Name Description

Robert Phillips

Mr. Robert. G. Phillips is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, the General Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. He has served on the Management Committee of Crestwood Holdings since May 2010. Since November 2007, he has served as Chairman, President and CEO of Crestwood Holdings Partners, LLC. Previously, Mr. Phillips served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. from February 2005 until June 2007 and Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. from September 2004 until February 2005. Mr. Phillips also served on the Board of Directors of Enterprise GP Holdings L.P., the general partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P., from February 2006 until April 2007. He previously served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P., from 1999-2004, prior to GTM’s merger with EPD, and held senior executive management positions with El Paso Corporation including President of El Paso Field Services from 1996-2004. Prior to that he was Chairman, President and CEO of Eastex Energy, Inc. from 1981-1995. Mr. Phillips currently serves as a Director of Pride International, Inc., one of the world’s offshore drilling contractors, and is a member of its audit committee. Mr. Phillips is also an Advisory Director of Triten Corporation, a international engineering firm and alloy products manufacturer.

Steven Dougherty

Mr. Steven M. Dougherty is Interim Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, the general partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. Mr. Dougherty , has served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company since joining the Company in June 2012. Prior to joining the Company he most recently served as Director of Corporate Accounting at El Paso Corporation, from 2001 to May 2012. Prior to joining El Paso Corporation, Mr. Dougherty was a senior audit manager at KPMG LLP. Mr. Dougherty earned a Masters of Public Accountancy degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joel Moxley

Mr. Joel D. Moxley is Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, the General Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. He was appointed Senior Vice President Operations and Commercial of the General Partner in October 2010. Mr. Moxley has served as Senior Vice President of the general partner since the interest in the Partnership was acquired in October 2010. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Crestwood Midstream Partners, LLC since April 2008. Mr. Moxley has over 30 years of experience in the natural gas gathering, gas processing and natural gas liquids segments of the midstream energy industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical engineering from Rice University.

Kelly Jameson

Mr. Kelly J. Jameson is Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, General Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP, since October 2010. From February 2007 to October 2010, he served as the US Corporate Secretary and Senior Counsel for TransCanada PipeLines (NYSE: TRP), a North American energy infrastructure company. Here he handled corporate legal matters for the wholly-owned and jointly owned subsidiaries. Prior to this time, he was Senior Counsel with El Paso Corporation (NYSE: EP), in the corporate legal department, managing public and private securities offerings and financings for El Paso Corporation and its subsidiaries. Before joining El Paso Corporation, in 1996, he was Vice President and General Counsel of Cornerstone Natural Gas Inc. (AMEX: CGA), a midstream natural gas company. Jameson earned a BBA from Southern Methodist University in 1986 and a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University in 1990.

J. Heath Deneke

Mr. J. Heath Deneke is Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC., the general partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP., since August 10, 2012. Prior to joining Crestwood, Mr. Deneke served in various management positions at El Paso Corporation for the past 16 years. Most recently he was Vice President, Project Development and Engineering within the pipeline group and LNG terminal projects. Previously, Mr. Deneke was Director of Marketing and Asset Optimization for Tennessee Gas Pipeline and Manager of Business Development and Strategy for Southern Natural Gas. Mr. Deneke earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University.

Robert Halpin

Mr. Robert T. Halpin is Vice President - Finance of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, General Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP., since January 18, 2013. Mr. Halpin joined Crestwood Holdings Partners, LLC in January 2012. Mr. Halpin is responsible for the selection, financial evaluation, and due diligence processes for acquisitions and capital projects for Crestwood. Prior to joining Crestwood, he was an associate at First Reserve Corporation, the majority owner of Crestwood’s general partner, since 2009 and has worked closely with the Crestwood management team in the financial modeling and evaluation of acquisitions and growth projects since First Reserve’s investment in the partnership. Prior to joining First Reserve, Mr. Halpin was an analyst in the global natural resource group at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Halpin holds a bachelor of business administration in finance from the University of Texas.

Mark Stockard

Mr. Mark G. Stockard is Vice President - Investor Relations, Treasurer of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, the General Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. Prior to joining General Partner, Mr. Stockard was Director of Financial Planning and Investor Relations at Buckeye Partners, LP from January 2010 to September 2010. From 2002 through October 2009 he was Treasurer of TEPPCO Partners, LP. Mr. Stockard holds a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University.

