Name Description

Werner Neubauer

 Mr. Werner Neubauer has been appointed Sole Member of the Management Board of CFC Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co Kgaa effective from December 4, 2012. Prior to this appointment, he served as Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from August 20, 2012. He has also been Chief Executive Officer of portfolio companies. Mr. Neubauer previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Management Board of the Company from January 15, 2010 to August 22, 2011. Since 2006, he had held managerial responsibilities within the Company for the Electronics division with its portfolio companies ELCON Systemtechnik and LETRON electronic. He was responsible for Integration and Operations.

Clemens Reif

 Mr. Clemens Reif has been Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG since July 1, 2009. He studied Economics. In 1974, he completed training to become Forwarding Manager. Subsequently, he held managerial positions and served on the Management Boards of companies in the area of international logistics and waste management. Since November 2007, he has been Founding Shareholder and Member of the Management Board of Chrilian Aktiengesellschaft. Since 1987, he has been directly-elected Christian Democratic Union (CDU) representative for the Lahn-Dill District in the Hessian State Parliament. He has chaired the State Parliament's Business and Commerce Committee since 2006. He is Member of the Board of Directors of Hessian Radio, Member of the Advisory Board of Sparkassenversicherung, Member of the Board of Directors of Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen and President of Partnership of Parliaments.

Juergen Ruettgers

 Dr. Juergen Ruettgers has been Member of the Supervisory Board of CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG since January 1, 2011. He studied History and Law at Universitaet zu Koeln. He completed his academic career with a Juris Doctor in Law in 1979. From 1994 till 1998, he has served as Federal Minister for education, science, research and technology. In 2005 and subsequent to his five-year chairmanship of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) Landtag-faction in North Rhine-Westphalia, he became Prime Minister of North Rhine-Westphalia, an office which he held until 2010. In 1998, he was awarded Honorary Doctorate of Universite Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI). In 2004, he was awarded Honorary Doctorate of the University Roma Tre. In 2007, he was awarded Honorary Doctorate of the Waseda-University Tokyo. In 2008, he was appointed Honorary Professor at the Bun-Gurion-University of the Negev.

Klaus von Hoerde

 Mr. Klaus von Hoerde has been Member of the Supervisory Board at CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG since May 15, 2012. He serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the Company from October 26, 2006 till June 30, 2009. Mr. von Hoerde was, among others, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at GE Plastics, President at GE Deutschland, Co-CEO of GE Plastics Europe and General Manager for the business unit Structured Products at GE in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. von Hoerde acted as Member of the Executive Board at ABB Holding Deutschland and CEO of ABB Industrie AG. Afterwards, he moved to Carl Schenk AG, where he also acted as CEO. In 1997, he then became President and CEO of MEMC Electronic Materials Inc., St. Peter, Missouri, which he restructured until 2002.
