| Allen, Dean | Dean K. Allen is Chairman of the Board of Dynamic Materials Corporation. Mr. Allen has served as a director since July 1993 and Chairman of the Board since May 2006. In January 2001, Mr. Allen retired as President of Parsons Europe, Middle East and South Africa, a position he had held since February 1996. Mr. Allen was Vice President and General Manager of Raytheon Engineers and Constructors, Europe, from February 1994 to December 1995. Earlier in his career, Mr. Allen served as Executive Vice President of Fluor Corporation, where he was employed for 25 years. |

Mr. Cariou has served as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2000 and as a director since May 2006.
