Name Description

Ralph Babb

Mr. Ralph W. Babb, Jr., is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He was President of the Company. He has been a director of Texas Instruments Inc. since March 2010. As the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and the former Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Babb has knowledge of all aspects of the business which, combined with his drive for excellence and his leadership skills, position him well to continue to serve as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Curtis Farmer

Mr. Curtis C. Farmer is President of the Company and Bank. Mr. Farmer was appointed as Executive Vice President, Wealth & Institutional Management of Comerica and Comerica Bank in October 2008. In August 2010, Comerica announced that the Retail Bank and Wealth & Institutional Management leadership structure was being combined and that it would be headed by Mr. Farmer. In January 2011, Mr. Farmer began serving as Executive Vice President, Retail Bank and Wealth & Institutional Management of Comerica and Comerica Bank. In April 2011, Mr. Farmer was named Vice Chairman, Retail Bank and Wealth Management of Comerica and Comerica Bank, and he continued serving in that capacity until April 29, 2015, when he was promoted to President. Prior to joining Comerica, Mr. Farmer served as Executive Vice President and Wealth Management Director of Wachovia Corporation, a financial services company, from October 2005 to October 2008.

John Buchanan

Mr. John D. Buchanan is Executive Vice President, Corporate Secretary of the Company. Prior to joining Comerica in January 2003, Bilstrom served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Bar Plan Mutual Insurance Company, of St. Louis, Missouri. Previously, he had served as General Counsel and Secretary to the board of directors at Mercantile Bancorporation, also of St. Louis. Prior to joining Comerica, he was with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, where he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas’ board of directors, a position he had held since March 5, 2012. Buchanan has more than 23 years of experience as a banking attorney. Previously, he served as Senior Executive Vice President at Regions Financial Corporation. He also has experience serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Regions Financial Corporation, AmSouth Bancorporation and SouthTrust Bank in Birmingham, Alabama. Buchanan has served on numerous committees and boards, including the Financial Services Roundtable Lawyers Council and the American Bar Association Banking Committee. He also served on the board of directors for Mercedes Benz US International. He holds a master’s degree of law in taxation from New York University School of Law and a juris doctor degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Washington & Lee University. Prior to his legal career, Buchanan was an Army officer and helicopter pilot.

Mr. Jon W. Bilstrom is Executive Vice President of the Company. He served as Corporate Secretary (June 2003 to December 2015), Comerica Incorporated; Executive Vice President (since May 2003) and Secretary (June 2003 to December 2013), Comerica Bank.

Peter Guilfoile

Mr. Peter W. Guilfoile is Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer of the Company. Mr. Guilfoile joined Comerica in 1983 and since then has held a number of positions with the bank, including service as Alternate Credit Administration Officer and Group Manager for Middle Market Banking, as Divisional Credit Administration Officer for National Business Finance, and as Chief Credit Officer for the California market. He was named National Credit Administration Manager in 2013. Guilfoile earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and his master's degree in Finance from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Judith S. Love is the Executive Vice President of the Company. He served as President — California Market (since December 2013), Executive Vice President (February 2010 to May 2013), and Executive Vice President — Western Market (April 2007 to February 2010), Comerica Bank.

Mr. Michael T. Ritchie is the Executive Vice President of the Company. He has been Executive Vice President (since February 2013), Comerica Incorporated; President — Michigan Market (since May 2013), Executive Vice President (February 2010 to May 2013) and Senior Vice President (June 2005 to February 2010), Comerica Bank.

Michael Michalak

Mr. Michael H. Michalak is the Chief Risk Officer of the Company. Mr. Michalak joined Comerica in 1988 in the Asset Liability Management area and was named Treasurer of the Corporation in 1996. He assumed responsibility of Corporate Planning, Development and Risk Management in 1997. He also served as Interim Treasurer, a position he held during the second half of 2011 while he was Executive Vice President, Planning, Forecasting, Analysis and Enterprise Risk. In that latter role, he has been responsible for a variety of activities, including annual planning, all corporate forecasting exercises, and enterprise risk, including the coordination, production and submission of the annual capital plan. In addition, he has been responsible for the corporate pricing function, including pricing strategy and execution.

Roger Cregg

Mr. Roger A. Cregg is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Cregg, 59, has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of AV Homes, Inc., a developer and homebuilder in Florida, Arizona and North Carolina, since December 2012. From August 2011 through November 2012, he served as senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of The ServiceMaster Company, a residential and commercial service company. He served as Executive Vice President of PulteGroup, Inc. (formerly known as Pulte Homes, Inc.), a national homebuilding company, from May 2003 to May 2011 and Chief Financial Officer of PulteGroup, Inc. from January 1998 to May 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of PulteGroup, Inc. from January 1998 to May 2003. He was a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Detroit Branch, from January 2004 to December 2009 and served as Chair from January to December 2006.

