Mr. Werner Neubauer has been appointed Sole Member of the Management Board of CFC Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co Kgaa effective from December 4, 2012. Prior to this appointment, he served as Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from August 20, 2012. He has also been Chief Executive Officer of portfolio companies. Mr. Neubauer previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Management Board of the Company from January 15, 2010 to August 22, 2011. Since 2006, he had held managerial responsibilities within the Company for the Electronics division with its portfolio companies ELCON Systemtechnik and LETRON electronic. He was responsible for Integration and Operations. |

Dr. Juergen Ruettgers has been Member of the Supervisory Board of CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG since January 1, 2011. He studied History and Law at Universitaet zu Koeln. He completed his academic career with a Juris Doctor in Law in 1979. From 1994 till 1998, he has served as Federal Minister for education, science, research and technology. In 2005 and subsequent to his five-year chairmanship of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) Landtag-faction in North Rhine-Westphalia, he became Prime Minister of North Rhine-Westphalia, an office which he held until 2010. In 1998, he was awarded Honorary Doctorate of Universite Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI). In 2004, he was awarded Honorary Doctorate of the University Roma Tre. In 2007, he was awarded Honorary Doctorate of the Waseda-University Tokyo. In 2008, he was appointed Honorary Professor at the Bun-Gurion-University of the Negev. |

Mr. Klaus von Hoerde has been Member of the Supervisory Board at CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG since May 15, 2012. He serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the Company from October 26, 2006 till June 30, 2009.
