Biographies

Name Description

Jinqing Dong

 Mr. Jinqing Dong is the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of China Industrial Waste Management Inc. He was appointed the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Director in November 2005. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Dong has been the President of Dalian Dongtai Industrial Waste Treatment Co., Ltd. (“Dalian Dongtai”) since he founded that company in 1991. Between 1982 and 1991, Mr. Dong worked for the Dalian Environmental Science Academy, where he was primarily engaged in research relating to the disposal of waste gas, waste water and industrial residue and the evaluation of the environmental effects of industrial projects. Mr. Dong graduated from Dalian University of Technology in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering.

Xin Guo

 Ms. Guo Xin serves as Chief Financial Officer of China Industrial Waste Management Inc since March 2008. She was a member of the Board of Directors from March 2008 to August 2010. Ms. Guo has served as Company's Chief Accounting Officer since January 2007 and as Chief Accounting Officer for Dalian Dongtai since October 2003. She was a manager in Dalian Dongtai’s accounting department from April 2002 to October 2003. Ms. Guo graduated from Beijing University of Commerce in 1992 majoring in auditing, and received her master's degree in Public Administration from China's Northeastern University in 2002.

Jun Li

 Mr. Li Jun is the Chief Operating Officer, Director of China Industrial Waste Management Inc. He was appointed the Company’s Chief Operating Officer in March 2008. He has served on the Company’s Board of Directors since October 2006. Mr. Li has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Dalian Dongtai since 1998. From 1982 to 1993, he was employed by Dalian Vacuum Flask Factory and Dalian Yili International Chemical Co. Ltd as its Director of Technology and Chief Production Manager, respectively. Mr. Li graduated from Dalian University of Technology in 1982, majoring in environmental engineering.

Dazhi Zhang

 Mr. Zhang Dazhi has served as Corporate Secretary of China Industrial Waste Management Inc. since March 2008. He has engaged in Investor Relations Management since he joined Dalian Dongtai in 2004. Mr. Zhang was awarded a Master’s degree in International Banking and Financial Studies from the University of Southampton (United Kingdom) in 2004.

Yangzu Wang

 Mr. Yangzu Wang has been appointed as Director of China Industrial Waste Management, Inc., effective September 26, 2011. Mr. Wang is a seasoned environment protection professional with almost 40 years of experience in urban development and environmental issues. He is currently a senior researcher, and since 2006, has been a member of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) (f/k/a the Science and Technology Committee of the State Environmental Protection Administration) and the Standing Committee of the China National Resources Recycling Association, and a director of the China Working Committee for Import of Recycling Resources. Between 1962 and 1997, Mr. Wang held various senior research and executive positions within the PRC, including being in charge of water supply and drainage project design at the Beijing Industrial Architectural Design and Research Institute at the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the PRC, and the Deputy Director General of the State Environmental Protection Administration, where he was in charge of pollution control and monitoring until 1997. Since 1998, Mr. Wang has served as President of the China Association of Environmental Protection Industry, Vice-President of the China Civil Engineering Society’s Water Industry Branch, and Vice-President of the Chinese Society of Urban Studies. Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor’s degree in water supply and drainage from the Harbin Institute of Technology.

Chunyou Wu

 Professor Chunyou Wu is an Independent Director of China Industrial Waste Management, Inc since April 27, 2009. Mr. Wu has been employed as a Professor of Business Administration at the Dalian University of Technology since 1992. He also serves as an independent director and member of the compensation committee of Dalian Thermal Power Company, Dalian, China. Mr. Wu completed his studies at the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and Dalian University of Technology.
