Isidro Faine Casas

Dr. Isidro Faine Casas serves as Chairman of the Board of CaixaBank S.A. since May 7, 2009 and has been on the Company’s Board since July 7, 2000. Previously, has acted as Vice Chairman of the Company’s Board from 2008 until May 7, 2000. Previously, he acted as Vice Chairman of the Company's Board from 2008 until May 7, 2009. He is Chairman of the Company's Executive Committee. Currently, he is Chairman of la Caixa, la Caixa Foundation and Criteria CaixaHolding. He started his professional banking career as Investment Manager for Banco Atlantico in 1964, later becoming General Manager of Banco de Asuncion in Paraguay in 1969. He also held various managerial positions in financial institutions: Human Resources Director at Banca Riva y Garcia (1973), General Manager and CEO of Banca Jover (1974) and General Manager of Banco Union (1978). In 1982, he joined la Caixa as Deputy General Manager and has subsequently held various potions in this entity. In April 1991, he was appointed Deputy General Manager and in 1999 General Manager of the institution, becoming Chairman in 2007. Currently, he is Chairman of the As sociation of Spanish Savings Banks (CECA), Vice Chairman of the European Savings Bank Group (ESBG) and founding Member of the Management Committee of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Savings Banks. He is Chairman of the Spanish Confederation of Directors and Executives (CEDE), the Spanish chapter of the Club of Rome, the Circulo Financiero and Deputy Chairman IPEMED (Institut de Prospective Economique du Monde Mediterraneen). Mr. Faince Casas also served as Vice Chairman of Telefonica SA, of Abertis Infraestructuras SA, Respol YPF SA and Sociedad General de Aguas de Barcelona, as well as a Board Member of Banco BPO and The Bank of East Asia. Gonzalo Gortazar Rotaeche

Mr. Gonzalo Gortazar Rotaeche serves as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of CaixaBank S.A. since June 30, 2014. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Company. Mr. Alejandro Garcia-Bragado Dalmau serves as General Secretary and Non-Member Secretary of the Board of Directors of CaixaBank SA. He was appointed to these posts on May 26, 2009. After becoming State Attorney in 1974, he worked in Castellon de la Plana before moving to Barcelona by the end of 1975. Eva Aurin Pardo

Ms. Eva Aurin Pardo is Director at CaixaBank SA as of June 26, 2012. She is Expert in project management, among others. She is Project Director at ETIC Sistemes informatics S.L. (Barcelona), where she directs functional analysis, project management and development, implementation and maintenance of computer applications, as well as patient diversion communication projects for all the primary health care centres in Catalonia. Juan Franco Pueyo

Mr. Juan Franco Pueyo is Director, Representative of Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Navarra at CaixaBank SA as of January 23, 2013. He is Research Assistant at Harvard University's Russian Research Center and the Sheffield University's School of Management and Economic Studies. In addition, he is also Permanent Lecturer of the Business Management Organization Department at the Public University of Navarra as of 1996. He was appointed Vice-Rector of Institutional and International Relations at the Public University of Navara in 1999. He held this position until July 2003. Prof. Arthur Kwok Cheung Li serves as Director of Caixabank, S.A. since November 20, 2014. He is currently a Deputy Chairman of The Bank of East Asia, Limited, an authorised Institution headquartered in Hong Kong and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is also a Non-Executive Chairman of Digital Broadcasting Corporation Hong Kong Limited, an Independent Non-Executive Director of Shangri-La Asia Limited and Nature Home Holding Co. Ltd. Ms. Maria Dolors Llobet Maria serves as Director of CaixaBank S.A. since May 7, 2009. She is also Member of the Company's Executive Committee. She has been Union Representative at la Caixa since 1986. Currently she is also Secretary of Communication and spokesperson for the CCOO (Comisiones Obreras trade union) in Catalonia (9th CCOO Catalonia Congress). Juan Jose Lopez Burniol

Mr. Juan Jose Lopez Burniol serves as Director of Caixabank, S.A. since May 12, 2011. He is also Member of the Company's Executive and Risk Committee. Guillermo Sierra Molina

Mr. Guillermo Sierra Molina has served as Cajasol's representative on the CaixaBank SA's Board of Directors since September 2012. Currently, he is Economic and Financial Advisor as well as Member of the Board for a number of Companies and had been General Manager of CECOFAR. He is also Member of the General Assembly and Chairman of the Control Committee of Cajasol. He formed part of the Defense’s Military Audit Corp, as well as of the ad-hoc Water Economics Committee created by the Ministry for the Environment. John Reed

Mr. John Shepard Reed has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Caixabank SA since November 3, 2011. He has acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Citibank/Citicorp and Citigroup for 16 years. From 1962 to 1964, he acted as Lieutenant of the Engineers' Group for the US Army. Between September 2003 and April 2005, he served as President of the New York Stock Exchange. He is former Professor of European Studies at INSEAD (2001-2005); Director of the Institute of Economic Analysis at the High Council of Scientific Research (1991-2001) and visiting Lecturer at the Universities of California (Berkeley), Harvard, New York (King Juan Carlos I Chair 1999-2000), and Pennsylvania, as well as Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona and Universitat Pompeu Fabra. He has been Advisor to the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the European Commission. He has received several Spanish research awards including the King Juan Carlos I Prize for Research into Social Sciences in 1988; the Catalan Society for Economics prize in 1996, the Narcis Monturiol Medal from the Catalonia regional government in 2002 and the Catalonia Economics Prize in 2005. Currently, he serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Aula Escola Europea, Vice President of the Spanish Association for Energy Economics, Member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, Research Fellow of the CESifo and the Center for Economic Policy Research, Fellow of the European Economic Association and Fellow of the Econometric Society. He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
