Lars Gatenbeck

 Dr. Lars Gatenbeck has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of CellaVision AB since December 2010. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company between 2002 and December 2010. He serves as Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Member of the Company's Audit Committee. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 2000. He is Chairman of the Board of Life Equity Group Holding AB, Swecare AB, Stiftelsen Swecare and Life Medical Sweden AB. He is President and Chairman of the Board of H&B Capital Advisors AB, H&B Sweden AB and Life Equity Advisors AB. He is Member of the Boards of Aleris Holding AB, Cancerforeningen and Stiftelsen Silviahemmet and Principal in Gustav V:s Jubileumsfond. In the past, he served as Director of Karolinska University Hospital. He holds a Doctorate of Medicine and a Doctorate in Philosophy.

Yvonne Martensson

 Ms. Yvonne Martensson has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CellaVision AB. She has been employed in the Company since 1998. She is Member of the Board of Aerocrine AB, Biolin Scientific Holding AB and Lunds universitets innovationssystem AB.
