Richard Eason

Mr. Richard Eason is Chief Executive Officer of Brook Motors Ltd, a subsidiary of Lindeteves Jacoberg Ltd. He was appointed as CEO of Brook Motors Ltd in April 2009, in charge of developing the distribution market in the UK, Middle East and Europe region. Following the restructuring of Lindeteves-Jacoberg Group in September 2010, he came under the direct employment of Brook Crompton UK Limited, continuing his existing role plus added responsibility of overseeing the North American operations. Prior to this he has spent 20 years in the electric motor and drives industry, with focus on OEM and EPC business for motors and drives, predominantly serving the oil & gas industries. Mr. Eason holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from the Lancaster University in the UK.

Paul Hopley

Mr. Paul Hopley serves as Chief Operating Officer - Brook Crompton UK Limited of Lindeteves Jacoberg Ltd since April 2009. He is in charge of sales administration, operations and finance in the UK and, since the Group’s reorganisation in 2010, has assisted in the North American operations in these areas. He has been employed in various financial and administrative roles with Brook Crompton over the past 35 years.

George Tay

Mr. George Tay is Director of Brook Crompton Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (formerly Western Electric Asia Pte Ltd), a subsidiary of Lindeteves Jacoberg Ltd, since 1992. He has been with the LJ Group since 1985 He is now the director of Western Electric Asia Pte Ltd, a position which he has held since 1992. He plays a role in developing the distribution operation in the Asian region. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Graduate Diplomas in Marketing and Management Studies.

Knut Unger

Dr. Knut Unger is Independent Non-Executive Director of Lindeteves Jacoberg Ltd. Dr. Unger joined the Lindeteves-Jacoberg Ltd. Board of Directors on 01 August 2007. After completion of his legal training in Germany, he participated in the FARE – Project Estonia, a program of the European Community for the development of the judicial systems of Eastern European reform democracies. He has subsequently been working as solicitor in Germany and Singapore. Dr. Unger holds a PhD in Law from the University of Freiburg - Breisgau, and has studied in Germany and Belgium.
