Biographies

Name Description

Richard Hill

 Mr. Richard James Hill is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of BlackWall Property Funds Ltd. He has investment banking experience and was the founding partner of the corporate advisory firm Hill Young & Associates. Prior to forming Hill Young, he held various senior executive positions in Hong Kong and New York with Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC). He was admitted as an attorney in New York State and was registered by the US Securities & Exchange Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission. He is the Chairman of Calliden Group Limited and Sirtex Medical Limited and a director of Biota Holdings Limited (all listed on the ASX). In addition, he is Chairman of the Westmead Millennium Institute for Medical Research.

Stuart Brown

 Mr. Stuart Brown is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of BlackWall Property Funds Ltd. He has been involved in property investment for over 15 years. He has run debt and equity raising in relation to listed and unlisted real estate structures with assets valued at over half a billion dollars. He has worked in each of BlackWall Funds’ business units with responsibilities across funds management, property services and finance. He oversees all aspects of BlackWall Funds’ operations. Previously, he was Managing Director of formerly ASX listed Pelorus Property Group. In his earlier career, he practised as a solicitor in the areas of real estate, mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory with Mallesons and Gilbert + Tobin. He is also a director of Pelorus Private Equity Limited.

Don Bayly

 Mr. Don Bayly is Company Secretary of BlackWall Property Funds Ltd. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree from Victoria University. Don has over 20 years’ compliance management experience.

Joseph Glew

 Mr. Joseph M. Glew is Non-Executive Director of BlackWall Property Funds Ltd. He has worked in the commercial property industry in New Zealand, the United States and Australia. He has driven property development and financial structuring for over 30 years. In addition, since the early 1990s, he has run various “turn-around” processes in relation to distressed properties and property structures for both private and institutional property owners. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, and while working for the Housing Corporation of New Zealand and then AMP, he qualified as a registered valuer. In the 1980s, he served as an executive director with New Zealand based property group Chase Corporation and as a non-executive director with various other listed companies in New Zealand and Australia. He is also the Executive Chairman of Pelorus Private Equity Limited. He is Member of the Audit Commitee.

Robin Tedder

 Mr. Robin John Tedder is Non-Executive Director of BlackWall Property Funds Ltd. Robin has over 35 years’ experience in investment and financial markets. He has been an investor in the Group’s projects since 1997. Robin manages private equity interests and is the Chairman of Vintage Capital Pty Ltd. He is a former member of the ASX and has served on the boards of several merchant banks in Australia and overseas, including Rand Merchant Bank Ltd, Kleinwort Benson Australia Ltd and Australian Gilt Securities Ltd (as CEO from 1988 to 1995). He is a Director of Italtile Australia Pty Ltd (a national retailer under the CTM brand, and developer of bulky goods stores), Chairman of Apollo Health Management and Australian Ambassador for Singularity University (sponsored by NASA and Google) of Mountain View California. Robin is also a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Previously, Robin was a Director of formerly ASX listed Pelorus Property Group and he is now a Non-Executive Director of Pelorus Private Equity Limited.
