Ralph Babb

Mr. Ralph W. Babb, Jr., is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Comerica Inc. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer (since January 2002), Chairman (since October 2002), Chief Financial Officer (June 1995 to April 2002) and Vice Chairman (March 1999 to January 2002) of Comerica Incorporated and Comerica Bank. He has been a director of Texas Instruments Inc. since March 2010. As the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and the former Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Babb has knowledge of all aspects of the business which, combined with his drive for excellence and his leadership skills, position him well to continue to serve as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.
