Mr. Bruce James Lane has been Non-Executive Director of Bannon Ltd since February 1, 2013. He brings to the board a broad range of operational management and corporate experience including past roles as executive director of ASX listed companies Stonehenge Metals Ltd and Atom Energy Limited (now Excelsior Gold Ltd). His recent engagements have involved the execution of a number of corporate & operational events including capital raisings, acquisitions (both in Australia and offshore), joint ventures and minerals exploration campaigns. Mr. Lane has also managed a number of ASX IPOs and secondary raisings for ASX companies. Mr. Lane has also worked with numerous early stage technology companies as an advisor, investor and manager. Prior to completing a Sloan Fellowship Masters degree at London Business School (LBS) Mr. Lane gained 13 years of international management experience with global blue chip FMCG companies including Unilever, Heinz and Bestfoods. |

Mr. Peter Pawlowitsch is Non-Executive Director of Bannon Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is a current member of the Certified Practising Accountants of Australia and also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Curtin University. These qualifications have underpinned more than ten years' experience in the accounting profession, business management and the evaluation of businesses and mining projects. Mr. Pawlowitsch has been a director of a number of junior resource companies including being a founding Director of Ventnor Resources Limited and he is also currently an Executive Director of Crucible Gold Limited. |

Mr. Daniel Schwann is Non-Executive Director of Bannon Ltd. He is a qualified metallurgist with knowledge across a range of commodities. He has been involved in the mining industry for almost two decades. Mr. Schwann previously held the position of Production Superintendent and Metallurgical Project Superintendent for Barrick/Placer Dome Australia and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mineral Science (Extractive Metallurgy) from Murdoch University. |
