in the Ministry of Agriculture and also run the Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA). She has been the Chairman of the Board of Ecole Polytechnique since 2008.

Denis Kessler

Mr. Denis Kessler has served as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas SA since May 23, 2000 and is also a Member of the Bank’s Audit Committee and Chairman of the Compensation Committee. A graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), he also holds a Doctorate in Philosophy of the Universite de Paris. He is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Scor SE and holds other mandates, including Director of Bollore, Dassault Aviation, Invesco Ltd and Fonds Strategique d’Investissement, and Member of the Supervisory Board of Yam Invest NV, among others.

Jean-Francois Lepetit

Mr. Jean-Francois Lepetit has served as Independent Director of BNP Paribas SA since May 5, 2004 and is also the Chairman of the Bank's Internal Control, Risks and Compliance Committee and Member of the Compensation Committee. He is also Director of Qatar Financial Center Regulatory Authority in Doha and of the Conseil de la regulation financiere et du risque systemique (COREFRIS), and Director of Smart Trade Technologies SA and Shan SA.

Laurence Parisot

Ms. Laurence Parisot has served as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas SA since May 23, 2006 and is also Member of the Governance and Nominating Committee of the Bank. She is Chairperson of the French Business Confederation (Mouvement des Entreprises de France - MEDEF), Director of Coface SA and Member of the Supervisory Board of Compagnie Generale des Etablissements Michelin SCA, as well as Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of IFOP SA.

Helene Ploix

Ms. Helene Ploix has served as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas SA since March 21, 2003. She is also a Member of the Bank’s Internal Control, Risks and Compliance Committee and Compensation Committee. She is the Chairperson of Pechel Industries SAS, Pechel Industries Partenaires SAS and FSH SAS, Permanent Representative of Pechel Industries on the Board of Ypso Holding, Goemar Holding and Store Electronic Systems amongst others, and Director of Lafarge, Ferring SA, Sofina and Genesis Emerging Markets Fund Limited. In addition, Ms. Ploix is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Publicis Groupe, Goemar Developpement and Laboratoires Goemar, Legal Manager of Helene Ploix SARL, Helene Marie Jospeh SARL and Sorepe Societe Civile, and a Member of the French Institute of Directors amongst others.

Michel Tilmant

Mr. Michel Tilmant has served as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas SA since May 12, 2010. He is also a Member of the Bank’s Internal Control, Risks and Compliance Committee. Prior to that position, he was Non-Voting Member of the Board of BNP Paribas from November 4, 2009 until May 11, 2010. Mr. Tilmant is also a Manager of Strafin sprl, Chairman of Guardian Holdings Limited (Jersey) and Guardian Acquisitions Limited (U.K.), Director of Sofina SA, Groupe Lhoist SA, Foyer Assurances SA, CapitalatWork Foyer Group SA, Universite Catholique de Louvain, and Royal Automobile Club of Belgium, and a Senior Advisor of Cinven Ltd.

Emiel Van Broekhoven

Mr. Emiel Van Broekhoven has served as an Independent Director of BNP Paribas SA since May 12, 2010. He is also Member of the Bank’s Audit Committee. Prior to that position, he was Non-Voting Member of the Board of BNP Paribas from November 4, 2009 until May 11, 2010. He is an Economist and an Honorary Professor at the University of Antwerp.

Daniela Weber-Rey

Ms. Daniela Weber-Rey has served as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas SA since May 21, 2008 and is also a Member of the Bank's Governance and Nominating Committee. She works as Partner at Clifford Chance, Frankfurt, where she is in charge of the German sector of the Group, Financial Institutions as well as the Franco-German team. Ms. Weber-Rey also serves as a Member of the German Commission of Corporate Governance, a Member of the Stakeholder Group of the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA), a Member of the Partnership Council of Clifford Chance, Board Member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), and Advisory Board Member of the International Institute for Insurance Regulation (ICIR).

Fields Wicker-Miurin

Ms. Fields Wicker-Miurin, OBE, has served as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas SA since May 11, 2011. She is also Member of the Bank’s Audit Committee. She is the co-founder and a partner of Leaders' Quest, where she leads the Strategic Advisory Council. She previously held a management position at the London Stock Exchange. She has served on the boards of several companies operating in a range of sectors internationally, including media, property, insurance and investment banking, and has worked in strategy consulting, banking and venture capital. Previously, she was an Expert Advisor to the European Union on financial services harmonisation and a member of the NASDAQ Technology Council. She currently holds various other mandates, including Director of CDC Group Plc and Ballarpur International Graphic Paper Holdings, and a Member of the Board of the Battex School of Leadership - University of Virginia.
