Name Description

Nicholas Ferguson

 Mr. Nicholas E. H. Ferguson has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC., with effect from 3 April 2012. He has experience in leadership roles in the finance sector. Co-founder and instrumental in the development of Schroder Ventures (the private equity group which later became Permira) of which he served as Chairman from 1984 to 2001. Prior to his appointment as Chairman of the Company on 3 April 2012, Mr Ferguson served as Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Non-executive Director. Mr Ferguson has been Chairman of SVG Capital plc, a publically quoted private equity group, since April 2005 and has served as a Director of the company since 1996. His chairmanships in the notfor- profit sector include the Courtauld Institute of Art.

Jeremy Darroch

 Mr. Jeremy Darroch is Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc. Mr. Darroch joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2004 and was appointed CEO in December 2007. Mr Darroch has experience in the retailing and fast-moving consumer goods sectors. Prior to joining the Company, Mr Darroch was Group Finance Director of DSG International plc (DSG), formerly Dixons Group plc. Thomas Mockridge

 Mr. Thomas Mockridge has been appointed as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Board of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc., effective 3 April 2012. Mr. Mockridge was appointed as a Director of BSkyB on 10 February 2009. He is an experienced executive in both print journalism and pay television. Mr Mockridge was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of News International in July 2011. Previously, he was CEO of Sky Italia and Chief Executive, European Television of News Corporation where he oversaw News Corporation’s television operations in Europe. Prior to joining Sky Italia, Mr Mockridge held various roles at Star Group Limited and was previously CEO of Foxtel, News Corporation’s Pay-TV joint venture with Telstra.

Andrew Griffith

 Mr. Andrew Griffith is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director of British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC., since 7 April 2008. Mr. Griffith is an experienced finance professional. Mr Griffith joined the Company in 1999 and held a number of senior finance roles prior to his appointment as CFO in April 2008. Mr Griffith joined the Company from Rothschild, the investment banking organisation, where he provided financial and strategic advice to corporate clients in the technology, media and telecommunications sector. He has a degree in law from Nottingham University and is a member of the 100 Group of Finance Directors.

Mike Darcey

 Mr. Mike Darcey is Chief Operating Officer of British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC., since November 2006. His responsibilities include product development across all platforms, TV and online advertising sales, the Sky Business and Sky Betting & Gaming divisions, business development, relationships with third party channel providers and syndication of Sky content to other platforms. He sits on the boards of National Geographic Channels International (NGCI) and Nickelodeon UK and is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Television Society. Mike is also a Non-Executive Director of Home Retail Group plc. Didier Lebrat

 Mr. Didier Lebrat is Chief Technology Office of British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC., since December 2006. In this role, he leads the technical strategy, development and operations for broadcast, IT, internet and network platforms. Before joining Sky, Didier was Chief Technology Officer at Vodafone Italy, and before that CTO at Orange UK.

James Conyers

Barney Francis

 Mr. Barney Francis is Managing Director - Sky Sports of British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC., since July 2009. He is responsible for Sky Sports output across five core sports channels, four HD channels, Sky Sports News HD (launching summer 2010), as well as online and mobile content. Barney has worked in television for 17 years in the terrestrial, multi-channel and independent production sectors. He joined Sky in 1999, and has since produced a range of live coverage, support programming and sports news content. As Sky’s executive producer for cricket for six years he was responsible for Sky’s first exclusively live coverage of England’s domestic Tests, before moving on to Premier League and UEFA Champions League production.

Sophie Laing

 Ms. Sophie Turner Laing is Managing Director - Entertainment and News of British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC., since March 2007. She has overall responsibility for Sky’s portfolio of entertainment and news channels including Sky 1, Sky News, Sky Arts, Sky Atlantic, Sky Living and Sky Movies, as well as Broadcast Operations, Network Planning and the Sky Creative Agency. Prior to joining Sky in March 2003, Sophie held a number of senior roles at the BBC and Flextech, after beginning her television career at Henson International Television.

