Dos Santos Diniz, Abilio Mr. Abilio Dos Santos Diniz has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cia Brasil. de Distrib. Pao de Acucar since 2003. He has served as Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 1995. Between 1999 and 2003, he also served as Vice Chairman of the Company. He was one of the founders of Sao Paulo's supermarket association, and was also a founder of ABRAS. He is former Member of the Brazilian National Monetary Council. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV) and has attended Columbia University in New York and the University of Ohio at Dayton.
