Spena, Flavia Ms. Flavia Spena has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Organization Officer and as Director of Human Resources of Bulgari SpA since end of April 2009. She also serves as Member of the Management Committee of the Company. Before joining Bulgari, she was responsible for the organizational structures and processes at Autostrade SpA. She has been working in Bulgari for about twenty years, since 1990 as Corporate Human Resources Organization and Development Manager and since 1992 as Corporate Human Resources, Organization and Information Technology Executive Vice President, responsible for human resources organization, development, salary policy, training, internal communication, and information technology for the Bulgari Group worldwide. She holds a Degree in Business and Economics, a Master in Business Administration at the SDA Bocconi University and is enrolled in the Italian Register of Professional Chartered Accountants.
