In January 2001, Mr. Allen retired as President of Parsons Europe, Middle East and South Africa, a position he had held since February 1996. Mr. Allen was Vice President and General Manager of Raytheon Engineers and Constructors, Europe, from February 1994 to December 1995. Earlier in his career, Mr. Allen served as Executive Vice President of Fluor Corporation, where he was employed for 25 years. |

Mr. Cariou has served as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2000 and as a director since May 2006. Water Treatment Inc., an industrial and municipal water treatment systems company and a subsidiary of London-based Thames Water Plc and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Goldsworthy Engineering, a specialist in the engineering and manufacture of automated systems for the laying of aerospace composite materials. He also spent fifteen years with Carbone Lorraine, a global industrial components manufacturer, where he held various executive positions in France and the United States, including President of Carbone USA Corp. |
