Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala

Mr. Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala, II, serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank of the Philippine Islands since March 25, 2004. He has served as Member of the Board of BPI since 1994 and as Vice-Chairman from 1995 to March 2004. He is also currently the Chairman of the Executive Committee and member of the Nomination Committee of the Company. Cezar Consing

Mr. Cezar Peralta Consing serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Independent Director of Bank of the Philippine Islands effective April 18, 2013. He was also elected as a Member of the Risk Management Committee of BPI in December 2004 up to January 1, 2007 and on April 15, 2010. Mr. Antonio V. Paner serves as Executive Vice President, Treasurer, Head of Global Banking Group of Bank of the Philippine Islands since April 14, 2011. He is the Chairman of the Asset and Liability Committee and the Capital Management Committee of the Bank. Ms. Natividad N. Alejo serves as an Executive Vice President of Bank of the Philippine Islands.
