Tim Goyder

 Mr. Timothy (Tim) Rupert Barr Goyder is Executive Chairman of the Board of Chalice Gold Mines Ltd., since November 13, 2008. Tim has over 30 years experience in the resource industry. He has been involved in the formation and management of a number of publicly-listed and private companies and is currently a director of Uranium Equities Limited, Strike Energy Limited and Chairman of Liontown Resources Limited, all listed on ASX.

Bill Bent

 Mr. Bill Bent is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Chalice Gold Mines Ltd. He joins the Company from a senior executive role with the nickel producer Mirabela Nickel. At Mirabela, Mr. Bent held the positions of Vice President - Business Development and Chief Development Officer responsible for exploration, investor relations, business development, growth and expansion, and technical studies. Prior to joining Mirabela, Mr Bent was a Director of Strategy with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Advisory and an Associate Director at Mainsheet Corporate for a combined period of five years. Before moving to Australia, Mr. Bent spent 12 years in the United Kingdom both as a Senior Consultant with the Corven Group in their Consulting & Corporate Finance divisions and for Genesis Oil & Gas as a Process Engineer. He was an Anglo American Bursar and started his career in Anglo’s Gold Division in South Africa as a metallurgist. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and a Master of Business Administration from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom. In total, Mr. Bent has 22 years of industry and consulting experience and is a Member of Australasian Institute of Mining and Mettalurgy (AusIMM) and a professional engineer with the Institute of Chemical Engineers (IChemE).

Richard Hacker

 Mr. Richard Keith Hacker is Chief Financial Officer, Joint Company Secretary of Chalice Gold Mines Ltd., since February 21, 2012. Richard is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with professional and corporate experience in the energy and resources sector in Australia and the United Kingdom. Richard has previously worked in senior finance roles with global energy companies including Woodside Petroleum Limited and Centrica Plc. Prior to this, Richard was in private practice with accounting practices. Richard is also joint Company Secretary of Liontown Resources Limited.

Douglas Jones

 Dr. Douglas (Doug) Alan Jones, Ph.D., is Managing Director, Executive Director of Chalice Gold Mines Ltd., since November 11, 2008. Doug is a geologist with over 30 years experience in mineral exploration, having worked in Australia, Africa, South America and Europe. His career has covered exploration for gold in a wide range of geological settings, volcanic and sediment-hosted zinc-copper-lead, and IOCG style copper-gold. He is also a director of Liontown Resources Limited, TSX and AIM-listed Minera IRL Limited and TSX listed Serabi Mining Plc. Doug is a member of the audit committee.

 Ms. Leanne Forgione is Joint Company Secretary of Chalice Gold Mines Ltd., since February 21, 2012. Leanne is a Chartered Accountant who has over 10 years of accounting and governance experience within the mining and energy industries. Leanne is also joint Company Secretary of Liontown Resources Limited.

Anthony Kiernan

 Mr. Anthony (Tony) William Kiernan is Independent Non-Executive Director of Chalice Gold Mines Ltd., since February 15, 2007. Tony, previously a lawyer, is a corporate advisor with experience in the administration and operation of listed public companies. He is Chairman of BC Iron Limited, Uranium Equities Limited, Venturex Resources Limited and is a director of Liontown Resources Limited, all listed on ASX. Tony is Chairman of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Stephen Quin

 Mr. Stephen P. Quin is Independent Non-Executive Director of Chalice Gold Mines Ltd., since May 3, 2010. Stephen is a mining geologist with over 30 years’ experience in the mining and exploration industry. Stephen is based in Vancouver, Canada, and has been the President & CEO of Midas Gold Corp. and its predecessor since January 2011. Stephen was, until December 2010, President and COO of Capstone Mining Corp. and President & CEO of its predecessor, Sherwood Mining Corp. from 2005 until the combination with Capstone in 2008. He is also a director of TSX-listed Mercator Minerals Ltd., TSX Venture-listed Troon Ventures and NASDAQ-listed Blue Wolf Mongolia Holdings Corp. Stephen has experience in the resources sector, and in the financing, development and operation of production companies. Stephen is a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
