Mr. Galligan is Executive Chairman and a member of the board of directors of Papa Gino’s Holdings Corp. Mr. Galligan served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Papa Gino’s Holdings Corp. from May 1996 until October 2008 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until March 2009. Prior to joining Papa Gino’s in March 1995 as Executive Vice President, Mr. Galligan held executive positions at Morse Shoe, Inc. and PepsiCo., Inc. Mr. Galligan is currently a director of Bay State Milling Co. and Dental Service of Massachusetts, Inc. |

He brings more than 20 years of fitness operations and management experience at multi-unit fitness companies, including the global fitness company Fitness First, where he spent eight years serving as COO before being promoted to the Global Senior Executive team in 2008. During his 14 year tenure, he was responsible for managing revenue growth, optimizing costs and improving the member experience. |

Mr. Scott R. Milford is Senior Vice President - Human Resources of Town Sports International Holdings Inc. He joined Town Sports International in 2008 following a human resource career of twenty years in multi-location companies. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University, Scott began his professional career in 1988 as a Manager for TRC Staffing Services. In 1991, he joined Blockbuster Entertainment Group as a Corporate Recruiter and held positions as Manager, Benefits Administration and Director/Customer Service. In 1997, he accepted the position of Director/Corporate Human Resources with Viacom International, a position he held until 1999. Scott joined Universal Music Group in 1999 and held positions of Vice President, Human Resources M & OD, e-Commerce and Entertainment, and Vice President, HR Strategy and Global Human Resources. In 2003 he joined Starbucks Coffee Company as Partner Resources Director, East Division and was promoted to Vice President, Partner Resources, a role he held until June 2008. Most recently, Scott was Vice President, Human Resources with Condé Nast. |
Paul Barron |
Mr. Paul L.W. Barron is Chief Information Officer of Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. He joined Town Sports International in February 2011 as Chief Information Officer. Most recent to Town Sports, Mr. Barron was vice president of global accounts for Newmarket International, the software company for hospitality sales automation. Mr. Barron was responsible for developing and implementing key business strategy to drive organizational growth. Prior to his tenure at Newmarket, he served as vice president of IT solutions, property operations at Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Mr. Barron led a team of IT professionals in delivering solutions and lifecycle management in 900 properties across 100 countries, with a particular emphasis on technologies used directly by the customer. He was also responsible for the technologies that supported several corporate functions including sales, brand marketing and business development. While at Starwood, Mr. Barron led the implementation of Starwood's most recent CRM system as well as the company's first intranet. |

Mr. John H. Flood III, is Director of Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. Mr. Flood has been the Chief Executive Officer of SynergyGlobal Outsourcing, LLC, a provider of call center and business process outsourcing services. From 1994 to the present, Mr. Flood has been the owner of OldIron Sports and Entertainment Company, Inc., a licensing and digital media consultant to entertainment companies and professional sports leagues and teams. From March 2004 through August 2008, Mr. Flood held various positions at Flagship Global Health, Inc., most recently as president and chief executive officer. In August 2008, Flagship Global filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. From 1994 through 2004, Mr. Flood was a senior partner at a law firm specializing in sports and entertainment law.
