Warren Buffett

Mr. Warren Edward Buffett is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. He has been a director and the controlling shareholder of the Corporation since 1965 and has been its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 1970. He was a director of The Washington Post Company until May 2011. Warren Buffett brings to the Board his 45 years of experience as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.

Charles Munger

Mr. Charles T. Munger is Vice Chairman of the Board of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., since 1978. He has been a director and Vice Chairman of the Corporation’s Board of Directors since 1978. Between 1984 and 2011, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Wesco Financial Corporation, approximately 80%-owned by the Corporation during that period.
