Jay Margolis |
Mr. Jay Margolis has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Cache Inc. Mr. Margolis is a accomplished executive with over 30 years of retail, merchandising and product development experience in the specialty retail industry. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Margolis had been the Chairman of Intuit Consulting since January 2008. He has held senior leadership positions with several high profile retail and apparel companies, most recently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Limited Brands’ Apparel Group (Express and Limited Stores), where he was responsible for revamping the product line and the operational turnaround of the businesses. Prior to Limited Brands, Mr. Margolis was President, Chief Operating Officer & Director of Reebok International, where he played a critical role in improving the financial and operating performance of the Reebok, Rockport and Ralph Lauren Footwear brands. Prior to Reebok, Mr. Margolis served as Chairman and CEO of Esprit de Corporation, USA, President and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tommy Hilfiger Inc. and in several senior executive positions at Liz Claiborne Inc. Mr. Margolis currently sits on the Board of Directors of Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation, Godiva Chocolatier Inc. and Boston Beer Company. He earned his B.A. degree from Queens College, part of The City University of New York. |

Ms. Margaret J. Feeney has served as Executive Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Cache, Inc since May 2005. Prior to that, Ms. Feeney was promoted to Vice President, Finance in 2001 and has served in financial and operational capacities with the Company since 1992. |

Since 2006, Mr. Cohen has been a partner and director of Violife. Since 2009, Mr. Cohen has served as a partner in Adrianna Jovine Designs. Mr. Cohen has also served as an executive and consultant for American Eagle Outfitters, where he developed and/or led innovative strategic initiatives. |

Ms. Rabia Farhang is Executive Vice President, General Merchandise Manager of Cache Inc, since November 2009. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Farhang served as Vice President of Merchandising for White House Black Market, a division of Chico's, an apparel manufacturing and distribution company, from April 2006 to November 2009. Prior to 2006, Ms. Farhang held various management positions in Merchandising for White House Black Market. |

Ms. Daphne Pappas has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandise Officer of Cache Inc., effective April 2, 2013. Ms. Pappas brings over 30 years of retail industry experience to Cache. For the past ten years, she served as Vice President General Merchandising Manager for Burberry America's where she led the Company's women's business. Under her direction, Burberry America's recorded sales and profitability growth through her ability to collaborate across all business areas and develop a focused assortment that met with increased consumer demand. Prior to this, Ms. Pappas was the Divisional Merchandise Manager of Juniors Sportswear at Macy's East, a $150 million business in 82 stores. During her career at Macy's East she developed and implemented a strategic vision for Juniors, worked closely with Marketing, Federated Merchandising and Store Operations to create a differentiated statement and to achieve corporate goals. In addition, she identified growth opportunities through a strategy that resulted in overall growth and profitability. |
Charles Hinkaty |
Mr. Charles J. Hinkaty has been appointed as Director of Cache, Inc., effective April 4, 2013. Mr. Hinkaty was designated as a director of the Company by Mill Road Capital, L.P. Charles was the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Del Laboratories, Inc. from August 2005 through his retirement in January 2008. From 1985 through August 2005 Mr. Hinkaty held various management positions at Del Laboratories, including Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Del Laboratories, Mr. Hinkaty served in a variety of executive positions with Bristol Myers Squibb from 1972 until 1984. Mr. Hinkaty is a member of the board of directors of Prestige Brands Holding, Inc., Renfro Corporation and W.F. Young and serves as a Trustee of New York University. Mr. Hinkaty previously served as a member of the board of directors of Lornamead, Physicians Formula, Sterling InfoSystems, Inc. and FGX International. He also led the Consumer Healthcare Products Association from 1999 to 2001. |

Mr. Michael F. Price has been appointed as Director of Cache, Inc., effective April 4, 2013. Mr. Michael F. Price is the managing director of MFP Partners, L.P. (“MFP”). MFP Partners is a family investment partnership established by Michael in 1998. MFP Partners uses a disciplined, research-driven process to invest in deeply undervalued stocks, focusing on long-term investing through a value investment approach. Prior to founding MFP Partners, Mr. Price was chairman of the board of Franklin Mutual Advisers and Franklin Mutual Series Fund. He had been associated with both entities and their predecessor organizations (Heine Securities Corp and Mutual Shares Fund) since 1975. Mr. Price currently serves as a Director of Liquidnet Holdings, Inc.; an Investment Advisory Council Member to the Florida State Board of Administration; and on Boards for The Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethics and Jazz at Lincoln Center. |
