Name Description

Anders Ullberg

 Mr. Anders Ullberg has been Independent Chairman of the Board of Boliden AB since 2005. He also serves as Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company. Mr. Ullberg is Chairman of the Boards of Directors of BE Group, Diamorph, Eneqvist consulting, Natur&Kultur and Studsvik. In addition, he holds directorships at Atlas Copco, Beijer Alma, Sapa, Valedo Partners and Akers, and serves as Chairman of the Swedish Financial Reporting Board. He holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics.

Lennart Evrell

 Mr. Lennart Evrell has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Boliden AB since 2007, and Member of the Company's Board of Directors since 2008. He serves as Chairman of the Board of SveMin. He holds Master of Science degrees in Engineering and Economics.

Mikael Staffas

 Mr. Mikael Staffas has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Boliden AB since July 2011. His most recent position was at the Forest industry company, Sodra, where he was CFO from 2005. He graduated with a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Kungliga Tekniska Hogskola), after which he spent 14 years in various positions within the Management Consultancy firm, McKinsey, the last five years as Partner. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree.

Kerstin Konradsson

 Ms. Kerstin Konradsson has been President - Business Area Smelters at Boliden AB since February 1, 2012. She served as at AKERS as Chief Executive Officer of AKERS SWEDEN AB, and as Divisional Manager for AKERS' casting operations in Europe and Asia. She was also Member of the AKERS group management team. She began her career at Elkem Scanlance AB in Hoganas, and then moved to SSAB in Oxelosund, where she stayed for 12 years. She was initially employed by SSAB as a Development Engineer, and subsequently held a variety of managerial positions within the company. When she left SSAB in 2007, she was responsible for the Metallurgy unit in Oxelosund. She holds a degree in Metallurgy from Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan – KTH.

Jan Mostrom

 Mr. Jan Mostrom serves as President of Business Area Mines at Boliden AB. He was employed by the Company between 1979 and 1998, and since 2000. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.

Henrik Ostberg

 Mr. Henrik Ostberg has served as Senior Vice President Corporate Responsibility at Boliden AB since 2012. He was Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Sustainability at the Company from August 4, 2008 until 2012. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Languages and Pedagogics.

Roland Antonsson

 Mr. Michael G:son Low has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Boliden AB since April 27, 2010. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Preem AB. He serves as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors of the Swedish Industrial and Chemical Employers Association, and the Swedish- Russian & CIS Chamber of Commerce, and Member on the Boards of Concordia Maritime, Norstel, Preem, Stena LNG, and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise. He is also Member of the Chalmers Advisory Committee and the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences. Mr. G:son Low holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Ulla Litzen

 Ms. Ulla Litzen has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Boliden AB since 2005. She serves as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. Her other board assignments include directorships at Alfa Laval, Atlas Copco, SKF, NCC and Husqvarna AB.
