Name Description

Firmino Ferreira Sampaio

Mr. Firmino Ferreira Sampaio Neto serves as the Chairman of the Board of Centrais Eletricas do Para SA Celpa. He was the chairman of the Company’s board of directors from March 2006 to April 2010, and member of the Board from CEMAR since May 2004. Mr. Sampaio Neto was chief executive officer of Eletrobrás from 1996 to 2001 and of Eletrobrás Termonuclear from 2000 to 2001. Prior to Eletrobrás, Mr. Sampaio Neto was president and chief financial officer of COELBA for fourteen years from 1984 to 1997. He was also a member of the boards of directors of Furnas, Itaipu Binacional, CHESF, Eletrosul, Gerasul, CEMIG, ENERSUL, CEMAT and Light. Mr. Sampaio Neto is also member of the board in Equatorial Energia S.A. and ex-member of Light S.A’s. Mr. Sampaio Neto received a degree in economics from the Federal University in Bahia and a postgraduate degree in industrial planning from SUDENE/IPEA/FGV.

Raimundo Nonato Alencar de Castro

Mr. Raimundo Nonato Alencar de Castro serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Centrais Eletricas do Para SA Celpa. He was a maintenance engineer - COELBA (1986-1991), manager of maintenance section - COELBA (1992) , division manager of the operation - COELBA (1993-95), professor of CEFET Petrolina since 1990, teaching director of CEFET Petrolina (2004/2005) and planning and operational Manager at CEMAR (2006 to March 2008). Engineering Officer at CEMAR between 2008 and 2012, when he became CEO of CELPA. He has graduated from the University of Fortaleza. Specialist in Digital Technology - UFBA and Power System Analysis - UFPB and has done MBA in Management of Electric Power Business - FGV.

Leonardo Lucas da Silva Tavares de Lima

Mr. Leonardo Lucas da Silva Tavares de Lima serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Centrais Eletricas do Para SA Celpa. Before that, he was CEMAR‘s CFO as from April, 2011 and October, 2012, having been CEMAR Head Controller. He is working within Equatorial Group since 2005. Before joining CEMAR, Leonardo worked at Telemar Norte Leste, ABN Amro, URB - Empresa de Urbanização de Recife and at Shell Brasil. He graduated at Civil Engineering by Universidade de Pernambuco, postgraduate at Production Management and MBA in Electric Energy Business Management, by FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas).

Eduardo Haiama

Mr. Eduardo Haiama serves as the Director of Investor Relations and Director of Centrais Eletricas do Para SA Celpa. He has been an Executive Officer of the Company since 2008. Between 2004 and 2008, Mr. Haiama worked at Banco UBS Pactual on the equities’ research team as senior analyst of the utilities segment. In the last two years he was considered one of the best analysts by the Institutional Investor magazine. Previously, Mr. Haiama worked as an analyst of structured products at Banco ItaúBBA (former BBA Creditanstalt). He received a degree in electric engineering at USP - University of São Paulo (Escola Politécnica) and postgraduated at a MBA Course at Duke University.

Daniel Campos Negreiros

Mr. Daniel Campos Negreiros serves as the Officer of Centrais Eletricas do Para SA Celpa. He is currently Chief Engineering Officer at CELPA since July 2013. He previously worked in CEMAR as Operation Manager, Maintenance Manager and Operations Executive from 2006 to June 2013. From 1999-2005 he served as Distribution Manager, and head of the Maintenance and Engineering Department at Coelce. From 1990 to 1999 he worked at the Textile Bezerra Mendes S/A. He holds a Mastery in Electrical Engineering from UFC, a postgraduate degree in Textile Engineering from the same institution as well as an MBA in Business Management in the Electricity Sector from FGV.

Humberto Soares

Mr. Humberto Soares Filho serves as the Officer of Centrais Eletricas do Para SA Celpa since August 10. 2016. Prior to this, he was Administrative and Financial Director of CEMAR from November 2012 to August 2016. From November 2012 to August 2016, he was Finance and Investor Relations Officer at Unidas SA. He holds a degree in Economics from IBMEC and MBA in Business Management in Electric Energy from FGV.

Augusto Dantas

Mr. Augusto Dantas Borges serves as Commercial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Centrais Eletricas do Para SA Celpa. He worked at Coelba between 2002 and 2008 where he was Commercial Associate and Service Manager. In 2008, already in CEMAR, he was Commercial Manager and Relationship Executive, later becoming Energy Recovery Manager. In 2012, he was appointed Celpa’s Executive Officer. He holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering from Pontificia Universidade Catolica - PUC- MG.

Carla Ferreira Medrado

Ms. Carla Ferreira Medrado serves as the Member of the Executive Board of Centrais Eletricas do Para SA Celpa. She became Chief Human Resources Officer at CEMAR in August, 2010 and at CELPA in 2014, having been Human Resources Manager since July, 2008. Carla has more than 20 years of experience in business departments, having been Human Resources Manager at TIM Brasil and Administrative Manager at COMPAR - Cia. Paraense de Refrigerantes. She graduated in Business Administration with Emphasis on Foreign Trade, postgraduate in Business Competition Strategy and Human Resources Management in FGV and Executive & Personal Coach by the International Coaching Community (ICC).

