Marco Fumagalli

Mr. Marco Maria Fumagalli serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer at Capital For Progress 1 S.p.A. He graduated with honors in Business and Economics from the Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan in 1987. In 1993, he obtained a license to practice as a chartered accountant and has been a member of the Chartered Accountants of Milan. He is also registered since 1995 in the Register of Auditors Legal and in 2000 he qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst Charteholder. Marco Maria Fumagalli began his professional career in 1987 at the direction Administrative Montefluos S.p.A. Montedison Group. From 1988 to 1990, he was responsible administration of certain group companies Alleanza Farmaceutica, European leader in the distribution pharmaceutical. Thereafter, until 1992, he was Head of the Reporting and Consolidated Financial Statements at RCS Editori SpA, holding company Rizzoli Corriere della Sera. From 1993 to March 2002 he worked as a manager at the CONSOB, the National Commission for Companies and Stock Exchange, assuming the responsibilities of the Office Financial Analysis before and after Disclosure Office Listed Issuers. In recent years he has also collaborated in the drafting of Domestic legislation concerning financial markets and represented the Institute in international fora (IOSCO, FESCO now ESMA). From 2002 until April 2015, Marco Maria Fumagalli was responsible for the activities of Capital Markets Centrobanca and Banca di Credito Finanziario SpA Mobiliare (UBI Banca then S.c.p.A.) developing the operations of investment banking (IPO / OPA / capital increases) of the aforementioned Institute, and following some direct investment, mainly in mid-sized companies and private equity funds. Since 2002 he is lecturer at the University LIUC Cattaneo University of Castellanza (Varese), where teaches "Economics and Technique of Financial Markets" and author of articles and monographs on topics of finance business including the book "The development of the SPAC in Italy.

Caio Massimo Capuano

Mr. Caio Massimo Capuano serves as Executive Director at Capital For Progress 1 S.p.A. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza with full marks and honors. From 1986 to 1997, he has been Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company, paying consulting primarily in the areas of Financial Institution and Information Technology. In particular, he has been among the leaders of the practices of the Milan office and member of the group the European banking industry, leading projects involving the redesign of Italian financial markets, the reorganization of Consob, the technology sector and Inspectorate for Bank of Italy, the constitution of the area finance of large Italian banking groups as well as the international recovery plan of one of the most big corporations operating in the ICT world. Before that, he has many years of experience in IBM (as engineer specialist in Information Technology services and design and marketing of application solutions for large financial institutions, banking and insurance) and Rank Xerox. In 1998, he has entered the Italian Stock Exchange, where he held the position of CEO until April 2010 (and a director until July 2010). From October 1, 2007, he was also Deputy CEO of the London Stock Exchange Group. In particular, within the Group's Italian Stock Exchange, he has held several assignments with major operating authority and was a member of numerous committees of national interest established by the relevant ministries. It 'was, among others, Vice President of the CC & Warranty SpA, a company that provides all financial contracts entered into within markets Italian regulated; Vice President of Monte Titoli SpA; Chairman of BIt Systems, a service company ICT for financial markets and intermediaries as well as Director of MTS, company management of the market for Italian government bonds and international. He was also Vice President of Promac, promotion company for the listing of small businesses.

Antonio Perricone

Mr. Antonio Perricone serves as Executive Director at Capital For Progress 1 S.p.A. In 1976 he obtained a degree in Business and Economics at the Universita degli Studi di Palermo and in 1979, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Universita Bocconi in Milan. He began his career at Credit Italian, then moved to New York in 1980 at the headquarters of representation of Banco Ambrosiano. From 1982 to 1984, he was the Institutional Partner Service Center of New York, head of services counseling aimed at Italian regional banks. In 1984, he became Vice President of American Express Bank (New-York), first as Head of Correspondent Banking for Southern Europe and then, the team of conversion debt capital (debt-to-equity conversions) of countries in the developing world. Back in Italy, after a short managerial experience at the Division of Corporate Development Olivetti SpA, he was appointed in 1990 Managing Director of CCF Charterhouse SpA, the Italian merchant bank of the Crédit Commercial de France, active in mergers and acquisitions. In 1996, he has become partner of BS Private Equity, a leading Italian independent in the private equity sector where, since 2005, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Administration. Here, he oversaw and was directly responsible for investment in Guala Closures SpA / Polybox, Salmoiraghi & Viganò, ICO-Quid Novi, Logic Control, Carapelli, Segesta and Ducati Motor Holding, becoming also a member of the board of many investments funds managed by BS. In 2011, he has been aappointed as an independent member of the board of Italy Amber Capital SGR SpA, an asset management company created by Joseph Oughourlian, founder fund Amber Capital, known as long-term investor, attentive to fundamentals companies and corporate governance. From 2013, he is CEO of the same asset management company. Today, he is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of 65 PLUS Srl.

Franco Moscetti

Mr. Franco Moscetti serves as Independent Director at Capital For Progress 1 S.p.A. He began his professional career in 1973 in Air Liquide Group, world leader in gases, technologies and services for industry and health. After various experiences, he was appointed in 1989 General Manager of Vitalaire Italy, company specializing in home care services. In 1995, he was appointed Director General and CEO of Air Liquide Health sub-holding company that includes all the activities in the Health Group in Italy. In 1999, He assumed the position of CEO of the parent company Air Liquide Italy. While maintaining assignments Italian, in 2001 he moved to Paris, where he took over the direction of the International Hospitals Division and, simultaneously, that of President-Directeur General of Air Liquide Santé France (the most important of the subsidiaries of the Air Liquide Group in sector). He was present, and continues to be present on the Boards of Administration of the most important branches of the Air Liquide Group at the international level. He has also held prestigious institutional roles; in particular, he was a member of Assolombarda, Vice-President and member of the Steering Committee of Assogastecnici, Chairman of the Group of Telemedicine and Health Telematics Assobiomedica, member council and Member of the Board of Directors of Federchimica, member of the Committee on Multinational Enterprises and Healthcare Commission of Confindustria. In December 2000, he received the Oscar for Budget (Unlisted companies ctegory) by the then Treasury Minister Vincenzo Visco. In 2002, he was awarded the "Star of Merit of the Work" and the title "Master of Work "by the President of the Republic Carlo Azeglio Ciampi. In June 2003, he received "Ambrogino gold" by the then mayor of Milan, Gabriele Albertini and, in 2012, he was awarded Knight of the Order "Al Merito del Lavoro" by the President of the Republic Giorgio Napolitano.
