Dag Dvergsten

 Mr. Dag Dvergsten has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of CellCura ASA since July 2005. He is Co-Founder of the Company. Currently, he is also President and sole owner of Dag Dvergsten AS, a business development company specializing in entrepreneurial activities within life sciences, energy technologies and the maritime industry. Prior to establishing his own company in 1994, Mr. Dvergsten held several positions within Fred Olsen & Co. He has served, and is currently serving, on several corporate and civic organization boards. He holds a Master of Science in Business from Norges Handelshoyskole, Bergen - NHH (Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration) and has also been educated as a submarine officer at Sjokrigsskolen (Norwegian Naval Academy).

Tore Kvam

 Mr. Tore Kvam has served as Chief Financial Officer of CellCura ASA since 2012, and has been appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective as of December 21, 2012. He has experience within Finance and Management, and comes from the position of CFO in Rubik Solutions Group. Mr. Kvam holds a Master's degree in Business and is Certified Financial Analyst.

Lesley Hutchins

 Ms. Lesley Hutchins is Chief Executive Officer of CellCura Inc, a subsidiary of CellCura ASA, and co-founder of the Company. She is a former Vice President Sales and Marketing of Origio (formerly MediCult). As Sales and Marketing Manager for Imperial Laboratories (UK) Ltd, she has launched new products in the industrial media, biotherapeutics and ART markets and was developing the company's contract manufacturing business. In 1996, she started a United Kingdom-based subsidiary for MediCult. Ms. Hutchins holds an honors Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from University of Leicester.

Bent Nordbo

 Mr. Bent Nordbo has been Chief Operating Officer of CellCura ASA since Janaury 1, 2011. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of the Company until Janaury 1, 2011. In the past, he has held positions such as General Manager of Schibsted Fagpresse and Director of Business Development at Aftenposten, a Norwegian newspaper. He has 20 years of experience from business development and management within the media business. He used to be Member of the Board of Directors at Skiinfo AS. Mr. Nordbo is educated as Engineer at Hogskolen i Harstad (HIH) and holds a Master of Science degree from Norges Handelshoyskole, Bergen - NHH (Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration).

Martin Beresford

 Mr. Martin Beresford serves as Sales Manager Workstations at CellCura ASA. He began his career in the ART industry in 1997 with an equipment manufacturer in a technical sales role. Having held the positions of European Sales Manager and International Sales Manager, he has many years of experience in driving ART equipment sales worldwide and has also established and managed a network of distributors for sales and support throughout Asia, Middle East, the United States and Australasia.
