Name Description

Craig McGown

 Mr. Craig Ian McGown serves as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Bass Metals Ltd. He was appointed to this post on December 31, 2011 and has been on the Company’s Board since July 7, 2004. On July 1, 2010, he was named Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee and served as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee till June 26, 2012. In addition, he is Member of the Hedge Committee within the Company. He has more than 40 years of experience in corporate finance, covering mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings in both domestic and international financial markets, asset acquisitions and asset disposals, initial public offerings and corporate restructurings. Mr. McGown has experience with capital raisings in both domestic and foreign financial markets and has been involved in a number of capital raising transactions. Mr. McGown has also served on the Boards of a number of listed and unlisted companies including Resource Finance Corporation Ltd as Executive Director and as Executive Chairman of DJ Carmichael Pty Ltd. In addition, he acts as Executive Director of New Holland Capital Pty Ltd, Non-Executive Chairman of Pioneer Resources Ltd and Non-Executive Director of Peel Mining Ltd. He served as Director of Entek Energy Ltd until February 28, 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia. Moreover, he is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Affiliate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).

Michael Rosenstreich

 Mr. Michael (Mike) Benjamin Rosenstreich serves as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Executive Director of Bass Metals Ltd. He has been on the Company's Board since December 15, 2004. He has combination of technical and commercial skills gained over the past 25 years in the banking and mining sectors. He is Geologist with 13 years of experience gained in both exploration and mining roles including senior management positions with companies such as Homestake Mining, Dominion Mining and Consolidated Gold. Between July 1997 and November 2002, he was Member of the NM Rothschild Australia resource finance team, where he was involved in domestic and offshore project and corporate financings covering a range of commodity types. He left Rothschild in late 2002 to become involved with several junior and start-up resources companies in management, corporate advisory and technical consulting roles. He has been Managing Director of Bass Metals since December 2004. In 1984, he graduated from the University of Otago with an Honors degree in Geology. Moreover, he completed a Masters degree in Mineral and Energy Economics at the Macquarie University in 1996. He is Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Pierre Malherbe

 Mr. Pierre Malherbe is Chief Financial Officer of Bass Metals Ltd. He has financial and accounting background. His experience in South Africa and Australia includes 24 years in the Investment Banking, Finance and Mining industries. Working in a senior capacity for several financial brands he was responsible for managerial, transactional and financial input across a varied spectrum of businesses, including: mining, construction and aviation. More recently he has held senior management positions within mining and financial industries in Australia where he held the positions of Associate Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for a number of listed mining companies including Millennium Minerals Ltd, Zambezi Resources Ltd and Minrex Resources NL and the Linq Resources Fund. Mr. Malherbe holds a Master of Business Management (Master of Commerce) postgraduate degree from the University of Johannesburg, an Honours degree majoring in Accounting - Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) (Acc) and a Bachelor of Commerce Investment Management degree from the University of Johannesburg.

Susan Hunter

 Ms. Susan Patricia Hunter was Company Secretary of Bass Metals Ltd. She was appointed to this post on September 28, 2006. She has over 18 years of experience in the corporate finance industry. She is Founder and Managing Director of consulting firm Hunter Corporate Pty Ltd, which specializes in the provision of corporate governance and company secretarial advice to ASX listed entities. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Western Australia. In addition, she is Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Ms. Hunter is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and Chartered Secretaries Australia and she is currently Company Secretary for four other Australian Stock Exchange listed companies.

Barry Sullivan

 Mr. Barry James Kevin Sullivan serves as Non-Executive Director of Bass Metals Ltd. He was appointed to this post on January 9, 2012. He is experienced Mining Engineer, who has had a career in the mining industry, both in South Africa with Anglo American Ltd between 1969 and 1974, and in Australia with Mount Isa Mines (MIM) from 1974 to 1995. He served for six years as Executive General Manager at Mount Isa, in which capacity he was responsible for total operations including regional exploration, four underground mines and one open cut mine, power stations, dams and comprehensive support services. Mr. Sullivan is Non-Executive Chairman of Exco Resources Limited and Non-Executive Director of Lion Selection Limited. Till October 18, 2011, he acted as Director of Catalpa Resources Limited. Mr. Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Science degree.

Patrick Treasure

 Mr. Patrick Anthony (Tony) Treasure serves as Non-Executive Director of Bass Metals Ltd. He was appointed to this post on December 2, 2008. Moreover, he has been Member of the Company’s Audit Committee since July 1, 2010 and served as Member of the Remuneration Committee till June 27, 2012. He is Geologist by profession, who has been actively involved in the resource and metal recovery industry for over 35 years, holding senior executive positions with a number of publicly listed companies in the process metallurgy and mining fields. Mr. Treasure has experience in corporate management, technology development, project evaluation and development. Mr. Treasure is Managing Director of Metals Finance Ltd, a company of which he was Founding Director and primary architect of its business plan. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) and is Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
