Name Description
Thayer, Jonathan Jonathan W. Thayer is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Constellation Energy Group, Inc since October 2008. Mr. Thayer previously served as Vice President and Managing Director, Corporate Strategy and Development of Constellation (since November 2004) and was appointed Treasurer of Constellation in August 2008. Prior to that, he served as Director, Investor Relations of Constellation from January 2003 until November 2004. Thayer earned a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard University. As vice president and managing director of corporate strategy and development, Thayer has been responsible for strategic transaction analysis and planning since his appointment in November 2004. He previously headed Constellation Energy’s investor relations department, managing relationships with the Company’s shareholders and analysts and building an industry of investor relations and shareholder services function as part of Constellation Energy’s corporate turnaround. Prior to joining Constellation Energy, Thayer held financial positions at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and SBC Warburg Dillon Read Inc., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and transaction financing.
Brady, Thomas Thomas F. Brady is Executive Vice President of Constellation Energy Group Inc(since January 2004); and Chairman of the Board of Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (since April 2007).
Connaughton, James James L. Connaughton is Executive Vice President - Corporate Affairs, Public and Environmental Policy of Constellation Energy Group Inc since February 2009. During his service with the federal government, Connaughton worked closely with the president, his Cabinet and the Congress to develop and implement climate change, air pollution and energy security policies. This work led to a series of new mandatory programs, incentives, technology initiatives and public-private partnerships that included bipartisan energy legislation in 2005 and 2007, nearly $90 billion for clean energy technology research and incentives to accelerate commercial deployment of low-carbon technologies such as plug-in hybrid vehicles, renewable fuels, nuclear, solar, wind, and carbon capture and storage from coal power generation. Prior to his public service, Connaughton was a partner in the environmental practice group at the law firm Sidley Austin, where he played a role in the development and implementation of the ISO 14000 series of international environmental management and performance standards. Mr. Connaughton is a graduate of Yale University.
Perlman, Beth Beth S. Perlman is Senior Vice President (since January 2004), Chief Administrative Officer (since June 2007) and Chief Information Officer (since April 2002) of Constellation Energy Group Inc.
Berardesco, Charles Mr. Charles A. Berardesco is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Constellation Energy Group Inc. He has been Senior Vice President (since October 2008), General Counsel (since October 2008) and Corporate Secretary (since July 2004) of Constellation Energy. He has been responsible for Constellation Energy’s SEC reporting, legal compliance and ethics programs, supporting mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate staff functions, while also coordinating the activities of the Company’s Board of Directors. He also was senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for HCIA, a publicly held health care information company, and was previously counsel with the national law firm of Piper Rudnick and partner in the law firm of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston. Berardesco earned his bachelor’s degree from Duke University and his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University, where he was the managing editor of The George Washington Law Review.

Sullivan, Michael Michael D. Sullivan is Lead Director of Constellation Energy Group Inc. He has been a director of the company since April 1999, is a private investor, and has been Chairman of the Board of ADVANCARE Health Care, LLC (a company in the home health care industry) since January 2006. Mr. Sullivan also has been a director of BGE since September 2008, having previously served as a director of BGE from 1992 to April 1999.