Tinn Freire Amado

Mr. Tinn Freire Amado serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs. He has served as coordinator of the team responsible for adjusting and revising tariffs for use of eletric power’s distribution systems of the Superintendent‘s Regulation of Distribution Services of Electric Energy‘s National Agency - ANEEL. He also worked as an expert on regulation at CPFL Energia. He graduated in electrical engineering from the Federal School of Engineering Itajubá, with a Master in Economics of Regulation and Antitrust by UNB.

Augusto Miranda da Paz

Mr. Augusto Miranda da Paz Junior serves as the Director of Centrais Eletricas do Para SA Celpa. He is CEMAR‘s CEO since April 2010. From 2007 to 2010 he was Vice President Officer of Operations and previously was CEMAR‘s Engineering Officer since July 2004. Mr.Miranda is an experienced executive with over 20 years in the energy sector. Before joining CEMAR, Mr. Miranda has held several positions in the areas of Electric System Maintenance Management in COELBA being also representative of COELBA next to CCON. Mr. Miranda is an electrical engineer graduated from Federal University of Bahia, specializing in Maintenance Management promoted by Eletrobras alongside PUC/RJ and the Escola Federal de Engenharia de Itajubá/MG and MBA in Energy Business Management from FGV/SP.

Armando de Souza Nascimento

Mr. Armando de Souza Nascimento serves as the Director of Centrais Eletricas do Para SA Celpa. Since November 2012 Mr. Nascimento is Celpa’s Legal Manager. Previously, served in CEMAR from April 2006 until November 2012, and as from August 2008 Mr. Nascimento became Legal Executive of the company. From May 2006 until June 2010 Mr. Nascimento has served in the office Souza & Veras Advocacy and Consulting as an attorney advisor in the area of Civil Law, Administrative and Environmental. He has a degree in Law from the Federal University of Maranhão since 2005 and an MBA in Business Management Electricity from FGV- RJ completed in 2011.

Carlos Leone Piani

Mr. Carlos Augusto Leone Piani serves as the Director of Centrais Eletricas do Para SA Celpa. He is President of the canadian division of Kraft Heinz Company, having been Vinci Capital Gestora de Recursos Ltda.’s Executive Officer since April 2010, being co-responsible for the Private Equity sector. Additionally, Mr. Piani is a member of Companhia Mineira de Açúcar e Álcool Participações’s and Unidas S.A.’s Board of Directors since July 2011, Board Member of Equatorial Energia S.A.’s Board of Directors and member of CEMAR’s Board since April 2010 and March 2006, respectively. In Equatorial, was also a member of the Board between November 2008 and April 2010, was also the company’s CEO from March 2007 to April 2010. In CEMAR was also Administrative and Financial Vice-President from May 2004 to March 2006 and Chief Executive Officer between March 2006 and April 2010. Before, he worked for six years at Banco Pactual. Between 2000 and 2004, he coordinated the venture capital funds management managed by the bank’s Investment Area. During this period, he served as a member of the Board Proteus Soluções em Tecnologia da Informação S.A., Visionnaire S.A., Extracta Moléculas S.A., Padtec S.A., Pini S.A, Automatos International Ltd., SpringWireless Ltd. and Fiscal Council Alternate of Eletropaulo Metropolitana Energia Elétrica de São Paulo S.A. (from April 2003 to March 2004). Between 1998 and 2000, he worked in the area Corporate Finance in Operation focused on the sectors of Infrastructure. Before Pactual, in 1997 he worked at Ernst & Young as an analyst in the Department of Business Valuation. Mr. Piani has a degree in Informatics from PUC-RJ and in Business Administration from IBMEC. In addition, he earned a CFA Charterholder by CFA Institute in 2003 and completed the course Owners and President Management (OPM) Program at Harvard Business School in 2008.

Jose Jorge Vasconcelos de Lima

Mr. Jose Jorge Vasconcelos de Lima serves as the Director of Centrais Eletricas do Para SA Celpa. In the public life of the State of Pernambuco, held several activities: Secretary of State for Education and Culture (1975-79), Housing Secretary of State (1979-82), Secretary of State for Education, Culture and Sports (1991-93), and the Council Presidency National Education Secretaries - CONSED. As part of the Federal Administration, he was Minister of Mines and Energy (2001-02) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petrobras, Petrobras Distribuidora and Eletrobrás (2001-02). In the legislature exercised the mandate of Federal Deputy for the State of Pernambuco for four consecutive terms (1983-99). In 1998 he was elected Senator of the Republic by the State of Pernambuco for the period 1999-2007. He chaired the Energy Company of Brasilia - CEB and directed the CEB Distribution S/A, CEB Participações S/A, CEB Generation S/A, CEB Lajeado S/A and Gás Brasiliense Company - CEBGAS (Feb/2007 to Dec/2008). During this period, he chaired the Board of Directors of CEB. Appointed Minister of the Federal Audit Court on January 19, 2009, he was sworn in on February 3, a position he held until November 18, 2014. He is a Mechanical Engineer, UFPE in 1967. An economist by UCPE in 1968. Master of Science degree from UFRJ in 1971 and a graduate degree in Statistics from the University of Madrid, Spain - 1972.