Chris Stylianou

 Mr. Chris Stylianou is Managing Director - Customer Service Group of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc., since August 2011. He is responsible for contact centres, 'E' service capability and in-home installation and service operations. Chris was previously joint Deputy Managing Director, Customer Group, and before that Deputy CFO. He joined Sky in January 1996 from KPMG where he was a senior manager in the Media practice.

Stephen van Rooyen

 Mr. Stephen van Rooyen is Managing Director - Sales and Marketing of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc., since August 2011. He is responsible for marketing and customer acquisition and retention across Sky's range of entertainment and communications products. Stephen was previously joint Deputy Managing Director, Customer Group, and before that Director of Product Management. He joined Sky in July 2006 from Virgin Media where he was Director of Strategy and has also worked at News International and Accenture in both Australia and the UK.

Deborah Baker

 Ms. Deborah Baker is Director for People of British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC., since December 2007. She joined Sky in December 2007 as Director for People. Prior to joining Sky Deborah was Senior Vice President, Human Resources Worldwide at Burberry plc, responsible for all HR issues across the group. She spent the early part of her career in roles at companies including Ford Motor Company, Schlumberger and Grand Metropolitan and went on to work in the retail, distribution and wholesale sectors, focusing particularly on turnaround situations.

Mr. Gilbert is a director of a number of investment trusts and is Chairman of Firstgroup plc, Chairman of the Investment Committee of Chaucer Holdings PLC and Non-Executive Director of Dynmark International Limited.

Andrew Higginson

 Mr. Andrew T. Higginson has been appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc., effective 3 April 2012. Mr. Higginson was appointed as a Director of BSkyB on 1 September 2004. plc for the last 14 years, first as Finance and Strategy Director, and latterly as Chief Executive of their Retailing Services business. Mr. Higginson’s early career was with Unilever, Guinness, Laura Ashley and the Burton Group. Member of the 100 Group of Finance Directors. He is President, Personal Care for Unilever plc, where he also sits on the Unilever Leadership Executive. He joined Unilever as a graduate trainee in 1987 and has held a variety of senior roles in Europe, South America and Asia, including President for the Americas and Chairman of Unilever UK and Ireland.

Matthieu Pigasse

 Mr. Matthieu Pigasse is Independent Non-Executive Director of British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC., effective 29 November 2011. Mr. Pigasse is investment banking professional and former civilian administrator of the French Ministry of Economy and Finance. In 2002 he joined investment banking firm Lazard. In 2009 he became Deputy CEO of Lazard in France and Vice President of Lazard in Europe. He is also the owner of the French publishing group, Les Inrockuptibles and a co-controlling shareholder of the newspaper publisher Le Monde and the French edition of the Huffington Post. Daniel Rimer

 Mr. Daniel Rimer is Independent Non-Executive Director of British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC., since 7 April 2008. Mr. Rimer is a Investment finance professional and entrepreneur with experience of building investment businesses internationally. Specific sector knowledge and skills focus include internet infrastructure software and services, technology, communications, ecommerce, and media business. General Partner of the venture capital firm Index Ventures Management LLP (Index Ventures) and established the firm’s London office. Prior to joining Index Ventures, he was a General Partner of The Barksdale Group. Mr. Rimer currently serves on a number of boards including Etsy, Inc., Flipboard, Inc., RightScale Inc., Oanda Corporation, FON Wireless Limited, and Stardoll Inc.

Lord Wilson

 Lord Wilson of Dinton is no longer Independent Non-Executive Director of British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC., effective June 1, 2013. He is an experienced civil servant who served in a number of UK Government Departments over a period of 36 years. He became Permanent Under Secretary of the Home Office in 1994 and Secretary of the Cabinet and Head of the Home Civil Service in 1998. Since his retirement in 2002 he has been Master of Emmanuel College, Cambridge. Lord Wilson was made a peer in 2002. He is Non-Executive Chairman of C. Hoare and Co, Bankers.
