Name Description

Ian Cook

Mr. Ian M. Cook is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Colgate-Palmolive Company . Mr. Cook began his career at Colgate in 1976 and progressed through a series of senior marketing and management roles around the world. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2004, with responsibility for operations in North America, Europe, Central Europe, Asia and Africa, and, in 2005, he was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all Colgate operations worldwide. He has extensive operational leadership experience through service as President and CEO and Chief Operating Officer of Colgate and strong knowledge of business finance and financial statements through oversight of operating budgets and financial statements at Colgate.

Franck Moison

Mr. Franck J. Moison has been appointed as Vice Chairman, Asia Pacific and Latin America and Business Development of the Company. He had been Chief Operating Officer, Emerging Markets and Business Development since December 2013. He was Chief Operating Officer, Emerging Markets and South Pacific from February 2012 through December 2013 and Chief Operating Officer, Emerging Markets from February 2010 through January 2012.

Jennifer Daniels

Ms. Jennifer M. Daniels is Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of The Colgate-Palmolive Company. Ms. Jennifer joined Colgate from NCR Corporation, where she was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from April 2010 to October 2014. Prior to joining NCR, she was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Barnes & Noble from August 2007 to April 2010. Previously, Jennifer spent nearly seventeen years at IBM, progressing through increasingly senior roles, including leading all Litigation and as General Counsel of IBM Americas. Her last assignment at IBM was Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Chief Trust and Compliance Officer, where she was the company's first Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining IBM, Jennifer worked at law firms in New York. She is graduate from University of Pennsylvania, with a B.A. in the year 1985 and J.D form Harvard Law School, 1985.

John Bilbrey

Mr. John T. Cahill is Independent of Colgate-Palmolive Company Director since 2005. He is also Director of American Airlines Group Inc., from 2013, The Kraft Heinz Company from 2015, Kraft Foods Group, Inc., from 2012 to 2015, Legg Mason Inc., from 2010 to 2014 . Mr. Cahill has served as Vice Chairman of The Kraft Heinz Company since July 2015 after serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kraft Foods Group, Inc. (“Kraft”) from December 2014 until its merger with H.J. Heinz Holding Corporation in July 2015. Mr. Cahill previously served as Executive Chairman of Kraft from October 2012, when Kraft was spun off from Kraft Foods Inc., until March 2014, when he was elected Non-Executive Chairman. Dr. Gayle previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CARE from 2006 to 2015. From 2001 to 2006, she was an executive in the Global Health program at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Stephen Sadove

Mr. Stephen I. Sadove is Independent Director of Colgate-Palmolive Company. Mr. Sadove became a founding partner of JW Levin Management Partners LLC, a private equity firm, in 2015. He has also served as Principal of Stephen Sadove and Associates, which provides consulting services to the retail industry, since 2013. Mr. Sadove served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Saks Incorporated (“Saks”) from 2007 until 2013. He joined Saks as Vice Chairman in 2002, served as Chief Operating Officer from 2004 to 2006 and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2006. Previously, Mr. Sadove worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (“Bristol-Myers”), which he joined in 1991 as President of Clairol in the United States.
