He has a reputation for managing turnarounds and helping early stage companies bring new technology to market. His primary role at Cobra is to develop strategic partnerships and explore financing arrangements for the business. He is an investor alongside Lord Young of Graffham in digital valve developer Camcon Limited and security speciality TSSI Systems Limited. He is a Chief Executive and Deputy Chairman of Camcon and Executive Chairman of TSSI. He has also previously served as a Non Executive Director of Trace Plc. Coleman, Peter Peter Coleman is Finance Director, Company Secretary, Executive Director of Cobra Bio-Manufacturing Plc. Peter has 14 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry and has been Cobra’s Finance Director since its flotation on AIM in June 2002. Prior to Cobra he was employed in a variety of senior financial and corporate development roles. Peter qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1996 and in 2001 was awarded an MBA with distinction jointly from the Manchester Business School and the University of Wales.
Slater, Nigel Professor Nigel Slater is Independent Non-Executive Director of Cobra Bio-Manufacturing Plc. Nigel is Professor of Chemical Engineering at the University of Cambridge with research interests in the process development and formulation of biopharmaceuticals. He is a member of the MHRA Biologicals and Vaccine Expert Advisory Group and his research portfolio has included collaborations with a number of pharmaceutical companies.
