Name Description

Shiping Tong

 Mr. Tong Shiping is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of China Auto Logistics Inc. Mr. Tong has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 1995, when Shisheng was founded. He earned his Bachelor degree in computer science from the China Air Force Engineering University. Mr. Tong is also a director of the Tianjin Car Logistics Association. The Board believes that Mr. Tong has the experience, qualifications, attributes and skills necessary to serve on the Board because of his over 17 years of experience in the China auto industry, his having provided leadership and strategic direction to the Company as its founder, and his unparalleled understanding of the Company’s operations and products.

Xinwei Wang

 Ms. Wang Xinwei is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Treasurer, Director of China Auto Logistics Inc. She was elected to the board effective July 17, 2012. She earned her Bachelor degree in industry accounting from Tianjin Radio and TV University. Ms. Wang is a qualified Chinese certified public accountant.

Yan Jin

 Mr. Jin Yan has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of China Auto Logistics Inc., effective July 17, 2012. From 2007 through 2011, Mr. Jin served as the managing director of Madeleine Gourmet Restaurants, operating a series of chain restaurants. He joined the Company in 2011 as the General Manager of Sales of Shisheng. Mr. Jin earned an M.B.A. from Tianjin Nankai University.

Weihong Cheng

 Ms. Cheng Weihong is Senior Vice President, Secretary, Head - Human Resources and General Administration, Director of China Auto Logistics Inc. Ms. Cheng has served as Secretary and Senior Vice President (Head of Human Resources and General Administration) of the Company since 1995. She earned her Bachelor degree from Shijazhuang Military Medical University. Ms. Cheng is also a co-founder of Shisheng and has served as the Chairwoman of Shisheng since 1995. The Board believes that Ms. Cheng has the experience, qualifications, attributes and skills necessary to serve on the Board because of her over 17 years of experience in the China auto industry as Secretary and Senior VP of the Company.

Howard Barth

 Mr. Howard S. Barth is an Independent Director of China Auto Logistics Inc. Mr. Barth has operated his own public accounting firm in Toronto, Canada since 1985, and has over 26 years of experience as a certified accountant. He is a former director and chairman of the audit committees of New Oriental Energy & Chemical Corp. (formerly listed on NASDAQ) and Orsus Xelent Technologies, Inc. (formerly listed on AMEX) and is currently a director and chairman of the Audit Committee of Guanwei Recycling Corp. (a NASDAQ-listed company). He has served as a director of Yukon Gold Corporation, Inc. (dual listed on OTCBB and TSX) since May 2005 (and served previously as chairman of its Audit Committee until May 2008) and was its chief executive officer and president in 2006. He was also a member of the Board of Directors and chairman of the Audit Committee until June 2009 for Nuinsco Resources Limited (a TSX listed exploration company). He was also a director for Uranium Hunter Corporation (an OTCBB company). He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants. He earned his B.A. and M.B.A. at York University.

Wei Wang

 Mr. Wang Wei is Independent Director of China Auto Logistics Inc., since July 17, 2012. He has served as the General Manager of Sales of Vcanland Holding Group since 2007, where he has operated a number of real estate development projects and has dealt with accounting issues. He also received a bachelor degree from the Tianjin Institute of Urban Construction.

Lili Yang

 Ms. Yang Lili is Independent Director of China Auto Logistics Inc., since July 17, 2012. She has served as the accounting director of Tianbao International Trade & Exhibition Ltd. since 2005, where she obtained years of experience in providing customers with commercial financing services.

Baoying Zou

 Mr. Zou Baoying is Independent Director of China Auto Logistics Inc., since July 17, 2012. He is retired in 2004 from a long career in the education sector. He has been a member of the China Association for Promoting Democracy since 1984.
