Edward McNally

 Mr. Edward E. McNally is Chairman of the Board of Big Rock Brewery Inc. He founded the Company in 1984. He previously served as President from 1984 until 1999 and served as Chief Executive Officer from 1984 to 2005. From 1970 to 1984, he was a rancher in the Calgary area and he was a practicing barrister and solicitor from 1952 to 1980. Mr. McNally is also a director of Algonquin Oil & Gas Limited.

William McKenzie

 Mr. William McKenzie is President of Big Rock Brewery Inc. since January 1, 2011. He was appointed President of the Administrator effective January 1, 2010. Mr. McKenzie served as Vice President - Sales & Marketing of Big Rock since July 2, 2008. Prior thereto he was Director of Sales with Diageo Canada.