T. Kevin DeNicola

Mr. T. Kevin DeNicola is Independent Director of the Company. He served as Chief Financial Officer of KIOR, Inc., a biofuels company, from November 2009 to January 2011. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of KBR, Inc., a global engineering, construction and services company, from June 2008 until October 2009. From June 2002 to January 2008, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lyondell Chemical Company, a global manufacturer of basic chemicals. Mr. DeNicola also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equistar Chemicals, LP and Millennium Chemicals Inc., both subsidiaries of Lyondell Chemical Company, from June 2002 to January 2008. In January 2009, Lyondell Chemical Company and certain of its subsidiaries, including Equistar Chemicals, LP and Millennium Chemicals Inc., filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Lyondell emerged from bankruptcy in April 2010. Mr. DeNicola has been a volunteer adjunct professor at Rice University, a higher learning institution, from March 2008 to the present. He also has been a director of Axiall Corporation (formerly Georgia Gulf Corporation) since September 2009.

Ximena Humrichouse

Ms. Ximena G. Humrichouse (professionally known as Nina G. Vaca) is Independent Director of the Company. She has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Technical Resources, Inc., a staffing, vendor management and information technology services firm, since October 1996. She also has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vaca Industries Inc., a management company, since April 1999. She has been a director of Kohl’s Corporation since March 2010 and a director of Cinemark Holdings, Inc. since November 2014. In 2014, the Obama Administration appointed Ms. Vaca as a Presidential Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship. Ms. Vaca is also Chairman Emeritus of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and serves as Chairman of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

Jacqueline Kane

Ms. Jacqueline P. Kane is Independent Director of the Company. She served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, from February 2015 to January 2016, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, from December 2004 to February 2015, Senior Vice President, Human Resources from June 2004 to December 2004, and Vice President, Human Resources from March 2004 to May 2004 for The Clorox Company, a manufacturer and marketer of consumer products. From March 2003 to January 2004, she was Vice President, Human Resources and Executive Leadership for The Hewlett-Packard Company, a technology company. Prior to her role at The Hewlett-Packard Company, Ms. Kane spent 22 years in human resources in the financial services industry.

Richard Lindner

Mr. Richard G. Lindner is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Lindner is retired. He served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AT&T, Inc. (formerly SBC Communications, Inc.), a telecommunications company, from May 2004 to June 2011. From October 2000 to May 2004, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Cingular Wireless LLC (now AT&T Mobility LLC), a wireless telecommunications company. From October 2002 to March 2007, he served as a director of Sabre Holdings. As the former Chief Financial Officer of AT&T, Inc., Mr. Lindner has demonstrated leadership capability and knowledge of complex financial and operational issues facing organizations.

Alfred Piergallini

Mr. Alfred A. Piergallini is Independent Director of the Company. He has been a consultant with Desert Trail Consulting, a marketing consulting organization, since January 2001. He was Chairman of Wisconsin Cheese Group, Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of ethnic and specialty cheeses, from January 2006 until December 2010. He also was President and Chief Executive Officer of Wisconsin Cheese Group, Inc. from January 2006 to June 2007. He was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Novartis Consumer Health Worldwide, a health care and infant nutrition company, from December 1999 to December 2001. He was Vice Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gerber Products Company, a manufacturer and developer of infant and toddler nutrition and wellness products, until February 1999. He has been a director of Central Garden & Pet Company since January 2004.

Robert Taubman

Mr. Robert S. Taubman is Independent Director of the Company. He has been Chairman of Taubman Centers, Inc., a real estate investment trust that owns, develops and operates regional shopping centers nationally, since December 2001 and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Taubman Centers, Inc., since August 1992. He has been Chairman of The Taubman Company, a shopping center management company engaged in leasing, management and construction supervision, since December 2001 and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of The Taubman Company since September 1990. He has been a director of Sotheby’s Holdings, Inc. since 2000 and Taubman Centers, Inc. since 1992.

Reginald Turner

Mr. Reginald M. Turner, Jr., is Independent Director of the Company. He has been an attorney with Clark Hill PLC, a law firm, since April 2000. He has been a director of Masco Corporation since March 1, 2015. Mr. Turner is active in public service and with civic and charitable organizations, serving in leadership positions with the Detroit Public Safety Foundation, the Detroit Institute of Arts, the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan and the Hudson-Webber Foundation.