Timothy Day

Mr. Timothy H. Day is Director of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, the General Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. Since 2000, Mr. Day served as a Managing Director of First Reserve Corporation, a private equity company which invests exclusively in the energy industry. Additionally, Mr. Day has served on the Management Committee of Crestwood Holdings since May 2010. Prior to joining First Reserve, Mr. Day worked with SCF Partners for three years and prior to that he worked for three years with CS First Boston and Salomon Brothers. Mr. Day previously served as a Director of Chart Industries, Inc. Vanessa Gomez LaGatta

Ms. Vanessa Gomez LaGatta is Director of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, the general partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. Ms. Gomez LaGatta, has served as the Vice President, Treasurer for Quicksilver Resources, Inc. (“Quicksilver”) since September 2009. Ms. Gomez LaGatta also served as Vice President, Treasurer of the General Partner (formerly known as Quicksilver Gas Services GP LLC) from September 2009 to October 2010. From 2001 until joining Quicksilver, she served in several positions with Credit Suisse’s corporate and investment banking division.

Joel Lambert

Mr. Joel Christian Lambert is Director of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, the General Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. Since 2007, Mr. Lambert has served as Associate General Counsel of First Reserve Corporation, a private equity company which invests exclusively in the energy industry. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Lambert was an attorney in the Business and International Section of Vinson & Elkins LLP. In 1997 he was an Intern at the Texas Supreme Court, and has served as a Military Intelligence Specialist for the United States Army. J. Hardy Murchison

Mr. J. Hardy Murchison is Director of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC , the General Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. Since 2001, Mr. Murchison has served as a Consultant for First Reserve Corporation, a private equity company which invests exclusively in the energy industry. Mr. Murchison was a Managing Director of First Reserve from 2001 through January 2011. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Corporate Development at Range Resources Corporation, an independent oil and gas company. He began his career at Simmons & Company International. He serves as a Director of NFR Energy, L.L.C. and Cobalt International Energy, Inc. Mr. Murchison holds a B.A. from the University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Alvin Bledsoe

Mr. Alvin Bledsoe is Independent Director of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, the General Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. He continues to serve as a director after the Crestwood Transaction. Prior to his retirement in 2005, Mr. Bledsoe served as a certified public accountant for 33 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers. From 1978 to 2005, he was a senior client engagement and audit partner for publicly-held energy, utility, pipeline, transportation and manufacturing companies. During his career, Mr. Bledsoe also served as a member of PwC’s governing body.

Philip Gettig

Mr. Philip D. Gettig is Independent Director of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, the General Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. He currently chairs the Conflicts Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. From February 2000 to December 2005, Mr. Gettig served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Prism Gas Systems I, L.P. (“Prism”), a natural gas gathering and processing company that was purchased by Martin Midstream Partners L.P., a publicly-traded limited partnership, in November 2005. From 1981 to 1999, Mr. Gettig held various positions in the law department of Union Pacific Resources Company (UPR), a publicly-traded exploration and production company with substantial natural gas gathering, processing and marketing operations. Positions held by Mr. Gettig included Managing Senior Counsel from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Gettig also served as General Counsel of Union Pacific Fuels, Inc., UPR’s wholly-owned gathering, processing and marketing affiliate, from 1996 to 1999. Since retiring from Prism in 2005, he has provided consulting and legal counsel to Prism and he has also provided such services to individuals and small businesses.

John Somerhalder

Mr. John W. Somerhalder, II is Independent Director of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, the General Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. Mr. Somerhalder continues to serve as a director after the Crestwood Transaction. Mr. Somerhalder has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of AGL Resources Inc., a publicly-traded energy services holding company whose principal business is the distribution of natural gas, since March 2006 and as Chairman of the Board of AGL Resources since November 2007. From 2000 to May 2005, Mr. Somerhalder served as the Executive Vice President of El Paso Corporation, a natural gas and related energy products provider and one of North America’s independent natural gas producers, where he continued service under a professional services agreement from May 2005 to March 2006. From 2001 to 2005, he served as the President of El Paso Pipeline Group. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Somerhalder served as the President of Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, an El Paso subsidiary company. From April 1996 to December 1996, Mr. Somerhalder served as the President of El Paso Energy Resources Company. From 1992 to 1996, he served as the Senior Vice President, Operations and Engineering, of El Paso Natural Gas Company. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Somerhalder served as the Vice President, Engineering of El Paso Natural Gas Company. From 1977 to 1990, Mr. Somerhalder held various other positions at El Paso Corporation and its subsidiaries until being named an officer in 1990.
