Charles Fipke

 Dr. Charles E. Fipke is Chairman of the Board of Cantex Mine Development Corp. He received an honours degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia in 1970 and was awarded an honourary Doctorate of Technology from Okanagan University College .

Chad Ulansky

 Mr. Chad S. Ulansky is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Cantex Mine Development Corp. He has over 15 years of exploration experience specializing in diamonds. As a graduate of the University of Cape Town, He has put his geology degree to use to managing exploration programs worldwide, from the arctic barren lands to African deserts and most places in between. He is also President and CEO of Metalex Ventures Ltd., (MTX).

Chris Sammartino

Vernon Frolick

 Mr. Vernon Frolick is Independent Director of Cantex Mine Development Corp. He is a graduate of the University of Windsor School of Law, Windsor, Ontario and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1976 and to the BC Bar in 1982. Currently he is crown Counsel in Penticton for the Attorney General of British Columbia. Mr. Frolick is also a writer and is the author of Descent into Madness and Fire into Ice, the story of the founder of the Ekati Diamond Mine.

 Ms. Kathrine L. MacDonald is Independent Director of Cantex Mine Development Corp. She is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and has over 25 years experience in the Finance Industry including Investment Banking and Management, Finance, and Corporate Relations for public mining companies. Ms. Macdonald is a Director of Metalex Ventures Ltd., (MTX), the President of Consolidated AGX Resources Corp., (CSX) and the President of Valley High Ventures Ltd., (VHV).
