Name Description

Raymond Horsburgh

Mr. Raymond (Ray) Kenneth Horsburgh has been Chairman of the Board and Acting Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Calibre Group Ltd since June 2013. He has been on the Company's Board since May 25, 2012. Ray has significant experience in company management and as a director. Previously, Ray was managing director of Smorgon Steel Group for 15 years, until its merger with OneSteel in August 2007 following a 31 year career with the Australian Consolidated Industries Group. Ray is currently chairman of Toll Holdings and nonexecutive director of CSR and Traffic Technologies. He is a former chairman and director of the Essendon Football Club and a former non-executive director of National Can Industries.

Peter Reichler

Mr. Peter Frederick Reichler has been Interim Chief Financial Officer, Group Interim Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Calibre Group Ltd since November 25, 2013. He has over 30 years’ experience in the engineering, consulting and infrastructure services industries, along with the packaging and finance and investment banking sectors. He has been Chief Executive Officer, Group Ventures (2009-2011) and Chief Financial Officer (2006-2009) of Downer EDI Limited, and has previously been in finance, administration and business development roles within the Amcor Group, in Australia, Asia and Europe. Mr. Reichler holds a Masters of Business Administration from Macquarie University, a Master of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Financial Administration; he is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Peter Massey

Mr. Peter Massey is Group Chief Financial Officer of Calibre Group Ltd effective February 13, 2014. He has over 17 years’ experience in the operations, maintenance and infrastructure services industry across multiple industry sectors including energy, mining and power, facilities management and infrastructure. Previously with Transfield Services Ltd, Mr. Massey most recently held the positions of Executive Finance Officer, Sydney (2013), Executive VP Finance & Chief Financial Officer, Americas (2010-2013) and CFO, FT Services Canada (2006-2010). Prior to these appointments, Peter had also been in various other key finance and accounting roles within Transfield Services Ltd. Mr. Massey holds a Masters of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management and National University of Singapore, a B.Comm (Economics/Finance) from Macquarie University and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia).

Derek Brown

Mr. Derek Brown has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer - Calibre Global., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Calibre Group Ltd., with effect from 4 June 2014. Mr. Brown was previously responsible for the delivery and growth of Calibre Global’s minerals and metals area since 2012. He has substantial experience in EPCM project delivery and a strong, 30-year track record in technical, operational and management roles with major mining houses including Rio Tinto, Barrick Gold and Anglo American Corporation.

Gary Spence

Mr. Gary Spence is Managing Director - Brown Consulting (Australia) of Calibre Group Ltd. He has over 25 years experience in the infrastructure services and urban development sector, including over 10 years as Managing Director of Brown Consulting, which he joined in 1992. He was Civil Engineering Manager at Maclean Wargon Chapman.

Michael Crowe

Mr. Michael (Mick) Crowe is Managing Director - G&S Engineering of Calibre Group Ltd. He has extensive experience in the Australian Coal Sector and a proven track record for delivering sustainable business solutions to maximise outcomes for clients with high value assets, in heavy industrial applications. He has spent 17 years working in and managing G&S Engineering through its evolution to market leadership. Prior to this he worked in Indonesia and the United States in construction and mining operations. Mr Crowe holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Business Management.

Mark Noppe

Mr. Mark Noppe is Head of Consulting and Principal Consultant - Xstract Mining Consultants of Calibre Group Ltd. He has over 26 years of resource evaluation and mining geology experience and is a founder and Managing Director of Xstract, which was formed in 2009. Previously, he was General Manager, Brisbane and group general manager-operations and development of Snowden Group, an Australian-based international mining consulting company.

Michael Silbert

Mr. Michael Silbert is Company Secretary of Calibre Group Limited. He was joint Company Secretary until August 23, 2013. He has more than 20 years experience as an in-house lawyer for private and public companies and has previously held the position of in-house counsel and company secretary for companies including, Sinosteel Midwest Corporation, Southern Cross Electrical Engineering, and Evans & Tate. Michael has also held senior commercial, legal, corporate secretariat and advisory roles in the UK, Australia and Asia. In addition to his general counsel and company secretarial experience, he has experience in commercial negotiations, transaction management, risk management, merger and acquisition negotiations, post-merger integration, sustainability strategy, management strategy and advice. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Jurisprudence.

Mr. Raymond (Ray) Campbell Munro is Non-Executive Director of Calibre Group Ltd. He is co-founder and former executive chairman of Calibre. Ray has over 40 years experience in the engineering and resources sectors in Australia and South Africa, and over 11 years experience as a company director. Ray was previously senior construction manager with Sinclair Knight Merz for seven years and has over 30 years of management experience in construction, having overseen the delivery of major iron ore development projects in West Australia for key mining clients. Ray has been instrumental in the growth and development of Calibre. Ray is also Chairman of Viento Group Limited.

Alexander Williams

Mr. Alexander (Alex) David Williams has been Non-Executive Director of Calibre Group Ltd since May 12, 2010. Alex is a managing director of First Reserve International Limited, with over 14 years experience in the investment industry, with a focus on private equity investment and portfolio management in mining and mining equipment and services, transportation and logistics sectors. Prior to joining First Reserve, Alex was a director at 3i, an international private equity firm and prior to that worked at JP Morgan in the Corporate Finance and Capital Markets group.

Peter Housden

Mr. Peter John Housden, CPA, has been Independent Non-Executive Director of Calibre Group Ltd since May 25, 2012. Peter has over 40 years of experience in accounting, finance and management, including 20 years experience as a director of ASX-listed companies. Peter was previously chief financial officer and company secretary of ASX-listed MIA from 1999 to 2003, following roles with RGC and Australian Chemicals Holdings as finance director. Peter is currently chairman of Royal Wolf Holdings and non-executive director of GrainCorp and Alliance Aviation Services. Peter is also a former director of Sino Gold Mining, I-Soft, CleanSeas Tuna and Kaz Group.

Geoffrey Tomlinson

Mr. Geoffrey (Geoff) Allan Tomlinson has been Independent Non-Executive Director of Calibre Group Ltd since May 25, 2012. Geoff has significant experience in the finance industry and worked for National Mutual Group for 29 years, the last six years as managing director during which time he oversaw the demutualisation of the company and its listing on ASX. Geoff is currently a non-executive director of National Australia Bank and a member of its Board Remuneration Committee. He is also chairman of MLC, a fully owned subsidiary of National Australia Bank. Geoff was previously chairman of Programmed Maintenance Services and a director of Amcor.
