Mr. Kenneth I. Siegel is Chairman of the Board of Boardwalk GP, LLC, the general partner of Boardwalk Pipeline Partners LP. Mr. Siegel has been employed as a Senior Vice President of Loews since June 2009. From 2008 to 2009 he was employed as a senior investment banker at Barclay’s Capital and from September 2000 to 2008 he was employed in a similar capacity at Lehman Brothers. |

Mr. Stanley C. Horton is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Boardwalk GP, LLC, the general partner of the Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP. Prior thereto he was an independent energy consultant providing consulting services to clients in both Europe and the United States. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Horton served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Cheniere Energy, Inc. From 2003 to 2005, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of subsidiaries of Southern Union, including Panhandle Energy and CrossCountry Energy Services LLC. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Horton served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Enron Global Services. He has chaired the Gas Industry Standards Board, the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America and the Natural Gas Council. Mr. Horton also served on the Board of Directors for SemGroup Corporation from November 2009 until his resignation effective May 2, 2011. |
