Victor Uckmar

 Prof. Victor Uckmar serves as Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Class Editori SpA. He graduated in Law from Universita degli Studi di Genova. He is Professor within the University of Genoa, Bologna, the Luiss University of Rome. He is Chairman of the CERTI center with the Bocconi University. He is Director of Instituto de Derecho Tributario of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), where he also was awarded a honoris causa degree. He is Director for a number of magazines concerning tax law matters. He is Director at Egea SpA, Merck Serono SpA, Scientific Seminars International Foundation, Serono Symposia Educational Foundation, Xerox SpA, Fondazione Gerolamo Gaslini, Vice Chairman of CCI Italia and Chairman of Associazoine Italiana per il diritto tributario latino americano, the Liguria Committee of AIRC, Societa Italia-Argentina and Make a Wish, Italy. He is also Director at Tiscali SpA.

Paolo Panerai

 Dr. Paolo Andrea Panerai serves as Vice Chairman of the Board, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Class Editori SpA. He has been a Journalist since 1970. He studied Law and he graduated in Agricultural Sciences. He has been Editor in Chief of Panorama, Director of Il Mondo, founder and Director of Capital and other magazines. In 1986 he founded the Company. He has been awarded the title of Cavaliere del Lavoro by the President of the Italian Republic Mr. Azeglio Ciampi. He is also the head of two wineries: Castellare di Castellina and Rocca di Frassinello.  Mr. Vittorio Terrenghi has served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Class Editori SpA since April 30, 2010. Prior to his appointment he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. He is Certified Public Accountant and serves as freelancer in his own office in Milan. Pierluigi Magnaschi

 Mr. Pierluigi Magnaschi serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Class Editori SpA. He is Head of the newspaper Italia Oggi. He started his career in journalism field as Director of the Economics and Financial section of the newspaper Avvenire. He later became Editor in Chief of the weekly magazine Tempo Illustrato. He than headed the weekly magazine la Discussione. He later was Co-Director of Il Giorno and Head of la Domenica del Corriere. Subsequently, he became Deputy Director of the newspaper La Notte and headed Italia Oggi and has also headed the weekly magazine Milano Finanza. He directed for seven years the Italian News Agency ANSA and later came back to manage Italia Oggi, where he is still serving.  Mr. Luca Nicolo Panerai serves as Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Class Editori SpA since April 30, 2010. Prior to his appointment he served as Non-Executive Director of the Company. He graduated in Philosophy and started journalism activity at the age of 19 at Class Editori and Panorama. He is founding partner of Netesi. He founded Nsr where he served as Chief Executive Officer of its operations company. He has been Board Member of Compagnia Immobiliare Azionaria - SpA since December 23, 2002.

 Dr. Gabriele Capolino has served as Executive Managing Director of Class Editori SpA. He graduated in Business Economics in 1984 from Luiss Guido Carli Libera Universita Internazionale degli Studi Sociali.  Mr. Peter R. Kann has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Class Editori SpA since June 28, 2007. He graduated at Harvard University in Government and Administration. He was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dow Jones & Company, Editor of Wall Street Journal and Editorial Director of the Dow Jones publications. He joined the Dow Jones group in 1963 as internal of Newspaper Fund. He became a Reporter in 1964 and worked in news bureau of Pittsburgh and Los Angeles. In 1967 he became first Wall Street Journal reporter in Vietnam. From 1969 to 1975 he was Reporter for Asia resident in Hong Kong. In 1972 he won the Pulitzer award. In 1976 he was nominated First Editor and Director of The Asian Wall Street Journal. After 12 years in Asia, in 1979 he came back to the United States and in 1980 he was nominated Associate Editor of Wall Street Journal and Vice Chairman of Dow Jones. In 1985 he was nominated Executive Vice President of the company and in 1987 Board Member. In 1989 he was nominated Editor of Wall Street Journal and Editorial Director of the publications of Dow Jones. In the same year he was nominated President and General Manager of Operations in Dow Jones. In January 1991 he became CEO and in July 1991 Chairman of Dow Jones. He no longer serves at Dow Jones. He is Member of the Guarantor Committee of Asia Society of the Institute fro Advanced Study of Princeton of Spelman College of Atlanta and of Aspen Institute. He is ex Chairman of the Pulizer Award Committee.
