Lemaire, Bernard Mr. Bernard Lemaire is Executive Chairman of the Board of Boralex Power Income Fund. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Boralex Inc. on September 4, 2003 and BPT Trustee on February 6, 2002. Claude Audet was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Boralex Inc. on September 4, 2003 and BPT Trustee on September 24, 2003. Claude Audet worked for close to 15 years at the Québec Ministry of the Environment, at the service of pulp and paper industry and sawing plants. He joined Cascades Inc. in 1989 as Director, Environment, a position he held until April 2002, when he was appointed Vice-President, environment for all the Cascades Group. Boralex Power Income Fund is managed by Boralex Inc.
