Name Description
Rales, Mitchell Mitchell P. Rales has served as a director of Colfax Corporation since its founding in 1995. He is the Chairman of our Board of Directors. Mr. Rales has served as the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Danaher Corporation since 1990. For more than the past five years, Mitchell Rales has been a principal in a number of private business entities with interests in manufacturing companies and publicly traded securities.
Kiefaber, Clay Mr. Clay Kiefaber has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of Colfax Corporation along with serving as a Director. Mr. Kiefaber spent nearly 20 years in increasingly senior executive positions at Masco Corporation and has served on the Colfax Board of Directors since the Company's IPO in 2008. He has experience in strategic planning, lean manufacturing, business integration, and leadership development across several industries. Most recently, he was a Group President at Masco, where he was responsible for a $2.8 billion group of architectural coatings, windows, and spa business units. Under his direction, the group's operating income and cash flow increased significantly. Prior to becoming a Group President at Masco, Kiefaber was Group Vice President of Masco Builder Cabinet Group. He previously spent 14 years in increasingly senior positions in Masco's Merillat Industries subsidiary, where, as President, he achieved record revenues, margins, developed the brand in the industry, and won awards for manufacturing excellence. Mr. Kiefaber holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Colorado and a B.A. degree from Miami University.
Faison, G. Scott Mr. G. Scott Faison became the Senior Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Colfax corp in January of 2005. He has served as Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer since joining the company in November 1997.
O'Brien, Thomas Thomas M. O'Brien has served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Colfax corp since January 1998. Mr. O’Brien served as Assistant General Counsel at Imo from 1995-1998. He has been a member of the legal department at Imo since 1985.

DiDomenico, Mario Mario E. DiDomenico is Senior Vice President, General Manager - Engineered Products of Colfax Corporation. He joined company in 1998 with the acquisition of Imo. Since that time he has served as the Manager of Operations for Warren Pump, Vice President—2 Screw Pumps and subsequently as Senior Vice President, General Manager—Engineered Solutions, which also includes Portland Valve and Fairmount following the acquisitions of those businesses.

He has been Managing Director and President of The SEED Foundation, a non-profit educational organization, since 1997. Prior to co-founding SEED, Mr. Vinnakota was an associate at Mercer Management Consulting.
Jordan, Rhonda Ms. Rhonda Jordan is Director of Colfax Corporation. Ms. Jordan has held a variety of leadership roles during her 21-year career at Kraft. She is the President of the Cheese and Dairy business unit of Kraft Foods Inc. From 2006 to 2008 she served at the President of the Grocery business unit of Kraft and from 2004 to through 2005 she was the Senior Vice President, Global Marketing of Kraft. She previously served as President of Kraft's Grocery business from 2006 to 2008.
