Graves, Gary Gary A. Graves has served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. since November 2007 and as a director since August 2007. Since November 2008, Mr. Graves has been an independent consultant for Huntley, Mullaney, Spargo and Sullivan. From February 2007 to November 2008, Mr. Graves was the Chief Executive Officer of American Laser Centers, Inc. From August 2002 to January 2007, Mr. Graves served as President and Chief Executive Officer for La Petite Academy, a preschool educational facility.
Tattersfield, Michael Mr. Michael Tattersfield has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. He has served as a director since April 2, 2009. Mr. Tattersfield has also served as Company's President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2008. Lee, Daniel Mr. Dan E. Lee is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. He served as Vice President of Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. since August 2005 to Oct 26, 2009. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lee served as an attorney for MoneyGram International, Inc., a global payment services company, from April 2005 to July 2005. Suerth, Henry Mr. Henry J. "Hank" Suerth is Senior Vice President of Commercial Businesses of Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. Mr. Suerth brings extensive commercial and consumer products experience having been Senior Vice President of Business Alliances with Starbucks Coffee Company. In that role, Suerth was responsible for the performance of Starbucks Foodservice, Licensing and Consumer Products channels. Mr. Suerth has also held roles as President and CEO of Infinity Systems, a global audio company; CEO of Recoton Corporation's multi brand home audio business, as well as general management roles at Ethan Allen, the Cahners Exposition Group and FMC Corporation. He also managed his own Connecticut-based management consulting company, Decision Resources, for six years. Suerth has an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
Turek, R. Paul R. Paul Turek has served as Vice President of Support Operations of Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. since June 2003 and served as Senior Director and General Manager of Support Operations of the Company from July 1999 to June 2003.
