Name Description

Ian Ingram

Mr. Ian Ronald Ingram has served as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board at Beyond International Ltd since September 1986. His qualifications include Bachelor of Arts from The University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from University of London. Mr. Ingram was the founding Chairman of Beyond International Ltd when it was formed in September 1986 and is currently the Non Executive Chairman. During his tenure, the Company has emerged as one of the world's film and television production, sales and distribution organizations. He used to serve as Chairman of Sealion Media Ltd, as well as Chairman of various private venture capital and investment companies. He is also Chairman, member of the Audit Committee, member of the Remuneration Committee, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee in the Company.

Mikael Borglund

Mr. Mikael John Borglund serves as Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Beyond International Ltd. His qualifications include Bachelor degree in Business from University of Technology, Sydney. A founding director of Beyond International in 1984, he became Managing Director of the Beyond International Ltd Group of companies in 1991 having been responsible for production, international sales and finance. During a career in the film and television industry, he has produced a number of Australian feature films including KISS OR KILL (1996), and LANTANA (2001). He has been Executive Producer of television for broadcasters around the globe. His credits include a host of shows including, Mythbusters, Stingers, Halifax Fp, Medivac, Atlas: Australia, South Side Story and Day Of The Roses. A member of the Australian film and television industry, he was elected to the council of the Screen Producers Association of Australia (SPAA) in 1994, and appointed to the Board of the Australian Film Institute (1997-2005). He is a member of the Nomination Committee at the Company.

Paul Wylie

Mr. Paul Wylie has been General Manager - Finance and Company Secretary of Beyond International Ltd since November 7, 2013. Mr. Wylie has media background with previous senior finance roles at The Movie Network where he worked for 10 years and the Seven Network for 19 years.

John Luscombe

Mr. John Luscombe serves as Executive Vice President and General Manager at Beyond International Ltd. By profession he is a producer and director at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation with credits covering childrens’ programming, documentary, live outside broadcast and science magazine. He joined the Company in 1984 to produce the Beyond 2000 series. After Executive Producing a number of other series for the Company such as Just for the Record and Invention, John was appointed Head of Production in 1996. In his current position, Mr. Luscombe has overseen the development, marketing and production of all Beyond International Ltd's Productions programming based in Sydney, Washington DC, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Phil Maddison

Mr. Phil Maddison serves as General Manager - Beyond Home Entertainment at Beyond International Ltd. He commenced his career in retail buying for the David Jones Group in Adelaide. In 1988 he joined EA Games where he progressed from senior sales and marketing roles to the position of Director and General Manager. In 2001 hel joined Magna Pacific in a senior management role prior to being appointed CEO in 2004. He holds a Masters of Business Administration and has over two decades of experience in content acquisition, marketing and sales.

Tim McGee

Mr. Tim McGee has served as General Manager - Business Development at Beyond International Ltd since September 2000. He was appointed in September 2000, responsible for business acquisitions, merchandising and home entertainment. Previously he had career with ABC, working in television production, Business Affairs and Network Management.

Michael Murphy

Mr. Michael Murphy serves as General Manager Beyond Distribution of Beyond International Ltd. He has been a Director of Beyond Entertainment Ltd since 2004 and General Manager for Beyond Distribution since 2013. With over twenty five years experience in the industry, Michael has been Director of Programmes TV3 Ireland, Director of Digital Television for eircom (Ireland), and founder of Channel 6 Ireland.

Ron Saunders

Mr. Ron Saunders serves as General Manager, Beyond Screen Production Pty Ltd at Beyond International Ltd. He has a track record in producing children's and adult television drama, animation, feature films and documentaries, as well as working for public and private production and broadcasting companies in a media career that spans over 30 years. He is experienced in the international children's program market, having worked with international broadcasters including PBS, NHK Japan, CCTV China, Shanghai Film Studios, TVP Poland and ZDF Germany. He was Head of Television for Australian national broadcaster ABC TV and Executive Producer for national production house Film Australia. Mr. Ron Saunders was also Managing Director of Australia’s animation house Yoram Gross-EM TV.

Peter Tehan

Mr. Peter Tehan serves as General Manager, Legal & Business Affairs at Beyond International Ltd. He joined the Company in November 2002 with background in corporate, commercial, media & entertainment and intellectual property law having previously practiced at the Australian law firm Allens Arthur Robinson. He is responsible for managing the legal & regulatory affairs of the Beyond Group. In particular, he provides ongoing corporate and commercial legal services, including managing the provision of legal services to the Company's Television Production, International Sales & Distribution and Home Entertainment divisions.

Sarah Lonergan

Ms. Sarah Lonergan serves as Financial Controller of Beyond International Ltd. She joined Beyond in October 2011 as Financial Controller and has over 10 years experience within the media and entertainment industries, including Moneypenny, and Yahoo!7 as a financial accountant before progressing to the role of Financial Accounting Manager.

Frank Chidiac

Mr. Frank Chidiac serves as Executive Producer, Beyond Action of Beyond International Ltd. He has been involved in television for over 20 years. His focus has been in the area of sports production and sports lifestyle programming. Frank has also been Executive Producer of other genres including children's television, corporate and advertising related production.

Billy Cobbe

Mr. Billy Cobbe serves as MIS Manager at Beyond International Ltd. He joined the Company in 1997 after spending seven years working for a number of computer distributors in support & technical management roles. Prior to this, he worked as a Technical Officer for British Telecom in London and is qualified with a diploma in Electronic Engineering.

Jenny O'Shea

Ms. Jenny O'Shea serves as Head of Production Operations and Business of Beyond International Ltd. After completing a BA majoring in Film and Television, Jenny spent the first half of her career working as a producer in advertising and television production. She moved into production management and joined Beyond Productions in 1995.

Brian Trevarton

Mr. Brian Trevarton serves as Special Projects Manager at Beyond International Ltd. He has engineering background and previous senior management positions. He also has experience in rationalisation of logistics operations, lease negotiations and office relocations, system implementations and integration of acquired businesses, along with other special projects.

Hsien Pin Lee

Mr. Hsien Pin (Anthony) Lee has served as Independent Non-Executive Director of Beyond International Ltd since 1990. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University New Jersey USA and an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Lee is a private investor and a Director of Aberon Pty Limited, his investment company. He is also Director of Aberon Pty Ltd, a private investment company, a substantial shareholder in the company. Prior to moving to Sydney from Hong Kong in 1987, Mr. Lee was a corporate finance executive with a British merchant bank. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee, member of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee at the Company.

Ian Robertson

Mr. Ian Robertson has served as Independent Non-Executive Director of Beyond International Ltd since September 27, 2005. His qualifications include Bachelor degree in Commerce from University of Melbourne, and FAICD. Mr. Ian Robertson is a corporate and media lawyer who heads the media and entertainment practice of national law firm, Holding Redlich. He is also the managing partner of the firm's Sydney office. He has worked in and for the media and entertainment industries for most of his career, including in the 1980's as the in-house counsel for David Syme & Co Limited, publisher of the "The Age" newspaper, and as a senior executive of the video, post-production and facilities company, AAV Australia. He became a partner of Holding Redlich in Melbourne in 1990 and established the firm's Sydney office in 1994. He is also the deputy chair of the peak Australian Government film agency, Screen Australia and president of the board of the Victorian Government film agency, Film Victoria. His former appointments include board member of the Australian Broadcasting Authority, director and chair of Ausfilm, director and deputy chair of Film Australia Limited, and director of the predecessor agency to Film Victoria, Cinemedia. He is also Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Nomination Committee at the Company.
