Mark Tryniski

 Mr. Mark E. Tryniski is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Community Bank System Inc., since August 1, 2006. Prior service with the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (March 2004 -July 2006) and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (July 2003 - February 2004).
